Real gem in the middle of downtown Moline. We enjoyed our food, and our cocktails. The bartender knows his/her stuff! I asked for the slightly obscure “Sidecar,” and it was correctly made. The onion dip appetizer is fantastic. I would highly recommend Fifth Avenue Syndicate.

Service from our waiter was excellent! However; our food took over an hour to come out and it was room temperature when it did come out.

The entrees were foodie excellent! The steak frites were medallions of fillet mignon. The medallions were consistent and to the desired medium rare temp! I was amazed to watch the bartender mix drinks and wait the tables, not missing a beat in this covid world. The Syndicate is situated in a boutique hotel, I wish we had stayed at. A dining experience so unexpected in Rock Island!

Unique dining experience. Limited menu...but excellent quality. Some fun cocktails. Overall, very nice.

The server was slow getting back to us to get us a new cocktail. After receiving our check, it was over 20 minutes before she came back to get my credit card for payment. We were very dissatisfied with our server.

Nice surroundings, I list quiet because there were only a couple of tables filled while I was there. We had the appetizers and fully intended on ordering an entree but the portions were so generous, we were too full to eat anymore, but will go back and try other foods. The sliders were delicious, the fried avocado slices and dip, the mushroom dish, and the goat cheese appetizer were all delicious. They have a social hour between 3-6 Monday - Friday, appetizers are half price and well worth it.

Great experience. Beautiful place. Very friendly, attentive service. Menu has a lot of options. Appetizers, salads, sandwiches and some great entree choices. Our steak frites and cognac shrimp main courses were both excellent. Highly recommend.

Went on a sunday night. 3 items on menu were unavailable making it hard to select dinner choices. Appetizer was tasty and so was the dessert.

The food was very tasty, the sauces used with the dishes were very decadent. It would have been a five star review if the dishes would have been served hotter, we dishes were just served just warm.

Everything was great except our sever must be a heavy smoker.

We were sitting in close to door and was cold through dinner. It took over 20 mins to get a drink. Food was pretty good. Meatloaf was tasty but a little dry. Overall we would try it again.

Great food, great prices, the manager Austin is awesome. I will definitely come back to this place.

We enjoyed our dinner. My halibut was very tender, with a tasty cucumber/pickled mushroom accompaniment. The crispy Brussels sprouts were amazing! Steve enjoyed his burger, tasty and not outsized. I didn’t mind the noisy chatter from other diners, but found the big screen TVs distracting. I’d far prefer no TVs. Otherwise an appealing, energetic atmosphere with French bistro art. Service was good.

Great food & drinks. Waitress was perfect. Hotel shuttle dropped us off at the Tax Slayer for a concert. Very nice perk for patrons just coming for dinner and not staying at the hotel.

Our waitress was not very accommodating, and was instantly inattentive when a couple of the drinks were not quite the way they were described to her. We noticed she had no intention of making right or discussing with the bar tender-we eventually flagged down the Manager. Bingo it was taken care of! She also had no educated opinion on the menu to help out individual tastes. This is the wrong job for her!

Our food was tasty and well presented and our waitress and waiter friendly and helpful. A nice place to go for a good meal.

We were visiting our son in Davenport and selected Fifth Avenue Syndicate to celebrate both my husband and sons shared birthdays. It was an unexpected surprise given the location of the restaurant being in an area that feels like a lobby. Do not be fooled as the food and service were outstanding! We each had different entrees and all were excellently prepared. The entrees were the Bouillabaisse, Seared Salmon and the Steak and Frites. The appetizer we selected was the Tri Mushroom Sauté. This appetizer was amazing and I will be trying to duplicate it at home. I will be fortunate if I can even come somewhat close to the Fifth Avenues preparation! Outstanding visit and we look forward to another visit when we return to visit our son!

Very pleasant

The food was phenomenal, service was great and prompt. We had a very nice evening, quiet enough to converse and just enjoy our evening.

Nice modern, open space but the 4 of us were seated at a round table with 2 of us on the bench seat. We had to sit somewhat twisted and off the edge to be up to the table. We did have a reservation so they knew we were coming.
We ordered a nice bottle of wine and our waitress did not know how to use the wine opener.....we helped her. She did not pour a taste first, just filled all 4 glasses.
The food was very good and great prices. We will be back but hopefully they will do some training of their hostess and wait staff.

Everything was wonderful! The only glitch was that my special request I had included when booking through Open Table did not get communicated to the restaurant. So, I had to ask the waiter about getting candles added to dessert as we were celebrating & they were not aware we were celebrating a special occasion. So that was a bit of a bummer, but the food, service & atmosphere were fantastic!

Had reservations for 6:45 on Sat. People waiting but we were showed immediately to our table. Great service, great food, love the meatloaf. Lotsa fun. will be back

My husband loved his cognac shrimp. My ribeye with fingerling potatoes were not good at all. Ribeye was charred and the potatoes didn't have any flavor at all. I was so very disappointed. It was all very expensive. The access to the women's bathroom was not handicap friendly. The door was too heavy to get into it.

Meh, overpriced and unfantastic. Chicken was ok, noodles were cold and cheap, not durable like cavatappi should be. Underwhelming.

Arrived for our reservation and Hostess mentioned that they don't take reservations. However, she did state the reservation gave us preferred seating of which we had our choice of available tables. Wait staff was very attentive to our needs, and started us off with a couple of their delectable cocktails of the Prohibition period. They even made me a scofflaw cocktail also of the prohibition period when I asked them. It was prepared and served by the manager on duty and it was delicious. The menu is very straight forward and printed upon a newspaper style sheet. We started with a salad course of the Caesar and the House. Both came out timely and were very well done. I had a medium rare rib eye while my wife had the shrimp. Both meals were done to perfection and came to the table hot. The final was a shared Creme Brule which came out warm with fresh fruit berries on top. We were never rushed or pushed, our pace was our own and everything fit. Atmosphere was excellent, staff were excellent, and they made us feel right at home. We will return and highly recommend the Syndicate to our friends.

Made reservations with OpenTable but the restaurant did not have our reservation and my impression was that she didn't know anything about OpenTable reservations.

It was our first time but we well definately be back. The salt and smoke cocktail was amazing. We had the meatloaf and bouillabaisse and both were very good. The atmosphere is nice and while it is in the hotel lobby as locals we still enjoyed it.
