I really enjoy Prime Rib dinners and thought I would try Evario's for their special on Sundays. The Prime Rib was average at best. Not a very big portion, nor was it very tender. It seemed to have a lot of grisel and was not as thick as one would expect a slice of Prime Rib to be. The rest of the meal was fine and we were offered free dessert which was a bonus. We made a reservation but we were the only people in the restaurant.

A solid restaurant with elevated food. The restaurant is in the hotel and as such that is part of the vibe. The sound proofing is not the best. If you sit in the booths you can clearly hear all the conversations from all the booths. But it is worth a visit

No zero beer available Fries were not good - cold & soggy Lamb was tender but lacked seasoning Burger & chicken burgers were very good Complimentary samosas were good

Wait service was excellent. However reservation was made, when we arrived I said we had a reservation for 4. The staff looked around and just sat us at a booth which had no Reserved sign. I told them again we had a reservation and they said well we have a couple of larger parties and this was available. Not sure why this happened! I was not impressed. Again the server was excellent!

Very testy food. Maybe because of Easter Sunday, it was very quiet, we expected more people there. But the food was very good!!

The brunch menu and pictures of the Yorkshire egg pudding caught my eye. I was surprised by the quality and taste of the Yorkshire egg pudding. It was well presented and delicious. My husband had the salmon Benedict and the hollandaise sauce was a nice touch. Our waitress Montana was very I attentive and friendly. We would definitely go back:)
