Fiamma Centro was outstanding! Absolutely authentic Italian food! Very big portions as well. We will be returning VERY soon!

Best Italian in rochester! The rigatoni al forno would be my last meal if I had to decide. Rochester pizza bomb. The scamporza appetizer was so ooey gooey. You can’t go wrong. Literally everything is amazing.

Eating out during COVID can be nerve wracking. The staff was constantly cleaning and making sure they adhered to the regulated capacity. Then hostesses did a great job enforcing the mask policy.
Food was fantastic!

The reason I was not able to give my experience 5 stars which I anticipated was because our waiter was not wearing a mask. Was alarmed and disappointed especially since several restaurants closed recently due to staff having COVID

Fiamma has excellent food and service.. along with a delightful ambiance.

Food was delicious, and service was excellent. It was a busy Saturday night and noise was moderate downstairs where we were sitting. The restaurant has great ambience - but we could have used more light to read the menu and see the food.

Great meal! The servers just need to keep their mask up over their nose. Everything else was good.

It was our Anniversary

My first visit, the interior was very comfortable, with lots of different seating areas. A bit noisy but we were able to have a conversation. All the draft ( craft) beers were IPA's, which was disappointing.

Delicious food.. great service. GO eat here. You will not be disappointed.

Staff was friendly, and very attentive. Food came out very quickly and was phenomenal.

It was a nightmare. It started out well. Bar staff was friendly and attentive. The waitress at the table took our orders and made some suggestions so far ok. Then it fell apart. Party of 6 food came out after a long wait but not all of it Three of us did not get served while others patiently waited. Ugh so now theirs is cooling quickly. After several attempts to get answers. One person from the group left the table and tracked down our waitress. She seemed surprise about our dinners not arriving. It went on and on. My veal finally arrive raw. Left it all. The manger came to the table with no great explanations. When entrees arrived they were delivered by another wait person. Not our originally wait staff. He had NO idea where to place the meal. When we told him he reached across a large table and stretched to set it down. It was strange. They offered coffee and dessert to offset the dinner. Not even close. All we wanted was a nice dinner I will never return. The only reason I wrote this is to help others. Find another place to eat.

Waited 15 mins before we were even greeted at the door. Our waiters mask kept falling down and he brought my husband the wrong pork chop. The rest of us had finished our meals and were already boxing them up when the correct meal arrived for him. The waiter took off one margarita. Drinks took forever, appetizers came with no serving spoons, food expediters were rushed and not familiar with any of the food items they delivered. My chicken and eggplant was way over cooked. The restaurant was extremely loud.

1st time there was last saturday night for my husbands birthday, it was nice out so we sat outside (seemed noisy inside),the food and service were great!

This restaurant is a hidden gem!! The food, service and ambiance was so great that I went back several days latter with some girlfriends. I recommend the chicken breast topped with eggplant, ricotta cheese, tomatoes and topped with apesto glaze. Sooooo good!! My husband had the lamb meatloaf and loved it. The salads are huge and can be split between 2 to 3 people easily. We went home with plenty of leftovers. Love this restaurant!

It took over 30 minutes just to get drinks. The server didn’t know who orders what and we had to switch plates amongst the table. We had to flag him down to get the check which took another 20 mins after asking for him to bring it. The food was ok nothing to brag about, we had to ask for bread as it wasn’t brought to our table like most others. I don’t think I’ll be back. Also I get we had 8 people however I hate when the tip is automatically added especially when the service was sub par

The food options at Fiamma are amazing, I always look forward to what the specials will be too. Pizza amazing, better than bread as an appetizer for the table. Can’t wait to go again!

Great service but felt a little rushed. Food was good but way overpriced. We had pizza and meatball appetizer,can of beer and glass of wine. Bill was $60.00

Truly amazing food, service and ambiance~ my new favorite place

It was extremely loud. We were shouting and could barely here across the table. There was a party of 12+ young ladies that should have been seated in a private room. They made the noise level unbearable. I felt myself eating quickly so we could leave. I was entertaining clients and was disappointed.

Everything was delicious, the ambiance was great and service wonderful. I would highly recommend Fiamma Centro!

Restaurant was awesome! The only problem was the noise level is kind of hard to take. Hard to carry on a conversation and extremely hard to hear the waiter. All in all we had a nice time!

Good food, nice outdoor seating.

We had reservations for 7:30 last Friday night. We arrived about 15 minutes early and were asked to wait at the bar. We attempted to order drinks and were served after 15 minutes of waiting. During our wait the bartender served 3 other parties that arrived after us, seems that there were people in these groups who were friends with the bartender and therefore entitled to quicker service. Once seated we could hardly hear each other across the table, having to shout to chat. When our server shared the specials 2 of the 4 people in our party could not hear what the server said. Drink orders did not arrive for 25 minutes. Appetizers arrived shortly after and were tasty ( Pizza and salad for the table) Entrees arrive nearly 35 minute later, with no drink refills. 3 of the 4 entrees where cold and 2 dishes were completely inedible, when the serve came back to check on us we shared our dissatisfaction with the entrees, the servers response was to mumble something and disappear. After another 15 minutes of trying to get our servers attention we flagged down am other server to get our check.

Order the Garganelli ai Cavolfiori, you will want to lick the plate clean!

The chef was very heavy handed on the salt. Every dish that we were served was over salted. Nice ideas on each dish but the heavy salt turned us off. And I am a fairly heavy salted myself.

Food was delicious as always. Staff were attentive and kind.

We had special appetizer. Fried fresh mozzarella with fresh tomatoes and a pesto sauce. Very yummy. We also shared a pizza. Their pizzas are delicious!

It was our first wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have been happier with our meal at Fiamma Centro. We got a last minute reservation and they were more than accommodating to seat us outside away from everyone else. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully plated. There were three servers constantly in and out checking on us making sure everything was ok for us. We will definitely be back!

Service was great and food was on point as usual! Always enjoy our nights here!
