Entyse Bistro at Ritz Carlton Tysons Corner
This is my third brunch at Entyse - such a great buffet, everything you could want, in a casual yet elegant atmosphere - and the server - Roberto - attentive to every small detail - even opening jam jars before serving - it was a lovely holiday, celebration, or just Sunday out dining event - afterward we enjoyed The Ritz lounges and the beautiful boutiques in the Galleria mall. Parking was validated - perfect!
Firstly our server Marina was wonderful. Engaging and very professional. The food was very good and plan on returning.
Great spot for business meetings. Food is excellent and portion sizes are perfect. Very friendly staff.
We went for their normally wonderful brunch, which usually includes a plated entree. Was disappointed to learn they no longer have that brunch and it is now a buffet. Further, they no longer have bottomless Mimosas and now sell them by the drink. While the buffet was adequate, the eggs Benedict and waffles were dried out from sitting under heating lamps. I missed the tasty crab cakes, chicken and waffles and other excellent plated entrees they used to serve. This change was not an improvement to what used to be an excellent brunch.
The food and service was outstanding! Brunch was amazing. We will be back!
Friendly get together, nice atmosphere. A bit overpriced but it is in a hotel so to be expected.

Perfect venue to have a bite and cocktail prior to attending a performance at the Music Center at Strathmore. Love staying at this hotel even though there are other hotels closer to the Strathmore.
Excellent food by the worst service I have ever had there. Sat 10 Minutes at the table in a non packed restaurant before we were greeted and asked or drink order. Very unusual for the Ritz
Excellent Easter brunch with the outstanding quality of food and great service that you would expect at a Ritz Carlton restaurant.
Upon arriving to celebrate Easter breakfast @ 830am with my family (party of 4) plus my 2 year old granddaughter and my 1 month granddaughter - we were greeted and seated at our table. Waited between 15 to 20 minutes and nobody showed up to help us with our order. Not even to bother with offering us water. It was like we didn’t exist. My daughter attempted to call a waitress and she was initially ignored until I was able to get her attention. Waitress told us she would “try” to help but indicated she wasn’t in charge of our table. I got up and reported situation to hostess and expressed my surprise and disappointment with the decline in the quality of service provided by the Ritz-Carlton. She didn’t even seem to know our server was not even around. Eventually our server appeared and he overheard some of our conversations spoken in both Spanish and English. Evidently he assumed my husband and son-in-law spoke Spanish and addressed us all in Spanish, when in fact nobody else but my daughter and I understood him. I insisted in speaking to him in English so he would get the hint that he needed to switch to English but evidently he didn’t have a clue on matters of proper etiquette. By the time our water and coffees arrived (we had asked the first waitress for it) it was almost 1015am. The reason we didn’t book Easter Brunch was because we didn’t want my granddaughter to have to wait until 1030am to eat and I had just arrived from an overseas funeral the night before. Meanwhile our breakfast finally arrived at 1045am. The manager in charge approached us and told us he was very sorry for all the inconveniences and offered us 2 deserts on the house. He said the young man serving us was relatively new to the Ritz-Carlton. Seriously? I guess the #Marriott Corporation and #BonVoy diversification’s investments and take a closer look at the unfortunate decline in service of one of what used to be one of the greatest hotels.

