FIRE is located in the heart of Dublin city centre on the popular Dawson St. Offering an unforgettable dining experience in Dublin's most historical dining room along with exclusive private dining options. Soaring 19th-century ceilings, stained glass windows and bronze sculptures are just a few elements of this magnificent dining space.

FIRE also offers 'outdoor dining' on our incredible fully enclosed, weatherproof and heated terrace overlooking the beautiful Lord Mayor’s Garden.

We pride ourselves on creating menus around locally sourced Irish produce. Firmly committed to supporting sustainable local produce we serve the finest selection of meats and produce that Ireland has to offer. Our concept is very simple, take Ireland's finest raw ingredients and use original recipes to create exceptional dishes.

The food and atmosphere was lovely in the restaurant. However, we had a table booked for 5.15pm and we arrived earlier than planned (approx. 4.30pm) and asked if there was a possibility to be seated earlier if they were able to. We were given the impression that they should be able to accommodate and asked us to take a seat at the bar and they would call us when it was ready. Almost everyone who came in after us was called and at just after 5.15, I had to go up and ask if our table was ready and it conveniently was. When we were brought into the restaurant, half of the restaurant was empty meaning they could have seated us earlier. I believe this was intentional so we couldn’t avail of the early bird menu. If this was their intention, we would have preferred to use the time to go off and look around the shops and return for our original booking slot. We said it to the lady who brought us to our table, that we could have been seated earlier but she wasn’t sure what to say and just said each table has an allotted time. Based on the free tables that were still not occupied from when we were brought to our table and when we were leaving, it would have been possible to get us in when we arrived. Very disappointing customer service! Felt like a very strategic move on their part and would put us off returning.

Gorgeous location, excellent service, and delicious food. Well worth a visit, especially for a special occasion, as the restaurant feels like a special place to visit.

Perfect place for a dublin birthday celebration. Each course was better than the next. Excellent wine list and cocktail program. Setting is very unique and exciting. Highly recommend!

Had a great birthday meal here. Actually thought despite is being an expensive restaurant that it was good value! The dry aged steak is excellent (we tried the fillet and the sirloin), chips were great and good choice of sides (we had the cauliflower gratin). Cocktails and wine also very good. Tables are nicely spaced out as well and so while there is some noise as is a big room, no problems hearing each other… the service was also very good and waiters were friendly and happy to ask questions. Free dessert for my partners birthday was a nice touch and we weren’t charged for the bread which I thought was a nice surprise. Highly recommend!

Poor service, average food for a higher priced restaurant we expected a delicious meal. Waited in the bar 20 minutes without service, eventually had to walk up to the bar to get a drink and they still took time to deliver drinks. The dining room is beautiful.

Beautiful restaurant. I especially liked the bar area and the view to lovely garden outside Outstanding service we were a group of 5 and it felt like the whole staff were looking after us Will defo be back

We went to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary while visiting Dublin. Everything was fantastic from Service to food to the overall feel of the restaurant. Would highly recommend!
