   We visited with our daughter to celebrate her birthday. We found a great selection of appetizers and drinks to start and our server Delaney was very helpful. We ordered the prime rib and it was tender and done just as we requested. We will definitely return as Firebirds is now one of our favorite places.

   The food was good. Really enjoyed the pork chops and carrots! The honey chicken was also very good. Three other people got the breakfast burger And said they enjoyed them too. The service was very slow and it was not real busy there. It took us over an hour to get our food. Luckily we were not in a hurry.

   Pork chop was fabulous. Will definitely order again. Dinner did take quite a bit of time though. Very busy.

   The food was excellent, as was the service. Unfortunately, they had the air conditioning set at an uncomfortabley cold level. We kept our jackets on. It was also very loud, so that it was difficult to hear our friends across the table. We will certainly go back, but dressed warmly.

   We waited 10-15 minutes after we were seated until we told the manager that nobody came to our table. We sat down at our table and didn’t get our food until over an hour later. The lettuce in the salads were watery like they needed rinsed. All other experiences were wonderful so it was extremely disappointing that this time the service and food was so much worse.

   The food was good. The service was excellent the noise level I would not describe as energetic. The noise level is inappropriately loud for a restaurant. We were unable to have a normal conversation. It has been like this since day one and we see many complaints about it, but no one seems interested in doing anything about it .

   Great variety on the menu. Our server Katelyn went above and beyond. She was amazing. All of our food came out promptly and tasted great. We will be back.
