Food wasn’t up to standards, also the customer service is a lot better in st James street
Poor food and long wait...extremely disappointed ☹️
Absolutely amazing. Loved the food and service. 100/100
Service was pretty slow, but staff was super friendly. Atmosphere was really good & aesthetically pleasing. However there wasn’t much of an option for food! But defo will be returning for desserts.
Came with my toddler who loved it. Visited this place 2 times in a space of a week. Would recommend
Beautiful cafe 🤩 . Exquisite decor. Outstanding food ❤️ will visit again soon🤩
Food/drinks were alittle expensive. But overall amazing place to see and take Afew photos! 🥰
Food is good, cafe is gorgeous. People were a bit noisy but not the fault of the staff. Sadly found a hair in my food :( but otherwise really enjoyed it.
Great place to go with the friends. The staff were amazing and it was very quiet which was a good thing. The waffles and tree art coffee was amazing. I would totally recommend it to my friends. When I uploaded pictures of the place, many people asked me where it was and I obviously told them it was not just the looks, but everything tasted amazing too!
Its a very nice cosy cafe! Loved it! Especially on a special day morning when it was my 🎂
Loved the cardamom chai! It was so good I had 2. The gyros was amazing with a lovely fresh salad on the side. The location is beautiful. Great for catching up with friends. My new Sunday chill spot.
The service was great, the waiters treated everyone equally and made sure everyones needs were being met. All the waiters were extremely helpful especially the female staff.
The atmosphere was really calming. The booths were clean and beautiful. The food was AMAZING!!
The food needed to be drastically improved. Not worth value for money.
Food was exceptional , staff really friendly and professional.
Decor is gorgeous!!!
Coming back soon ❤️
So I took my friend here for a birthday brunch last Sunday! We were running late but the staff were really accommodating when I called ahead and I only had to wait a short while to get a lovely table! The food was fab especially the waffles and pancakes! The lychee cooler was to die for! But the biggest thing was the ambience! My friend and I ended up staying until closing and the staff never once came to move us on or rush us away! Would highly recommend!! Will be coming again soon!
The only thing enjoyable about feya is the decor and the presentation of their dishes. The food and drink both are absolutely horrifying, and so overpriced, paid £60 and didn’t actually eat food. I was recommended a Spanish iced coffee which was nearly ten pounds the most basic drink at a ridiculous price.
My birthday celebration
Food was great , waiter suggested one of the new dishes (souvlaki) which was amazing!! Coming back soon!!!
Really helpful staff , shakshuka was probably the best we have tried in the area!!!
The café looks stunning and quite chic. I absolutely loved the cake. My friends and I spent a really nice afternoon.
Best pancake and waffle we ever had ! Amazing service
The seating was not good although I booked it a week ago.. it was near the entrance door. And serving counters!
Would not like to go back perhaps even if I like the food and other things!
So they should be careful about it!
The food was really nice, service was terrible but the staff were helpful once they came over to you.
We went to Feya for my daughters birthday as she’d seen it online & thought it looked interesting.
The staff were absolutely lovely & very attentive despite it being a busy Saturday lunchtime. We waited a very reasonable amount of time for our food & drinks.
However, the pricing is astronomical! I paid £62 for two milkshakes, two mains & one desert. For the food they are serving that’s a lot - we’re talking toasted sandwiches, pasta, gnocchi with pesto & the like. Nothing exciting or original & served to a standard that’s ok - hot with average portion sizes. I don’t mind paying more for food that’s a bit special but this just wasn’t. I understand that really you’re paying for the appearance & ‘instagrammability’ of the place but it’s not somewhere I’d return to when I can get the same food for half the price elsewhere.
Staff = great!
Food = ok
Decor = pretty
Price = far too expensive
The café is very cute. Surprisingly the food tastes as good as it looks. I've ordered the pancakes with pistachio sauce and they were very good and very well presented. My friends ordered pancakes and the avocuddle. I wouldn't recommend this last one as it's basically an avocado with an egg and other ingredients in the middle. My friend had to order a cake after that as it wasn't filling. It was definitely overpriced.
As for the service, the first waiter (a tall skinny guy)I met was quite rude as I told him I had a reservation but one of my friends was there already and he asked me if I wanted to go and check where my friend was, like it's not his job to show me where my table is!
The other waiters were very nice, also available to take pics of us! We had a little issue as they run out of whipped cream for the pancakes and they didn't inform us so a waiter offer to send us ice cream instead and we accepted. However, the ice cream that was supposed to be a replacement was actually on our bill. We spoke to the waiter (a short guy with glasses) and he removed that from the bill straight away apologizing. Great customer service skills :) His colleague should learn from him!
As for the Covid rules, all the waiters were wearing masks.
Food came an hour late and felt like we got the poor end of the stick compared to others around us! Then they tried to service charge us and when we asked for it to be taken off they asked why, as if we hadn’t waited for the food which wasn’t at its best quality, for an hour!
I came here for a birthday dinner and I was completely blown away with the level of amazing service I had received. I was pleased with my food and I definitely enjoyed my time there!
I was really excited to go to feya but was disappointed by the lack of communication with the staff and the terrible service which we still had to pay service charge for. I would never eat here again as I felt me and my guest where not looked after properly and had to continuously ask for assistants from the waiters to a point we both had to get up and find someone.
saw this place on instagram, wanted to try it out. the service was poor and the staff were arrogant, which was disappointing. the food is very nice but portions are small for the price you pay. would I go back again? maybe but definitely been to better places with the same effect.
Had to wait 25 minutes for our reservation which was a bit disappointing but given how busy it was this may have been the case. Great selection of tasty, colourful food and great interior aesthetic though!
Simply the most amazing place to celebrate Kid’s birthday
The food and coffee ordered did not live up to expectation and not worth the price paid.
Aesthetically pleasing cafe to be in. The pasta was colourful, and tasted nice. The desserts were the best part, so delicious! The lychee rose cooler was nice but it tasted very watered down, but I loved the fact they add colour to it. Overall, a great place. I would definitely go again.
The staff were very patronising and made us feel as if we are not welcome in the restaurant. The food was not great at all!
We went for family lunch. Our family men's were only men here, except service people, and they feel a little bit uncomfortable. Despite reservation we were forced to wait for a free table for 30 min. But we received free desserts for this inconvenience. Menu is not for lunch, but is good - we take sandwiches and salads. I will recommend this place for group of teenage girls - young woman.
I was really disappointed with my visit to Feya, we had a reservation at 11.30am and we were left outside in a queue for 40 minutes. When we got our table the server just added a random seat for my friend on the table which was a table for 2 but there was 3 of us and at the front where it was very cold and the door was open. Therefore we were constantly distracted by people waiting at the door for a table. The service was average and it looks better on instagram than reality.
Lovely food karak chai was amazing and the service was lovely
Venue was busy so it was understandable when told that there was a wait on food, but this was after we had to wait over 30 mins to be served. I was also charged £3.95 for extra avocado which I thought was quite expensive . There was also no strict enforcement on the new COVID guidelines and the staff were ignoring customers getting up, without masks on, and taking pictures. The food was lovely and the ambience was also pleasant but without any clear COVID risks being taken care of, I was not sure the risk of COVID was contained
