Fishbone Kitchen + Wine Bar

Our waitress was amazing explaining the food giving excellent suggestions and the restaurant had complimentary Prosecco and a nice card for our anniversary that made our night so special!

Such a wonderful dining experience this past weekend. Four of us celebrated 3 birthdays and felt (sadly for them because of restrictions) like we had our own private dining room.
Our server was friendly and attentive and our food arrived promptly, beautifully presented and delicious. I love the menu at Fishbone. Food is creative, fresh and so yummy. The dining room has a relaxed but elegant vibe and we loved every minute.

Service was great . Some items were not available because they had sold out during the day .

Our lunch was awesome. We found it expensive, but enjoyed the drinks and food.

My husband and I went to celebrate a double birthday dinner with my sister and her husband. The staff were excellent, extremely attentive and knowledgeable.
I had the oysters for an appetizer and the chefs special which was the tuna, it was cooked to perfection. My sister has certain dietary needs and they cooked the halibut according to her needs. The men also had the halibut on the menu and one had the calamari to start and the other the soup. My husband tried a bit of the calamari and never eats it but he said it was delicious
This was the best dinner I have had in a long time I can’t wait to go back
We were offered complimentary champagne to toast and complimentary glass of port after dinner

I had a great time when I came here with my girlfriend. The waiter was super cool, talkative and informative about how the drinks were made (specifically how to smoke a glass). The food was super amazing -- the tomato bruschetta was amazing!!! But to be honest, the place was enhanced by the service. I am sorry I didn't get his name.....but good business starts always good service -- and he nailed it.

We arrived at 5:30PM for our reservation and were seated. Our meal arrived at our table at 6:40PM. The appetizer was ok and the soup my wife ordered never came. I found the restaurant noisy.

The meal it self was excellent and was priced accordingly.

I am not sure we would go back as there are others I would try first.

We have come here before and have high praise for this restaurant. Great ambience and service, with beautiful views of the harbour. I ordered the strawberry-rhubarb fizz, and I really enjoyed this drink. Appetizers were delicious and beautifully prepared and my husband’s main course, the grilled octopus was superb. Dessert was delicious and abundant for two.

Our server Antoine (sp?) was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, understood how to read our table, didn’t rush us which resulted in us spending more. We had a great experience, we will be back!

We had the best waiter. I wish I could remember his name. Great personality. Knew a lot about wines and pairing. For us who don’t know it was great to have a recommendation and love it. The food was delicious

There's really nothing else like this in the Barrie/Innisfil area. A great, higher end seafood restaurant on the water... it's been a long time coming!

Food was amazing and they accommodated us when we asked to sit at another table. Everything was perfect, however I can get a seafood linguine plate at other restaurants for less than $25 that are just as good. I do recommend and I will go back😊

We always have a great experience dining at Fishbone. The seafood is superb and the Portuguese wines are out of this world.

Normally accustomed to frequently enjoying fine dining experiences around the world, I have been sidelined by the pandemic. my wife and I decided to dine at Fishbones as a treat for ourselves. We have been here before and have never been disappointed. My wife had the mussels followed by the seafood linguine and I had the sea bass. both were excellent. Distance between the tables was appropriate.

Staff very polite and service was great but the best part of the evening was the food. Great evening. Highly recommend
