   I have microwaved better food. Food had no flavor. Terrible service. Had a reservation and still had to wait over 20 mins to be seated. The wine tasted like gas station wine. Never going back.

   2023 New Year Experience was subpar compared to 2022. The DJ did not do the countdown, they did not play the NEw Year song, they did not pass out the firework, it just sucked. We watched the countdown on the TV screen, what I could have done at home. I came back for 2023 because 2022 was so amazing. Very disappointed this year.

   Ordered the spinach salad and literally got just spinach and red onions, broccoli was covered in garlic - rest of order was fair or poor: took a while for food that wasn’t any good.

   The food was average and over priced. If you have to go there look for a table in the back of the restaurant, their heating system is bad. It was very cold inside when we were there. I will not go there again.

   Everyone enjoyed the dinner. Service was a bit slow but being on Christmas, they probably were short staff but over all it was a good experience. We will definitely come back!

    We were there Christmas Day and they were having a heat issue so it was way too cold to be there. We ate quickly and left. The restaurant should’ve either closed that day or advised people coming in that their heater was broken and the restaurant was cold.

    We went for Christmas dinner with a 5:15 reservation. The food was very good! We all had different entrees and everyone enjoyed. Two of us had salmon, 1 stuffed chicken and 1 mushroom ravioli. The service was fairly good, but when our entrees arrived all of the appetizer dishes were on the table. We asked the waiter to please clear the dishes as there was no room to put the entrees and I didn't want to step in to shuffling the dishes around on the table to address the mishap. This is a recurring issue with many restaurants, not just Flavio, i.e., clear the table before bringing the entrees. The restaurant itself was very cold (temperature wise; atmosphere was a warm setting). Many patrons ate Christmas dinner with their coats on which was rather ridiculous. Yes, it was unusually cold out, but I found this to be off putting - eating in jackets. I kept a shawl on and was comfortable but I was also towards the back of the restaurant. We will definitely given this another try.

    We were greeted at the door, by the same individual who waited on us. He was very nice, personable, social and attentive. This trip was about family, however my husband does a lot of business in Washington D C. We will be returning Thank you, Grudgelyfe

    Visited for Christmas Eve The food here was excellent and the service was fine, but it felt as if I was eating outside it was so freezing inside. I think either their heat wasn't working or wasn't turned on. Either way, I ate my meal with gloves on, so I probably won't visit again.

    Xmas eve … 19 degrees and the heater doesn’t work. Everyone in coats and they don’t alert the reservations people… they don’t say anything when sitting us down… did not offer hot water to hold nada,zip!!! Ate with gloves hat and coat on… servers were cold but obviously owners/managers did not instruct them to do wear their coats…. Food was good but come on…. Say something when the heat is broken and offer SOMETHING to warm up your customers!!

    We arrived 20 minutes before our reservation time and were seated 20 minutes after our reservation time. The host was barely at the stand and was in and out of the restaurant the entire time. Once we were seated, the server rushed us through our order. He didn’t offer appetizers and we had to order our appetizers and main courses at the same time. The food was good but it wasn’t worth the chaos.

    I had a fantastic time and felt very taken of. I got the seafood pasta and it was amazing. The house salad was also lig HR and refreshing. The portions were a fantastic size, I couldn’t finish my meal. Highly recommend coming weather you’re alone or with a group.

    Check the menu first Cocktail prices incredibly high. Value of food is poor and it was so loud-we felt like we were sitting in a disco. Waiter allowed for separate checks which we appreciated.

    I had my reservation for 8:15 arrived 10 min early the host told us to wait at the bar since we were early. We could see it was a busy busy night so we understood. We sat at the bar ordered a few drinks and we just waited. Around 8:30 we go to the host stand and just asked about how much longer since we did have a reservation. The host informed us the table was still not ready.. so we go back to the bar and we still patiently waiting .. we go back at 8:45 and I asked the host if our table was ready and she said no … what upset me was that she didn’t even try to figure something else she just kind of brushed us off. I go back to the bar and the bartender was just like so you guys just want to stay and eat at the bar? We were like sure why not since we were so hungry we didn’t know how much longer we were going to wait. The bartender who’s name was Red made our experience at flavio unforgettable. He was the sweetest soul and treated us so good. I was so impressed by his service. He made our night and we will be back (:

    With a reservation we were sat at the last remaining table outside. The table itself was unstable and despite some effort by the waitstaff to “fox it” it remained that way throughout our meal (it was to the point where we could not cut our food without drinks sloshing out). The cocktail I had was rather weak and not worth the nearly $20 spent. Our main courses were good and our server was very attentive. It was a busy Friday night with typical chaos but overall I was unimpressed and won’t likely return soon.
