Enzo's Bistro and Bar Issaquah
Great happy hour - food and value.
Great service, delicious meal. Will be back for sure.
Initially, a very favorable impression of the property with beautiful landscaping, interior, and patio. My party of 3 ordered Brussels sprouts & an anti-pasta salad to share, both delicious. Our entrees included an aged rib eye, fresh salmon, and eggplant parmesan stack, all large portions & prepared to perfection. We will all order again. The salmon entree didn’t just include asparagus but the spears were wrapped with prosciutto and a lemon- caper sauce was yummy ( both extra nice touches to the entree).
Good food, good service. Their spinach and cheese ravioli was the highlight of what we ordered.
Enzo's has a lovely restaurant. The bar is particularly nice with a fireplace. The food was good, but it took a long time to arrive. The server was lovely and she can't do anything about the slow food delivery. My comment on the service isn't about her, but rather the kitchen. We found the tomato sauces quite spicy, but everyting was tasty when it did arrive.
Nice time with spouse
They have done a great job with the outdoor seating. The patio heaters are fixed in place but the umbrellas are moveable so there was plenty of sun or shade, depending on your preference. Our server did a great job explaining some of the portion sizes so we knew what we were getting ourselves into. The special canneloni used their house made sausage and spinach and you will not be disappointed. Seasonal veggies were very well prepared.
Food is average. The waiter was in a hurry to remove our plates without giving us a chance to decide whether we wanted to finish eating or not.
The food was delicious, the service helpful and attentive, and the ambience was perfect . I’d only ever done takeout from Enzo s before (which is also awesome), but I can’t wait to dine in again.
We were excited, the menu looked great. The service was good although the waiter asked if we wanted our wine corked or uncorked (and we realized he wasn't trying to be funny). The wine was excellent. Alas the meal didn't hold up. The fried calamari was more fried peppers than calamari. The Caesar salad was iceberg lettuce with croutons and oil and vinegar dressing with some anchovies (white) thrown on top. My veal marsala was tough, the sauce too thick, all served on way, way, way overdone spaghetti. The mushrooms were unimpressive. My wife's Melanzana Parmigiana, as she put it could have been a lot better. We were happy to get out, but for a first date night in a long time, very disappointed.
The food was terrible, ordered the chicken parm and it was dry and overdone/burnt. The pizza had dry chicken and no sauce. Will never come back here again
Great food and service, we will be back.
Food, atmosphere and service were very good. My only complaints are that our dinner was served when we were just partway through our salad, making us feel a bit rushed, and they charge for bread. Charging for bread is OK, but it makes the restaurant seem a bit cheap at this price point.
The Rigatoni was so hot (we like spicy food) , but it was so hot neither of us couldn’t eat it. We told our waitress and she did not get the cost reduced or tell the manager. Usually, love this place. Very disappointed this time around.
Wonderful pasta, sauces, and desserts made in-house. Server was upbeat and friendly; seemed a bit rushed but handled the situation well. If you like Italian cuisine, this restaurant is worth your time.
Very nice setting, we sat outside where there was nice landscaping and water features. Service was top notch with home made pasta and other ingredients made for an excellent Cuisine
First time for all of us!! Exceptional food and service!
Highly recommend this restaurant
Great food and service. It was my husband BD. They lighted a candle on top of the desert
The menu had so many great sounding choices! I had the bruschetta and romaine wedge, both of which were delicious. I am already looking forward to my next visit to try something else!
Love the location in La Quinta and excited to try it here. A favorite and will be back!
Best food in town!
Enzo's was a first time visit for us and a pleasant surprise! The food was absolutely outstanding. My husband had the Casear and I had the Caprese salads - both were large, fresh and very good. I had the Veal - which was outstanding, moist, tender, very good plate size. My husband had the Pappardelle Bolognese - incredible! We topped it with a chocolate gelato that was about the size of a soup bowl - wow - excellent! Somehow we managed to eat it all. The pace was excellent, not rushed and our server David and other staff did a great job. The manager checked in on to make sure everything was great - it was! Prices were inline - very pleased - will be back again - thank you!!!
