Very nice place to eat! It was loud enough for your conversations to be private, but not so loud that you couldn’t hear your date. We were seated earlier than our reservation was for, our waitress was very good, and our food was out extremely fast, tasting excellent! Overall we had a great experience and will definitely return in the future.

The food was great. Atmosphere was comphy. Music was loud and the air conditioning must have been on high because we were both freezing.

Food was outstanding as always! Service was terrific! The ranch rings appetizer is one of my favorite! Can't wait to go again!

After a tough day, Firebirds was the perfect place to relax for a casual meal. Hubby ordered the Pineapple Chicken (yummy) and Broccoli and a Moscow Mule; I had the Tenderloin Salad (Med. Rare) and a delicious glass of Malbec. Very relaxing and very yummy! Thank you!

We stopped in for burgers on Sunday and left full and happy. We both ordered our burgers without cheese and hubby's medium rare and mine medium. Both were properly cooked. Lettuce and tomato were fresh. Fries were crisp and tasty. A great Sunday dinner.

My family and I had a great time dining with you all on Saturday evening! My wife and my food was well prepared, and my 6 and 3 year old really enjoyed theirs as well (I actually ate their leftovers the next day haha). I decided to treat my family to some good food and they weren’t disappointed. It being their first time. I on the other hand was moderately disappointed with the food. My dish came out warm as if it had been waiting for a while; instead of it being hot and fresh. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Everything was great! We were seated very quickly and they were able to accommodate our larger party by seating us close together. I love this place!

This is one of our go-to places for good food yet relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant has a fun energy to it and great servers. The hostesses are friendly and helpful. The food is reliably great and we really enjoy eating outdoors when the weather permits.

We had a very pleasant evening at fire birds for a very special occasion. Our server, Kennedy, was fantastic. She was very pleasant and attentive and personable. The food was very good. The timing of the dishes was also quite good. We would all do it again!

Generous menu for both food + drinks. Staff and server were friendly, food was served hot and as ordered. However, server was not attentive to refilling drinks or removing dirty plates or plates between courses. We had two large groups and requested the groups be seated near each other and restaurant was able to accommodate. Parking was plentiful and convenient. Regional chain.

Waitress was inexperienced, undertrained, and indifferent. Not at all up to standards. I am a regular customer but won't be rushing back.

I guess since it was a holiday some things fell through the crack - we did not receive horseradish sauce until the end of the meal. I did notice there was a delay in removing dirty dishes from the table -- our dessert was brought out and there was no room on the table to put it only then did the manager request the table to be cleaned and then brought out our dessert. I really don't like when I go to restaurants and you want to hand me my meal and ask for the plate to be removed. That is very tacky especially if I am paying $30 for a steak.

Our waitress was great!! She made the experience even more enjoyable. Both my wife and I took her suggestions on the entree we were considering and we were not disappointed at all. There might be cheaper places to eat but for the experience I highly recommend it.

Awesome service food and great atmosphere love this place

I was there with my 97 year old dad. We had a reservation, so we didn’t need to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seated. We sat at booth. The food was great, and the waitress was wonderful. The reason I only gave some of the categories less than 5 stars is because they really weren’t distancing the tables, especially the booths. They were consecutively filled, and we are still in the middle of a pandemic, and there were no partitions between the booths. I’ve been to several restaurants recently, and they are still following safety guidelines, and they have partitions between each booth. If we hadn’t already been vaccinated, we wouldn’t have stayed.

Service was excellent! Thank you Jillian. Food was good but meat could've been a little bigger for the price. Spicy pecans beans were delicious, could've been cooked one more minute. Desert, delicious!!

Easter Sunday. Table of seven. Our server was wonderful. So patient, so quick. A true professional. We love Firebirds. Go almost every week.

Hubs and I had a delicious and enjoyable dinner at Firebirds on Saturday night. He started with a Moscow Mule (w/Tito's) and I enjoyed a wonderful glass of Zinfandel. We both ordered 7 oz. Filets ( Med. Rare), with a skewer of Shrimp a piece, and veggies. The steaks were delicious and perfectly grilled. We were still passing on dessert for the time being (awaiting the luscious Lemon Cake w/Blueberries - worth the wait and the calories). We had a new server, Adrian (second day on the job) and he was wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Welcome, Adrian! Another great evening at Firebirds.

Our servers were awesome! I picked the right place to celebrate my birthday with my family and friends!

I ordered my child’s meal as soon as I was greeted . I received my salad and food before my child’s food. I also didn’t get any bread or refill on my beverage. My sirloin was over seasoned but my server was no where to be found to tell her. By far the worst experience I’ve had. As I sat I watched her be very attentive to her other tables.
