   Was happy to see a vegan option for pasta that wasn’t just marinara sauce and it was delicious however, I would say I wasn’t blown away from our starters (broccolini, artichoke fritters, olives, beets). Service was wonderful though! food just wasn’t for me apparently.

   The food was incorrect and lacked flavor. While they did accommodate a change in our reservation, the food was extremely lackluster. There are many other delicious places to eat in Market Square.

   I have eaten @ Emilia's on many occasions, and last night's dinner was superb. We started with the pulled mozzarella appetizer and focaccia bread. Both were excellent and ample serving size for two people. We then had the spatchcocked chicken and my husband had the bolognese orchiette. The chicken alone could have easily fed two people and it was divine! We finished with the butterscotch bundino and the perfect ending to a delicious meal. Service was spot on without being intrusive and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire dinner. Definitely recommend!

    Our first time here and our server John was not only kind but honest. He had great suggestions and did not let us down. The chicken entree was amazing and I would definitely recommend. The bolognese was okay. I don’t think I would get that again. Drinks and staff were amazing.

    Our waiter was incredibly rude. It was my birthday and i was with two of my friends. She didn’t introduce herself and she was judging us from the beginning. she was rushing us to order at 5:15 when they weren’t busy. she glared at us every time she walked by and didn’t even check how our food was. I love this place but she completely ruined the experience.

    The food was very good. Our group did have a problem with a table near the door. For a nice restaurant it seems odd to not invest in a vacuum door or door enclosure to prevent cold weather coming into the restaurant.

    Fantastic as always! Pasta was great, the roast chicken is the best around. Our server was friendly, attentive, and always there at the right time. The sommelier suggested a wine based on our parameters that was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

    We were seemingly rushed through dinner as our mains came out when we were still in the middle of appetizers. Our waiter seemed surprised that we got our mains so quickly, but didn’t say anything. Mains were WAY too salty, almost like someone threw a huge dash of salt over them before they came out. Definitely disappointing, as the ambiance was nice and noise levels really great.

    Emilia's serves delicious food from a good variety of options in a simple environment. Tables are closely aligned which could suggest a loud atmosphere but it was muted. Service was attentive and well appreciated. It was nice that they offered the option to substitute gluten-free pasta for any of the pasta dishes. Ordered the brussel sprouts and beet appetizers which ended up being great choices to accompany our meals, which were delicious. Menu prices aren't cheap but considering the quality of the food, it seemed reasonable for a special occasion. All-in-all a lovely experience.

    Dinner was delicious. Love the ambiance of Emilia. The service was good, but we felt very rushed. We had a 5:30 reservation so well before the dinner rush. Other than that, enjoyable!

    Great service, very friendly waitress, unfortunately I forget her name. But she did a superb job, she was very respectful of our privacy and did not disturb us unless necessary. Food was excellent, it’s definitely a little pricy but it’s worth it. Highly recommend!

    The appetizers and entrees were excellent, pasta was delicious. We did not know what to expect, but after dining I would rate this high in regards to other really good Italian restaurants. Happy to know this restaurant is in Knoxville
