Fire & Smoke
Best tasting and clean presentation of oysters on half shell. Best Manhattan with an awesome presentation with smoking glass. Ribeye steak was perfect with a nice crisp char crust. Definitely a place to return to, and soon.
Took a very long time to get our food, other than that it was great
The service was not as good as it usually is, waited a long time before anyone ever came to the table
Great food (ribs, steak tips bruschetta, Mac and cheese). Great service, our server was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the menu items. We will be back :)
Went out with friends from NJ. We have been here a few times and were always quite happy. I don’t know what happened this time but the service was not good. And the restaurant was not that crowded. Sometimes I think the waiter left because I could not find him. Every one did enjoy the food though it was delicious as usual.
A wonderful locally run establishment with an amazing menu that changes with the seasons. A must stop when we come visit the beach.
Fire & Smoke is hands down our favorite restaurant in Myrtle Beach. I'm usually stuck on 2 dishes that I go back & forth on, unless there is a seafood special that sounds good-but this time, I went with a pork chop that's always on the menu and it was INCREDIBLE! So now I have 3 favorite dishes to rotate through! We got there early enough that is was quiet, the service was great-so we had a wonderful night.
We love Fire & Smoke! Food is always great! Service was a little slow when ordering drinks but the place was packed so we understood. Table next to us was a little obnoxious and loud but certainly don’t hold that against the restaurant.
The food was incredible. I will definitely return. I highly recommend the short ribs and the burger that melts in your mouth.
We enjoyed our apps, and our dinners of cioppino and chef's special twin 4 oz filets oscar style. I do feel the wines are a bit pricey. My chardonnay by the glass, recommended by waitress, was $14. The bread and butter is a must, and all dishes are prepared with quality ingredients. It does take quite awhile to get your entrees. Not a problem for us, but just know that this is not a place to go if you are in a hurry. This was our third visit since July and we will return next month.
This was our 2nd visit to Fire and Smoke. We had a delicious meal, although my fish special was a bit overpriced in my opinion ($42 for halibut) and a little overdone (hence 4 instead of 5 stars). The overall entree however, was quite delicious and my husband loved his scallops and bison carpaccio. Great waiter and service overall. It's off the beaten track a bit but worth the journey.
Per usual, a delicious meal combining usual favorites (truffle fries with garlic aoili and creamed corn brûlée for the table + shared salad w pears/nuts—varies seasonally, but always delightful)...and trying some new items (eg elk chops in a blueberry gastrique). All 4 of us loved our food. Excellent service. Tried the featured cocktail—an Old Fashion involving creative preparation “twists” that was notable and would highly recommend. This is our favorite bistro for a night out with friends/house guests. Always a treat with no pretense.
Nice. We had a reservation but weren’t seated until about 20 minutes late. Otherwise service was a bit slow. But overall good meal. I had a fish special served over a cauliflower and truffle purée with lobster and it was excellent. My husband had a very good burger.
Nice server. But expected higher quality for those prices.
Fantastic food! Best in MyrtleBeach! Great service!!!
A wonderful place to splurge and have a gourmet meal !
Food was wonderful, service was exceptional
Will be back!
Our friends go here every time they are vacationing in Myrtle Beach. With that recommendation we decided to try it. From the outside you wouldn’t know they had great food. My elk chops were good but cooked uneven. The bread pudding that came with the elk chops was fantastic and I’d go back for it alone. It’s worth going and I’d visit again. The menu changes every four months.
'We enjoyed a delicious evening of fantastic small plates, a perfect martini, and the kind of desserts that keep gym memberships a necessity.
A return visit will happen soon.
Food was delicious as usual, service was very good, ambiance was great and it was a delightful experiences. We arrived and were shown to our table immediately. A waiter appeared, took our drink orders and brought fresh bread. After we received our drinks, they mentioned some specials, took our orders and service was excellent. Everything flowed smoothly thruout the meal.
The service from TJ was exceptional.
A delightful experience. All the dishes were excellent (try any of the salads!), and the service was also of high quality
Dinner and service was excellent!
Food was bursting with flavor. The Carpaccio was outstanding, lamb chops very flavorful. Great wine selection. Pricey for a casual restaurant but food and service was great!
Very very creative menu and excellent food! Duck confit nachos, boar meatloaf, elk chops, truffle burger - all amazing! Good wine list and delicious desserts. Different and well done!
Wonderful food and excellent service. We will return.
Filets were excellent!
Love the crab cake
Nothing in the area can compare to the quality of the food prepared at Fire and Smoke. Staff are professional and attentive. We have never been disappointed with drinks, appetizers, entrees or desserts!
Frrom the northeast andhaving many over the top resturants to choose from Myrtle Beach does not have many ovet the top resturants.
Fire and Smoke is one of them. Its pricey but you for sure get what you pay for.
It is a go to place. Wait staff was excellent. It is 6 stars not 5
Second time at Fire and Smoke. A go to dinner spot each time we visit Myrtle Beach. Love the small plates, especially the scallops, the salads, husband likes the pear salad, and the entrees. Don’t skip the corn brûlée, s dessert-like side. Service is top-notch and attentive. Wine list is heavily weighted to West Coast.
As locals this restaurant is a favorite.
Ashley our server was excellent. I always have lobster tempura. Their specials are always special. Well worth the expense.
Good food and drinks great aervice
The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. The food was amazing. My husband and I shared five small plates so we could try a bunch of different options. Plus we shared a small smoke grilled Caesar salad that was wonderful. The small lamb plate was incredible! Our server was outstanding and you could tell that the staff work together to make sure that everyone has what they need. Will definitely go back.
We went on Monday night. That may be part of the trouble. We had new wait staff that volunteered it was their first or second day, and they tried hard. Unfortunately, it didn't always work out. The food was not nearly as good as we had expected based upon past visits to this restaurant. If we go back, I will inquire if the principal chef is on duty that night.
We have dined here multiple times. The food and service are exceptional. Prime dry aged beef and fresh caught fish.
Over rated and under delivered. No atmosphere, high priced menu, wine was 14 a glass! My meal had to be sent back two times as it wasn’t prepared as requested our waiter made us feel like we were lucky he was serving us. We won’t be returning.
Great food with awesome flavor and a must for anybody in Myrtle Beach
