Beautiful place , with great customer service

Had a very enjoyable meal on Christmas Eve with my husband and two children. Lots of choice on the menu. The service was incredible. The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming

Expensive but worth it!

Everything was perfect, the food was amazing and the whole experience was incredible.
The only small thing they left behind is that I forgot to take my receipt after the dinner and I need it, so I called and email then asking if they could get me the receipt, but I haven't got an answer from then until now.

Excellent night, disappointed my boys were seated so far away from us, had requested 2x4 near each other, outside of that, so impressed much better food and service than other years. Excellent night thank you

Super service amidst all the new COVID 19 guidelines and regulations, FIRE never fails to disappoint and the food is so tasteful and bursting with flavour.

I shouldve known better to expect more from this place. Our starters arrived and were eaten before the wine arrived, waiters were tardy but the worst was the bill came to 250 euro for 2 ppl and one bottle of wine. If you want Michelin prices for average food,this is the place for you.

Poor experience! We ordered drinks before we’d even ordered food! Drinks didn’t arrive till we were half way though main course even tho we reminded waiting staff on numerous occasions! We had just finished desert when a manger came over and handed us the bill! We were never asked if we wanted tea or coffee just handed the bill as soon as desert was finished! We were never told when booking the table that they wanted it back at a certain time! Not a great experience

Was in fire on Saturday pm , I felt very safe , plenty of sanitizers & all staff adhered to the guidelines , food was excellent & staff very professional, had a fabulous experience

Annual Xmas get together 2020. Everything was fantastic, from the moment we arrived in the bar area to the gentle push for us to wrap up and go ....staff very generous with the time Allocation under the covid rules and all done with style and warmth . We will be back for more in 2021 . Thanks again.

In these strange days it's brilliant to see that some things remain reliable. Fire is definitely top of the list. The food, the ambience, the staff and their unintrusiveness made for a memorable evening. Can't fault the food. We had starters of fish cakes (amazing) and lamb skewers, both had the aged rib eye (mouth-watering) and lemon tart and gunpowder mess for dessert (yum). Yes, the food is expensive but totally worth it. Major thumbs up!

Food was horrific. You know it’s bad when your custard for desert was split! Like scrambled egg...oh and the turkey was reheated I’d say about 3 times, who knew turkey could even dryer!!

Spacious, well laid out restaurant which implements Covid precautions very well so that it feels relaxed and safe to be there. Food and service always at a good standard.

Absolutely fabulous experience in Fire! So safe with every precaution taken - masks, distance tables, even hot towels before your meal! Delicious food as always and great service! Was such a lovely evening for us all. Will definitely be returning again.