My daughter and I loved breakfast at Entyse Bistro. The food was fresh, hot and the service was incredible. Definitely will visit again!
Had a business lunch at Entyse because it was recommended to me by a friend. Great food and the restaurant was quiet enough to have a good conversation. Service was a little slow even though the restaurant did not have very many tables filled.
Excellent Great service
Food - meh. Wings were good at first bite but then quickly faded. Like a stick of juicy fruit gum. The calamari was far too greasy and the breading did not stick to the squid. The fish sandwich was far too greasy, as was the bun and fries and was way under salted.
Service was good.
Decor was odd. Sitting at the back tables, the table was about upper chest high. I’m 6 feet tall so imagine if you were a shorter person.
Overall will not come back, especially for the price. It was clear why the place was so empty.
We had breakfast before leaving the hotel; we had hoped for brunch, but we were too early. We would suggest making the brunch times more obvious since it is a suggested activity. The selections were nice, but limited. My husband ended up with vegetables he didn't like or want. These were replaced with hash browns, but it left me thinking the descriptions could have been more detailed. The chairs were strange, but otherwise the decor is nice. Service was great and as far as appearance of the food, they get 5 stars. You couldn't ask for a nicer looking breakfast.
It was very cold inside! Service was really slow despite of only a few tables were booked. Our waiters didn’t bothered to bring drinks menu and breakfast menu. I saw other table was having some breakfast items and asked if we can have the breakfast menu she said sure I will bring it but she never did. Food was OK. Chopped Salad was very generous size and delicious . Again our waiter didn’t bring any bread& butter until I asked for it.
Sunday brunch buffet with the family was mediocre. The “Raw Bar” was bland chilled shrimp and a seafood dip that okay but where’s the raw?...and it was served on a bar but the “raw bar” designation makes you think there will be more than 2 non-raw options. The tables with selections from a few grilled veggies to not so ripe fruit also contained an uninteresting selection of cheese and a few prosciutto types of meats. Kind of lame. The entrees you got to choose from were good, so if we ever did go back as a last resort, it would be for the plated meals off the menu with no buffet. It just wasn’t worth the price. So disappointing.
The brunch overall was very good as well as the service. Menu selections offered a nice variety of entrees and the buffet itself is of good quality ingredients.

Holiday Brunch wasn't as we expected at all. Delayed service..long wait for even coffee refills or clearing up the table. It was a disappointment all together.
I was very disappointed by my recent trip to Entyse Bistro. My parents, and sister and brother-in-law were in town to celebrate the birth of my son and my dad's 70th birthday. We were excited to end the weekend with a nice Sunday brunch before everyone left town. Our reservation was at 11:30, and we were promptly seated. As some of the members of our party like buffets and some don't, we were intrigued by the concept -- a buffet, but each person orders an entree off the menu as well. My parents and I did the buffet while my wife, sister and brother-in-law solely ordered a la carte. We waited around 30 minutes to order, which wasn't a big problem for us, as we weren't immediately in a rush. Understanding they like to give the buffet guests some time to enjoy the buffet, we expected the food to be a bit slow, but were not expecting to wait over 2 hours to eat. We asked multiple times about how long it would be, and were continuously told it would be right out. Obviously, there was significant miscommunication between the server and kitchen, as we learned that they never even fired up our meals. Eventually our food came out.. at least for 5 of us. My wife's waffle was never started (we could see into the kitchen and the staff making one once we asked), and there was another 10-15 minute wait for her to get her food. Both my parents ordered steak and eggs, and while my father's was fine, my mother's looked entirely different. Her piece of steak looked nothing like a filet that was on the menu. After about 2.5 hours we all got our food, and the staff was nice enough to comp our brunch. The manager asked for my contact info to reach back out to me to discuss what happened (this was 2 weeks ago), and I still haven't heard from them. Overall, I am very disappointed in my experience, and it was not what I would expect for a restaurant in the Ritz Carlton.
Food and service were excellent. We were disappointed that Open Table reported that the restaurant reported us as a "no show". We responded that we were indeed there, identified the waitress and the check number. But neither the restaurant nor Open Table has explained exactly what caused this untrue negative report of our honoring the reservation. Open table is responsible for this reporting system and at least Open Table should specifically determine and report on how this untrue negative report was made, and whether it has been corrected and has been the subject of needed corrective action.
The tea sandwiches were delicious with a very nice variety of flavors. The sweets were beautiful and well-done. The wait staff was attentive, but unobtrusive. A lovely experience!
Our experience at Entyse Bistro was wonderful! The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
We were also surprised that we were given a "treat" to take home since it was our anniversary!
Thank you for drinks and desserts to celebrate my birthday! Definitely recommend and will go back! New spot for us.

The service was poor. We waited a good 10 minutes before someone even came by to say "I'll be with you in a minute". Then another 5 min went by before she came back. Another 5-7 min before we got a drink...and THEN we got to order. The food wasn't great either; it wasn't hot and the brunch options were too limited. I wouldn't recommend it - particularly for the price.

Very disappointed in this Ritz Carlton restaurant. Very few gluten free options including desserts. Would like to see a more upscale restaurant in this hotel.
The restaurant was fine but the service was very slow. Our waitress was not attentive.
