   Went to the Short Pump location for the first time. Excellent service; our server knew exactly what we needed and when. Our meals were delicious and we left very satisfied. We'll be back soon.

   One of the features which we like about this restaurant is the ambience of its dining room. Even when the place looks crowded, it is relatively quiet. The menu is filled with wonderful dishes prepared with super ingredients from the land and sea. The meals are always perfectly seasoned. The wood-fire grilling brings out the flavor and appeal of the dishes. When we invite our children and grandchildren to this restaurant on special occasions, we are happy to see their faces showing they are enjoying their meals.

   I love Firebirds but my expensive steak was way overcooked and so was another person at the table and we didn’t have time to wait!

   Our meal was outstanding. I had sirloin and my husband had Chilean Bass. Both were perfect! Manager Cameron assisted us greatly as well .

    We had a great experience celebrating our mom for Mother's Day! Our waitress was amazing and very attentive to us. The food was outstanding and everyone enjoyed themselves. We also enjoyed that we were sat at 6:15pm just like we asked on our reservation. We will be back! Eric C.