Tasty food and drinks! A great place to meet and visit with friends in a casual atmosphere.
Nice atmosphere and service team. Food was good, but not amazing.
Waiter brought entrees to table and warned not to touch the plates that they were hot which they weren't. Food on the plates for all 3 of us was just luke warm. Empty bottle of water on table was never offered to refill.
Fabulous food, service, and atmosphere! We had David as our waiter and he was superb! Already made reservations to go back!
Our waiter, Raul, was wonderful! The special was great but pricey. The price was never listed, so I didn’t see the price until the bill came. We will be back.
This is our 2nd visit. Wait staff was way more attentive and friendly last time. Our waiter was nice but didn't get the same warm feeling. The 2 fettuccine dishes seemed very small for the price. We had reservations at 645 and many things were out already.
Inconsistent. Started out well and deteriorated from there. Our main courses arrived when we were only half way through appetizers. I don’t like seeing fingers near the eating surface of my plate either. An annoying bee interrupted our dinner and no one seemed to care. The food was good and I’ll come back for that at least one more time and see if operations are better.
We had a lovely dinner - great food and excellent service!!!
It was our first time dining at Enzo’s. I picked the restaurant for my friend’s birthday as the menu looked good. Not sure if it’s just one of those “OFF” nights but our food was disappointing quality wise. Our waiter forgot our calamari and we had to cancel it because our dinner was served. The Fettuccine shrimp was warm and not hot and the shrimp didn’t taste good. The salmon that my friend ordered was more on the raw side (more like seared).
The overall experience was fantastic, the staff are very friendly. The food was good except I ordered the Linguini Vongole and unfortunately the sauce was basically a pool of liquid. The outdoor seating area is nice during the summer, there’s shade and it’s quieter than indoors. The outdoor seat cushions had stains though which was off-putting. It seemed on the expensive side for dinner but it’s a good atmosphere and I would go back again.
Great service, great food
Very nice dinner with friends. Food was excellent, we really enjoyed the outside seating. It would have been nice to have some bread with dinner so I guess it must be requested so that's OK. The only deficiency was the menu was absolutely gross. Food and wine splattered. In the era of Covid I really did not want to touch it. Either set up a QR code for the menus or replace them every few months at least.
Beautiful setting in downtown Issaquah, under patio lights and pretty blooms of hydrangeas. Almost forgot we were on Gilman Blvd. Great service. My husband ordered the eggplant stack which was The Best eggplant parm we’ve both ever had. Wish I had ordered that! I ordered tge veal marsala which was not stellar—veal was a bit tough and marsala a bit overpowering and too much sauce—it was all pooled on the bottom of the plate, drowning the beautiful green broccolini. No service charge/pour fee for BYOW. Prices overall werw pretty conservative which made our first visit to Enzo’s pretty positive. Will continue to come back as this is our neighborhood but now we know to get the eggplant again! Salads were good, we had shared the beet salad. Would have enjoyed it more had the goat cheese and pistachios been more prevalent on top vs buried in dressing at the bottom of the plate. Delicious flavors! Welcome to Issaquah, Enzo’s!
Amazing food and service!
Food was great! We ate outside. Felt like I was in Tuscany! Nice background music, flowers, great wine selection.
Table set for 8 in a great location by the window. Comfortable temp with a/c.
Service was wonderful. So was the food. Staff super friendly making us all feel welcome.
I’ve been to Enzos a number of times both in Issaquah and LaQuinta, CA and always came away satisfied. This was the first time I was not. While the aeevice
The food was fine and the wait staff was wonderful. My biggest issue is that I dropped $90 (includes tip) and we were out of there in 35 minutes. At these prices, I would expect the food service to be spread out a bit more. We didn’t order dessert or appetizers, but after ordering our main course the food came out in 10 minutes. I don’t want to think that anything was microwaved, but it must have been if it only took 10 minutes to get our food.
