   The only negative I would say was the waitress pushing us to leave at the end of the meal. (And the restaurant wasn’t crowded)

   First let me say our server was excellent! The NY strip, filet mignon, lobster tail, all were average at best (the lobster was way over cooked). My cocktail was a $12 weak disappointment. The atmosphere and as I said the server was wonderful. But the food was definitely overpriced and fairly disappointing.

   The quality of the food good but, the wait staff was a bit unattentive. They passed by the table multiple times without stopping and we needed services.

    Our meals came out very fast. Our waitress was excellent, very attentive of our needs. We never had to ask for any drink refills. We enjoyed our visit to Firebirds and will be back soon.

    Love this place ... The only downside on the last visit was way too much salad dressing on the salmon salad. I had a quarter inch at the bottom of the place. The salad was still great, but I had to move the fish to the bread dish to keep it from being overwhelmed by the dressing.

    Food was perfect. I had the chicken with tater tots. Was delicious. Waiter was nice and prompt. Wine was good but way too expensive for 8 oz.

    Philly cheesesteak eggrolls were awesome. Two people had the blue cheese filets with grilled mushrooms. Both said they were good. Deviled eggs app also good. My filet was tough to cut and not cooked properly so sent back and didn't eat. Drinks were lots of ice and not a lot of alcohol so that wasn't good.

    The Colorado Chicken Salad was a disappointment. It used to be full of pecans and cranberries and apples. Now it is barely sprinkled with it. The lettuce was also bland. Not going back to Firebirds.

    Last night we dined at Firebirds. The waiter came by a few times, and then didn’t come back after dropping our drinks. We ended up with the manager waiting on us, till the food came out and our waiter showed up again. The steak was BURNT and tasted disgusting, the lobster was rubbery. The only enjoyable thing we had was the lobster queso. It was beyond noisy, we had to practically yell at our booth. It definitely was not worth the $$$$ spent on the meal.

    This was a birthday dinner with my family at the Fredericksburg location. They were late getting our table ready for our reservation time and seemed to have issues turning over tables in general. It was way too loud to talk to anyone besides the person next to you and my ears actually hurt when we left the restaurant 2 hours later. Our reservation was early - 5:30 - to accommodate my young kids. The floors and bathroom were already dirty by that time which is always a red flag when dining. The waitress was nice but service was slow. Simple example no ketchup was offered/brought for the kids fries and I had to flag someone else down because she didn’t come back to see if we needed anything once the food arrived. We had to ask for a birthday candle even though it was noted on the reservation. Overall the service was lacking, it was way too loud and dirty.

    Steak was over cooked and au gratin potatoes were undercooked. Had to wait 30 minutes for main course after ordering. The women’s bathroom had no toilet paper and wasn’t clean. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but the past 2 times have been disappointing so I’m taking it off my list for a while. Not worth the money at this time.

    Great experience, we were seated on time for our reservation. The food was amazing we tried the special menu shared an appetizer and dessert. All the food was awesome, great service and their house red wine is wonderful!

    We went to the Short Pump location and enjoyed every minute, unfortunately when we went with some friends to the Fredericksburg location we were greatly disappointed, service and food were not nearly the quality we experienced at your Short Pump restaurant. We will NOT be going back to the Fredericksburg location ever again!

    It was good. Wonderful staff and waitress; however I ordered medium rare, and my steak was a little bit on the rarer side, with pretty crispy outside. Still enjoyable, just not as much as past times. My guests steak was prepared perfectly, and was still able to have a great night!

    We had two steak meals. The prime rib was fair but the ribeye was very tough and tasteless. The manager was quick to come to our table and provide great customer service by taking that meal off our bill. We were grateful for that.
