    Service was above and beyond. Salad was chilled and perfect. Dover sole not near hot enough, sea bass wonderful. You graciously compt. The sole( which was not necessary, but thank you) We love to use your restraint for special occasions, but because of your price points, we don’t dine there more often.

    Food was amazing; service was wonderful. However, we were seated in the small room next to the main dining area and there was a table of 7-8 that were clearly drunk and extremely LOUD and obnoxious. So much so that I could not hear my wife’s voice right next to me. We saw two managers walk by but nothing was said to the group. Once they left, our dining experience was great, but we were miserable for the first half hour at our table.

    Great service and delicious food. We've dined here at least 5 times, never disappointed. Try the fried oreo donuts for dessert.

    The food and service were very good, but we were seated at a table that was located in a high-traffic area. There was a constant flow of activity of servers and wait staff coming out of the kitchen to deliver orders and also guests coming and going. All this activity detracted from an otherwise delicious meal.

    Great service and food! Awesome clam chowder, steak and salmon. I enjoy seafood so enjoyed Verlasdo salmon. Cooked perfectly. All the desserts were yummy! Cheesecake, house made ice cream. Highly recommend

    The food was amazing and the service was top notch. We were in and out faster then any restaurant we’ve been to. My only complaint was the decor was very outdated. But other than that, it was great and we’ll be coming back.

    We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and had to wait, totally expected and understandable. Once seated in the bar area, waited about 10-15 minutes for a server to take our drink order. Mixed cocktail was so-so, more sugar than spirit. The sushi was the best part of the dine, was not offered bread, even though every other table did, very noisy atmosphere, and it seems that if you are not a regular, you do not receive exceptional service. Would only dine again for the sushi.

    Although we made a 6:30 PM reservation 2-1/2 weeks in advance, for our anniversary, we were seated at the booth adjacent to both the main dining room and kitchen entrances. After awhile we realized that the constant “woosh” of diners entering and leaving the restaurant, or going to and from the restrooms, and the constant parade of waiters going to and from the kitchen, did not make for a pleasant dining experience! Many diners were seated well after we were, and to be seated at probably the most undesirable table that early in the evening is puzzling. The food was excellent, as usual, but the evenings highlights were our drinks, desert, and impeccable service by Justin our waiter.

    Embers is always delightful! The filet mignon - perfection! And our waiter Justin was fabulous! Attentive but not intrusive. And very accommodating of our daughter’s celiac disease.

    We had a reservation at 7 and didn’t get a table until 7:25. The hostess’ were very nice about it as well as our waiter. It was busy so I understand the wait.

    Recent dinner. Ordered Grouper which was ok. Not as good as Florida. Also ordered sea bass. It was a little thin piece of seabass. I would say not amazing for both. I have been to Embers many times. It is usually excellent. Tonight I would say ok.

    Mgrs seems a little biased of the black customers I’m a server so I read behaviors and mannerisms and he was only concerned with the white customers and if they’re meals and service was good . Food was cool but the treatment from managers and staff was oddly weird

    I love this place! Second time - been a while. Now I remember why I haven't been here in years. The prices are really high. Valentines Day warranted another visit. Service was Superb! Drinks were Wonderful (two each) ! Food was Great Tasting. One of the special dishes of the night was very skimpy - good, but skimpy. Two People - Tab was over $200.00 got out of there under $300.00. Will go back, after I save up another $500.00 or win the lottery! It will be fun!

    Went for Valentine’s Day dinner. The waiter was amazing! Most of the food was delicious. The baked potato had the weirdest taste. Almost like a metallic taste. So gross! They took it off the bill, but it was disappointing. We all know how much everyone loves a baked potato.

    The salmon and sole were fantastic. The cheesecake was awesome too. The bar seating is a bit on the intimate side with your neighbor, so book well in advance so you’re not stuck sitting on top of people in the bar.

    Great food and atmosphere! Table service was awesome. A young member of the staff tried to take my plate twice while I still had food on my plate and eating, but it just gave my wife and I a chuckle. Definitely will be back!
