   Short version - Avoid. We must have been on an off night. The food is average, think TGIFridays, Applebees, etc for American Readers. The quality for the prices charged is not worth ir. The dining room is LOUD when full. We were seemingly forgotten as pur server prioritized a large party. A service charge is included….the server didn’t earn €9. Based on our experience, skip this restaurant and go somewhere else.

   We ordered rib-eyes and bottle of wine. They brought the plates with no forks and knives. And also when we were able to start eating we still had not the wine on our table. They brought the wine way later after we asked for it again. Also the attention was not good because the waitress never checked on us.

   Food was very delicious; few of us shared the tomehawk, and two of us had burgers. Both were great. Service is on time, staff are lovely. It was a bit loud. Definitely we will go again!

   Never fails to impress. My favourite place to go for cocktails, food and Chillout on luxurious dining room , great service and a menu that serves proper vegetarian and non vegetarian food. A regular patron of Fade Street.. love it

   Excellent food in great surroundings. Wine list rather expensive and food bill adds up as you have to order all sides separately for many dishes. Good choice for a special occasion.

    Food was absolutely amazing, cant fault in any way even if i tried.. great buz in the place. Experience was skewed after the main course as staff just cleared the table and didn't appear at all. No option to get more drink , food, or even check if we wanted anything or simply pay. We were just left there , for an hr as we were chatting and finishing drink, while other tables were still getting served. I got up and paid the bill at the till, only to get a call from restaurant 40 min later looking for me, opening line was .. are you still here as you Ieft without paying. Not a great finish to a fabulous meal.

    It's the second time I have eaten here. Again, I came away feeling I didn't get value for money. The ribeye was disappointing. Staff were brilliant as always, but it's the food that needs to be sold to me.

    The château briand was good. The carrots were disappointing. The real disappointment was the service. We had to explain what lactose means. The maitre showed up after 20 (as in twenty) minutes to bring the menus. The place was clearly understaffed. A shame, since the chef did a good job in some respects.

    It took a long time to get the food on the table plus our meals didn’t arrive at the same time. I got my meal first and my husband meal arrived almost 10 minutes later.

    Couldn’t fault the food - top notch as you would expect. The service, however, was chaotic, and really took the gloss off the meal. We waited ages to be given menus at the start, and waited a further age for the drinks we ordered to arrive. The glass of wine was served in a warm and still wet (from the dishwasher) glass and had to be sent back. A gruff senior (by age and apparent authority) chap in a blue jacket barked at each table that there was no more roasts, despite it being almost 7 and the menu stating roasts stopped at 6. Same chap then dropped the bucket of chips (accompanying my burger) onto the table, offered a begrudging apology, and scooped them up by hand (no offer of a replacement). On the table to the left of us (a couple), one diner was finished their main before the other’s arrived. On the right, another couple, were wondering aloud why it was taking so long for food to arrive. And while we were all looking around bemused at the delays, we could see junior waiters holding food and not knowing where to serve it. We did not tip, which almost certainly a first. To reiterate, food was faultless. And any establishment can have an off night. Sunday 30th April was certainly one of those nights for Fade Street Social.

    A caotic situation when we arrived, over 50 persons waiting to be seated (we had a table reservation). More than 30 minutes before we got our table, and 30 more minutes before we get to order, the service was really stressed.

    We wanted to love this restaurant but the service left a bad impression for us. We got sat down very quickly but then it took about 10 minutes for our waiter to stop by for water/drink orders. Got our drinks and ordered food. We finished our meals but did not get the waiter to come back to ask if food was ok, or to see if we needed another drink. While the table right next to us was already on their 3rd drink order after their meals (when we sat down they just ordered food). We understand it was busy but other tables got service and we were pretty much the first table right outside the kitchen area, and did not get any attention. It was sad because the food was excellent and all 3 of us loved our food.

    I feel it should be better, they are straight forward dishes when executed well should be delicious but for instance two members of our party got the pork pizza and the pork was luncheon meat which isn’t good enough by any standard.

    Although one of our many waiters / waitresses was very nice, the service in the whole was shocking .. we had to constantly try and get someone’s attention for Everything. I understand it was busy but there seemed to be no designated stations .. the manager was there and passed our table about 50 times ( we were at the door) and NEVER once asked us if we were ok or acknowledged our presence until he wanted the table back . That was hard to do as everything took so long to get to us , even to pay . We had to stack our dishes up in the middle of the table they were there so long and still had to ask for them to be removed .. my melon balls in my salad were obviously frozen .. even after an hour and a half they were still cold .. I ate them as I was very hungry .. the green melon tasted mouldy .. as no one ever asked is if everything was ok I never said anything .. overall pretty shocking . I have been on several occasions to the restaurant and upstairs but I will not be coming back .

    we were a large group of 15 people, the dining service was flawless, when food came out they knew who ordered what. the food was lovely and everyone enjoyed it. they kindly had a table ready for drinks in the cocktail bar after and it was a lovely way to finish the night off.

    Another experience in. DMG restaurant that was poor in terms of service. I walked in the door to the concierge, I said hello and he kept his head down for about 10 seconds until he responded to me. Not a deal breaker but customer service???? Food was good. It was rushed as we had to get to the theatre but I have to say the service was appalling.
