Finn's Seafood, Chops and Cocktails

Delicious seafood!! Mussels with Parmesan fries to start followed by Steelhead salmon cooked to perfection. Service was very friendly and attentive

Made a reservation days in advance and was shown to an outdoor table with heaters. Fortunately not windy and rainy, I would have appreciated being notified in advance. It seemed like we had the last spot in Finns. Service & food excellent!

We had eaten at Finn’s one week ago for our wedding anniversary and we’re so happy with our experience that we came back for my husband’s birthday. We had the Early Bird specials- the Meat Skewers with humus, the Prawn Tacos and the shucked oysters. All delightful. My husband was treated to a dessert of his choice. The Lemon Meringue tart did not disappoint. It was delicious. Again, a lovely quiet spot to enjoy a great dinner.

We celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary at Finn’s. We had the early dinner special, which is a very good price. My husband had the Seafood Chowder to begin with. I had the Salad with Goat cheese. We shared a basket of crusty sourdough bread. We both had the Seafood Linguine as our main dish. The linguine sauce was full of huge, succulent prawns, clams and mussels. The sauce was delicious - Not too overwhelmingly rich. The house wine was great.
I love the charm of the historic building - beautifully updated. All the employees greet you on your way to your table. Lovely touch.

The food and customer service was really good , the only thing that I didn't enjoy was the beverages. We ordered 1 cocktail and 2 non alcoholic drinks and all of them had 80% ice.

This is one of my most favorite restaurants in Victoria. The atmosphere, food and beautiful ocean view are all amazing!

We had our 38th anniversary dinner at Finns, a place we’d eaten at several times years ago but rediscovered on this occasion. Everything went very smoothly and the food was very good. Memorable anniversary for all the right reasons.

We went during happy hour for appys followed by dinner. The food was excellent and the price was quite reasonable

Very pleasant restaurant. Good COVID protocols. Oysters were fresh and well served and both of our seafood mains were very well done. I would both return and recommend!

They forgot to add the shrimp to our seafood linguine. We told them and they apologized and brought us the shrimp. Disappointed they did not at least of us a glass of wine.

We went there to celebrate my birthday. I was craving for good seafood, and it satisfied my craving! The only thing I would suggest is that paella I ordered was a little bit on salty side and I got thirsty after I got home. Other than that, we had a good time there!

Finns is a great location with a wonderful view of the parliament buildings and harbour. The service was wonderful, the food was very good. I had the fried oysters and the veggie bowl.

Decent fare with a good drink selection. We had an anxious rookie server that was ok but lacked the polish expected at such a decent place.

We had a wonderful time at Finn’s. We found the ambiance, the food and the service to be great.

Food was very good - really enjoyed the rockfish croquette appetizer. Steaks and the Westcoast Paiella were exceptional. Drinks were good overall - and service was very good. Not cheap but good value for the quality and amount of food. Would definitely return.

Food and service excellent. What stood out most to me was the way all staff from the host up front to the staff we passed on the way to the table and of course our server acknowledged us with a hello on the way in, going to the washroom, and on the way out. This tells me that management pays attention to the customer experience details which helps differentiate Finns from others along the harbour front. Well done!

Great food! Had fried oysters as an appy, rockfish was great, as was porkchop. All in all really good, would return. Recommend this place!

Waiter was a not the best, needed some experience under his belt. Clanking down glasses very forcefully. Steak was over priced for what I received (fatty). Changes in the menu were unexpected as I had gone to have a dish I had enjoyed before, only to see it is off the menu.
Not sure I will return...

Prawn tacos are outstanding. The starter was all I needed. And only $12 during happy hour.

We very rarely write reviews. But the meal deal we both had, was outstanding. Never tasted linguini that good ever and lots of sea food. The fish chowder equally good.
We couldn't finish the linguini but it was so good we asked for a doggy bag!
The service was also very good.
Its Finns for sure next time we are in Victoria

Great ambiance and great food. We had reservations for six people and they sat us at a quiet table with a great view. Food and service were great. I would recommend eating here.

Fabulous location and fast, friendly service. Perfect for families with great children’s menu.

They restaurant overall was wonderful, but our server Bjorn absolutely made our night! He was attentive, quirky, quick and overall just an absolute delight to have.

The food was prompt, and incredible!
