ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS ------BEFORE ORDERING I ASKED THE WAITRESS IN ORDER TO USE OUR $5 BONUS CARDS FROM ALL THE GIFT CARDS PURCHASED----DID WE NEED SEPARATE CHECKS FOR EACH ONE OF THE $5---OR ONLY ONE TOTAL NEEDED FOR THE 4 --BONUS CARDS. SHE SAID ONE CHECK COULD APPLY FOR THE 4-$5 DEDUCTABLE . MANGER CAME OVER TO RETURN 2 OF THE 4 BONUS & SAID I COULDNT DO THIS . I TOLD HER I HAD SPECIFICALLY ASK AHEAD OF TIME & WAITRESS SAID I COULD. SHE SAID NOT I WAS NOT IN THE MOOD TO DISCUSS ANYMORE. MANAGER COULD HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT ME GETTI NG UPSET . NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. I PURCHASED $300 WORTH GIFT CARDS FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS
It was great, pretty empty, food took a little long to come out. And the people next to us child kept screaming and crying.
The food was not good at all.
Ribs are very tendet
Had a reservation. Took 40 minutes just to get drinks. When we complained they said it was busy and they were short staffed. It was 6:30, not even peak hours, and the place wasn’t even near full. Not even an apology. All drafts were broken and the manager didn’t even know until we told her. Her actual response “I’ve been in Florida all week and I just got back today”. One basket of “complimentary” chips for 7 people - seriously. Appetizers took over an hour. Food was an hour plus. Ribs were tough and I could barely pry the meat off the bone. Brisket was dry too. Had to beg for drink refills. Server and manager couldn’t have cared less. Nothing like the Famous Dave’s we used to visit frequently in Minnesota. My advice - go somewhere else.
Manger Clyde is the best food is in point when it's not the take care of it .
The food was good as always but service was poor. We waited at least five minutes after our meals were brought to our table for silverware. We told the server when our meals came out, yet she checked in with two other tables then went in the back for several minutes before finally bringing it. When we mentioned we had been waiting for awhile, she did not apologize. She just looked at us.
Friendly and very attentive staff that makes you feel welcome. Fun atmosphere. Menu has something for everyone whether for lunch or dinner. Great baby back ribs and very good salmon with very good side dish offerings. Timely delivery of your meal. Full bar to sit at and dine or eat at any one of their other dining rooms. Great for locals or anyone visiting the area. We really enjoyed our meals and look forward to our next visit.
