This is twice in one week… I thought Elisabetta’s was my go to Italian place. Only to have two have poor experiences in a row!! First of all we were party of 4, but we’re lead to a 6 top in the worst location outside. The table was right in the walk through area and right next to the service area. My $47, 16oz was awful, 60% fat some kind of end of end cut!! Second straight time someone got the wrong dish or addition to a meal. This time it was the completely wrong meal. Your waitress’s need to slow down and write down the order and then repeat it back to the table for accuracy!!! My wife and I are sorry to say that we are done with Elisabetta’. There too many other Italian Restaurant choices in the area to settle for improper service and the correct food orders!!!

We understand your frustration with being seated in an uncomfortable location, receiving a steak that didn't meet expectations, and having another incorrect order brought to your table. These are issues that should have been caught and addressed during your visit. Your suggestion about repeating orders back for accuracy is appreciated, and we'll be sharing your concerns with our management, kitchen, and service teams. We sincerely apologize for letting you and your wife down, particularly after you've given us multiple opportunities to get things right.

Wanted to give it 5 stars, but a couple of things were disappointing. Caesar salad lettuce was kind of wilted looking and was drowned in dressing. My husband's carbonara tasted like "egg". You should not able to taste raw egg if prepared properly. My chicken parm was excellent. My friend has Parkinson's and had some trouble trying to order. The waiter (can't remember his name) was extremely patient for which I appreciate. Really disappointed that valet is not free and was taken aback at being charged $13 after we just spent almost $400 on dinner.

Better options of Italian food everything O was hungry for, was not on the menu and I had to settle for mediocre ravioli

A beautiful atmosphere this is! We have been here twice now, and came back because of our fond memories of the settting, romantic, quiet and beautiful. Because it is a restaurant, however, we lowered the overall rating from a 5 to a 4, driven by the food quality, high prices and somewhat attentive service.

We have been several times and enjoyed it. We had a waiter that was mostly inattentive. He was not helpful in selection order with inaccurate description of an add on to a dish. Friend added what she was broccoli to a dish which was mostly stems and broccolini?

Arrived 10 minutes early for reservation and were seated within five minutes. Service was prompt and courteous not rushed. After initial contact sufficient time was allowed to review menus. Drink orders placed and through team service were delivered promptly. Service was courteous and food orders were taken and service received within a reasonable time frame. Food was hot, fresh, cooked properly and delicious. Portions are abundant. Shared appetizer was fried Calamari cooked to perfection. Dinners were shrimp and mushroom risotto and chicken parmigiana. The risotto came with 6 shrimp and the chicken parmigiana contains a boneless breast, thigh& leg still connected. With a side of spaghetti. Tiramisu shared for dessert was delicious with abundant marsclpon filling. From time of seating to meal completion and check presentation took approximately 50 minutes.

⭐ 1 I’ve been a loyal customer of Elisabetta’s for years. I come almost every weekend for brunch, usually by myself, and typically spend around $80 per visit. I’ve always loved this place, but my experience last Saturday was truly disappointing. First, they advertise unlimited Aperol Spritz, yet the service is so slow that you barely get one drink per hour. I ended up having only two. It was never like this before. What bothered me even more was feeling rushed to finish and leave. Sometimes I wonder if dining alone makes my table less valuable than one occupied by a larger group. To make matters worse, I ordered tiramisu, couldn’t finish it, and specifically asked to take the rest home. I went to the restroom, and when I came back, they had already thrown it away! Maybe the $80 I spend almost every weekend doesn’t mean much to this restaurant, but after years of loyalty, I certainly expected better treatment. It’s not about the money, the drinks, or even the dessert. It’s about respect, attention, and consideration. Dining alone should never mean receiving a lower standard of service. It genuinely saddens me to write this about a restaurant that has been one of my favorites for years.
