I did not want to write this, mainly because I know restaurants are suffering and need to adapt their business during COVID-19 measures. But it becomes obvious when restaurants and staff just simply stop trying. This was the first time I left a restaurant still hungry because of the quality of the food and service.
This place was so amazing when they first opened. We used to dine here a couple times per month and slowly started noticing the standard dropping off. Today we went for brunch. We took no issue with the safety measures in place, but the food at the buffet was so old and stale, scrambled eggs were so hardened with a discolored crust on the edges, sausages were stale and cold, much of the food lacked flavor. We thought ok, let’s order the small plates on the menu - eggs Benedict, bacon - everything except for pancakes was cold and clearly tasted like it was pre made well before we ordered it. The bread from the Benedict was so stale I couldn’t even get my knife through it.
As for the service - we were seated for about 5 minutes until someone finally greeted us and took drink orders. The restaurant was not exactly busy, but everything seemed to take very long - for something as simple as coffee or water even. Dirty plates on our table were not cleared up once - we just piled everything and put it to the side at some point to see if anyone would take initiative - nothing. Our waitress was so slow to deliver our last effort to find something on the menu worth eating that we gave up, paid, and left incredibly annoyed.
I’m a healthy eater and try to spend my cheat meals wisely. This was such a complete disappointment. We spent $80 for a couple pancakes and coffee.

The service and food were excellent and they were offering a COMPLETE menu! That's a rare thing in Covid times so we were quite pleased. The service was amazing as well.

The server was horrible. She ruined my nice relaxing lunch.
We got there right before the kitchen switched to lunch but the waiter got our breakfast order in just in time.
My fiance and I ate brunch here on a Sunday. You could only get the brunch buffet. You could not order off the menu. This was not articulated on their website, but we figured we would stay anyway. We were seated outside and the patio was lovely. It took a long time for a server to come and take our drink order, and we had finished eating before we got out coffees. The offerings on the buffet were fine, but all of the food that was supposed to be hot, was actually cold. It was disappointing, especially for $30 per person.

Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive! My children and I had a great time for my Birthday Brunch! I am a regular, so it didn't surprise me that the food was outstanding and freshly cooked!

The restaurant was very quiet, maybe 10% of capacity. When we were served the service was good. However, overall I felt ignored. Initially I stood by the reception desk for five minutes until someone approached. We asked to be seated outside and have the heater turned on. The gentleman sat us and left and didn’t come back. After about 8 minutes we went inside and no one approached the reception, although we could see about four servers. We finally walked in and asked if we could be seated and get menus, which happened. Another ten minutes and I waved someone down. He said he thought another wait staff had our table, but took the order. After that it was fine. But honestly I will not return. This is the second time I have experienced poor service. The food is good but not special, so an unsatisfactory experience. Such a pity.
I love this restaurant. Food is exceptional and cocktails are delicious.

The food and service were excellent. Our server was ready with recommendations and advice on the menu when we asked for it. Food was delicious. Have only been here twice, but they have been top notch both times.
We love to eat brunch here but with covid, we didn’t realize that they had simplified the food and buffet...you’re no longer able to help yourself on your own at the buffet. Small selection as well. There’s a wait line & only one server behind the plastic partition who scoops your food out for you. Food in the buffet was cold, dry and not freshly made but what saved us was our outstanding sever KENYA & manager MAURICIO. They made sure our experience with our two birthday celebrants was wonderful from seating us to the best table and opting to serve us with made to order, warm food items (from the buffet) served freshly to our table. What service! Out of excitement and awesome service, we realized that our veteran didn’t get his advertised 50% discount :) for the Veteran’s Day special. We were happy and satisfied because of the staff going above and beyond and we can’t wait to visit again! THANK YOU!

Didn’t enjoy my meal as I have in the past at this restaurant. The food was not hot mostly because it was a mandatory buffet for that days brunch. Had I k ow they were offering only buffet service I would have chosen to go to a different restaurant. The seating was nice, we chose to sit outside and enjoy the great weather. My suggestion is to ensure the food is changed out properly and make sure the food is at a much better serving temperature.

Hi, although this place is very nice and the atmosphere is welcoming the server was misleading.
We paid $29.99 each for brunch. We asked if coffee was included with the brunch menu. The answer was yes. We proceeded to order lattes. She said sure. Since no one told us there was an extra chge for coffee we ordered another round. (We did pay $29.99 a person)
At no time did the server tell us there was an extra cost for this type of coffee. When I arrived at home I realized the bill was much higher than I expected. We were charged over $16.00 for these cups of coffee. Not the right way to conduct business. Unfortunately I made the mistake to not be careful and did not bring up to the server or mgt at the time. Very deceptive.
The bfast food was not that tasty either.
