Firebirds is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is always delicious and the service is awesome.

The food at Firebirds is always delicious. The BLT salad is our favorite salad there. We had a special price for the 7 oz. Ba on wrapped filet. Delicious!!!

The mushroom are plentiful and also delicious!

The food and service was great! The aged ribeyes we ordered were cooked perfectly, and delicious! And the brownie sundae we had for dessert just melted in your mouth! I think our only complaint was that it felt like they had essentially every table seated and we had other parties in the booths attached to ours. With Covid restrictions, most places are seating every other table, which feels safer in terms of social distancing.

I find it ridiculous that in the same restaurant you don’t offer the same specials on the bar side and on the restaurant side. A drink costs double... it almost ruined my night.

We were seated promptly. Our server was very friendly and efficient. We started with the BLT salad which is our favorite. My husband got the prime rib and I got the ribeye. Both were delicious. And we each had a seasonal draft beer which were very good. We always have a nice time and a great meal at Firebirds.

Horrible experience!
ordered a filet mignon and the first time they brought it to me it was cold and my French fries were cold
After waiting forever for food and then the second time they brought me the same steak microwaved but some how still cold and the fries were still cold then the third time they brought me a new steak and it was so rare it made
Me Sick! Absolutely horrible!!!!! By that time I was so upset I didn’t try for a 4th steak just ate a few pieces and got sick from it . Horrible!

We had a very kind greeting from your hostess. Our Waiter was great. Had a very nice time.

We saw our waitress twice. After that we had to flag down others for refills. The food was delicious but the service definitely took away from the experience we had. I would hesitantly recommend.

Everything was good, nothing to WOW over however. I orders a strawberry basil margarita and it was all ice. For $11 there should've been more drink. The Philly cheese steak egg rolls were very good.

My husband and I are both veterans, and each of us were given a wonderful complimentary dinner of our choice off the menu on Veterans Day. The food and service were terrific. It’s so wonderful that the Firebird Grill does this service for veterans.

We were at Firebirds on Veterans Day. We immediately made a reservation when it was available, approximately 1 or 2 weeks before the date. When we arrived, we were taken to a small 2 seat table by the kitchen, when we requested a booth. After speaking to the manager, we were able to be seated in a booth. The dinner, however was very good.

I can count on Firebirds and have never been disappointed.

Excellent choice to celebrate my wife's birthday! Wife's lobster was super. My prime rib was actually very rare, as ordered. 4004 Francesc was a super server. Her customer service skills need to be commended. We'll be back for more.

Service and food were both outstanding. Staff was following safe protocols and were attentive and prompt. Food was very good. Will be back.

Birthday dinner was excellent, love firebirds

Hostess was evidently new and seated us in a row table. I asked for a booth and she said I will have to check the “tablet”. I told her do t bother. The server was evidently stretched or pre occupied as no one asked us for a second drink and different folks delivered our pieced meal. Unfortunately I believe the service and quality of this restaurant has slipped. The prices should reflect that as well

This was by far the best food me and my husband have had in a long time! Our waitress was friendly and great, appetizers (philly eggrolls) were to die for and our dinners were outstanding as well! Traveled from buffalo to erie for hubbys birthday dinner and was worth the trip! Will def be visiting again!!
