Superb food as usual and very discreet but attentive service. Quite marvellous! Without reserve, this is our favourite London restaurant!!
One of the loveliest Italian restaurants in London with attentive service and most delicious food. Lovely menu with delicacies from the different Italian regions that lets you travel Italy from a quiet and tastefully decorated Pimlico venue. Wonderful wine selection given the owner's unparalleled expertise.
Tip: the agnolotti are heavenly!
Terrible food, crab spaghetti has lots of shell inside. Dessert plate smelled horrifying and had to return it, they brought it out again, still smelled bad.
Friendly staff and management team. For example, our waiter said congratulations to my wife when we were leaving (she’s pregnant). Very nice touch.
Food was delivered on time (apart from the dessert which I had to remind them we ordered).
The place appears clean.
Decor - feels and looks like the 1990s, very dated.
Service - waitress asked us to order starters, main and dessert at once and when I requested to order dessert later, she clearly expressed her frustration.
Service - I asked whether I could order some sides. She explained because it was Valentine’s Day, they couldn’t do any sides. The menu was exactly the same as every other night so I don’t know why you couldn’t order the sides on the menu.
Food - below average at best. Starter was scallops, two small pieces with a purée which did not compliment well. Main (turbot) was served with potatoes, tomatoes and olives. Very basic.
Website - bad experience - like the interior of restaurant, needs a refresh.
Customer experience - demanded to pay £50 deposit for table of two people because it was Valentine’s Day.
Below average food and service.
Be surprised if it manages to survive when so many other good local options readily available.
Recommended they bring in a new manager to turn this gem of a location into a fresh modern classic eatery which puts the customer at the heart of the experience and upgrades the quality of food and service. Has loads of potential, currently not fulfilled.
Expensive for size of portions. Crab linguine wasnt great
We have been joining Pam, Giuseppe and their team for many, many years. It is probably the best run restaurant in London. (If you want to learn how it should be done - go there and watch). The Italian food is always fantastic and imaginative. The wine list is extensive but our advice is simply do what they tell you to do on the menu. The staff add something to the experience every time. Stop thinking about it - go there!
Attentive staff and family, very interesting and delicious menu.
Was hesitant to go since they moved heim Putney to Chelsea but they did not disappoint. As lovely as ever! Will definetely go again.
Fantastic food and service. Highly recommended Italian restaurant and will definitely be back!
A bit pricey but delicious Italian regional food
Always a treat to dine here. A delicious meal that never disappoints. Service is exceptionally professional (almost so efficient that it feels very very slightly brusque). It is not meant to be offhand at all but because it is so professional it can feel like that especially when the owners are so charming and comfortable amongst the guests who they treat more as friends.
A definite MUST to dine at.
Excellent Italian food. Very creative. Amazing place
This was the first time to visit this restaurant and what a wonderful experience it was. Gorgeous food fantastic friendly staff and even a quick welcoming chat from the kind lady owner.
This is in the top three Italian restaurants in London I will be back!
Outstanding food and service. I really recommend for a nice lunch or dinner.
Excellent food. Great ambiance
Really excellent family run restaurant . Never disappoints
Brilliant Italian neighbourhood restaurant with excellent dishes of a seasonal menu. Charming service from discrete owners and waiters. Excellent and well priced wine list
A great wine list. And the menu was OK. The restuarant is very quiet, so it is easy to talk - a rarity these days.
We are a group of friends who regularly meet up in the west end for great food and good company. The Enoteca Turi delivered on all counts. Even with kitchen closing at 2.30 they still accommodated us enjoying a social bottle of wine till 4 ish.
We will be back with a larger reunion group.
This is a truly civilised restaurant. Packed, but not noisy and with wonderful seasonal Italian food and a distinctive wine list that is among tehebest in London.
Excellent food - great wine advice. Friendly people. Pace just right.
I’ve always had an outstanding experience at Enoteca Turi - food always on point. It is one of the best Italian restaurants in London.
Beautiful restaurant, excellent food, good service.
We had a wonderful dinner at Enoteca Turi. The food really was outstanding. The Guinea Fowl in particular was the best my mum had ever tasted! Caesar, our waiter was incredibly friendly and helpful without being intrusive. It was relatively busy for a Tuesday night, but not so noisy we couldn't hear each other. I'd thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
We were seated way too close to the next table.
We asked the manager to move us as we were seated next to a very noisy table.
The manager said they were full and would not move us, even though there were many spare tables.
We booked because we had a wonderful time previously at this establishment and we felt it would be a place we would frequent for special celebrations .
We will not be going back to this establishment, they failed so badly.
It was absolutely magical !! Always a joy
Un endroit magique géré par un adorable couple anglo-italien dans un quartier plutôt calme. Plats classés par région et carte de vins impressionnante. Très bonne qualité dans l'assiette. Service parfait.
Wonderful food that is fresh, balanced and delicious. Brilliant staff. Amazing wine.
