   In the past the NY Strip has been outstanding, this time it was a best fair. It came our looking great, but the amount of waste was about a third of the steak. Mostly tendon that was not edible, and fat. What could be eaten was tasty, but it was much too work to trim the meat. My wife had the steak salad and it was very unimpressive. Service was very slow from ordering, to bread to the check. The patio was nice. We used to like Firebirds, but it will be a long time until we return.

   I have been dining at Firebirds with some regularity and have found the food very good. I must say the steak I had yesterday was perhaps the best to date. So tender I think could have cut it with my fork.

   We dine at Firebirds fairly often. This was a late lunch on memorial day. The restaurant was not busy at our 2:30 reservation time. The service was good and the salad to entree timing was good. I had a rack of baby backs but they seemed to be more like spare ribs. They were tasty but were not meaty as baby backs I have had elsewhere. I always have a problem with restaurants that sell ribs and they do not automatically come with a bone plate and wet wipes of some kind. When I asked, they provided a warm wash cloth. My wife had the small tenderloin which was cooked perfectly. It was a nice meal that was reasonably priced. No doubt we will keep coming back.

    Had a table of eight with two wheelchairs. They were able to accommodate us perfectly. The food was outstanding as usual. (This is my go to restaurant for special occasions.) The service was perfect. This is one of my favorite restaurants. Highly recommend!

    I ordered the prime rib. There was no flavor and it was very tough. I've had much better elsewhere. I ordered it medium well with a baked potato, butter & sour cream. It came out red and with a 'loaded' potato. Very disappointed. I eat here regularly and thought I would try something new. I'll continue to eat here but I'll go back to what I know is good.

    We had a reservation for 7:30, arrived at 6:15 in hopes of an earlier seating. Had a couple drinks at the bar during happy house - pineapple martini was great! Bar staff was wonderful. We got seated early! 6:25pm. Waitress came by and asked if we wanted waters, left and was back quickly with water. Dropping them off, she said she would bring us some bread and come back to take our orders. Around 6:45, she came back, took our orders (steak, salmon, martini) and said she would be back with our bread. 7:00, a food runner brought us our food. Asked him for some bread, and he returned five minutes later with the bread. 7:15 waitress stopped by when we were halfway done with our meals to check on us. Asked her about the martini to which she replied "Oh yeah, that should be ready". 7:25, returns with the martini and we are pretty much done with our meals. Tables around us were getting great service, drinks from the bar, water refills, food runners etc. Our waitress we just...not good. She was quick to get us our check and get us out of there though. Was not offered desert.

    As always, food was delicious. The Colorado Chicken Salad is my favorite on the planet. Carrot cake is beyond good. Excellent service. One of our favorite restaurants in Cinti.

    Server was excellent. Food was good but chicken breast a little undercooked. We notified waitress and she immediately replaced it no questions asked. Other meals were all very good - steaks and salmon. Nice wine list and margaritas were very good. We were seated promptly and service was very prompt and well paced.     Got there about 30 minutes prior to our reservation. We were seated within a few minutes! I had noted on our reservation that it was my wife’s birthday and she received multiple birthday wishes. Our server, Avery was awesome! She was friendly, attentive and made my wife feel honored with a free dessert and card signed by the staff wishing her a happy birthday! We frequent Firebirds and this is just another reason why we do! Management and staff are great!

    My experience was generally very good. However, when I make an OpenTable reservation two weeks in advance, I shouldn’t be told by the hostess that my party of three needs to sit in the smallest booth in the restaurant! Thankfully our server allowed us to move to a larger booth.

    The level of service received was worth the trip and price paid! We decided to come here to eat for Mother’s Day and our server was just a joy to have around. From the time we walked thought the door, the staff greeted my family and I with a smile and escorted us all to our table. I wish I remember the young lady’s name that served our food but nonetheless we left very pleased and will definitely be returning!

    Mothers Day Brunch was predictably very busy. They opened at 10am. We arrived on tune and we were seated at a huge booth near the bar area. The location was good except that it was near the air vents and we were blasted with cold air. Our waitress was Corey. She was covering a lot of real estate. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had the breakfast burrito which was delicious. Full of tasty beef tenderloin. My husband has the French toast and my son had the shrimp & grits. We shared a piece of lemon cake and a piece of cheesecake. The food was all well prepared and yummy. My only complaint is that at the end my son gave her an invalid credit card in error. She brought it back and said it didn’t go through.then she walked away and didn’t come back for quite awhile to get a different card. My husband has dementia and my son was recently hospitalized. They went to the car because they were so cold. We had given her a cash tip with the wrong credit card. She didn’t acknowledge it and left me sitting waiting for much longer than I should have to pay. We love Firebirds and will be back.

    Very good place to eat. Both elevated dining experience but also kid friendly. The prime rib, when available, has always been excellent. Bbq ribs are also very good. Only small downside is the size of the building makes it slightly noisy when full. Not overpowering at all but still elevated. Wouldn't put me off at all though!
