Flower Child Cafe - Warringah

Met with friend that haven’t seen for years. We had to shorten our catch up as it was so very noisy that we could not hear one another.

Flower child was a lovely setting for brunch with a friend. All the food and coffee is beautifully presented and the menu has a good range, not matter what mood you're in.

The breakfast menu had some old favourites plus new and interesting meals. The Summer Toast was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back!

Been before and the food and service is normally good but this time they only delivered one of two the meals and when questioned a while later, they had forgot to put one of the meal orders through. My colleague finished their food before I had been served and made for an unpleasant experience.

Enjoyed a beautiful lunch of barramundi yesterday . The food and service were superb!

Brunch was delicious. We added a side of mushrooms and avocado to our poached eggs with bacon, tomato and rocket served on a crispy, light croissant. Coffee was also very good. Background music was in good taste and not too loud. Service was also good except they took a while to take our order after we were seated but the food arrived quite quickly.
Would definitely return for another meal or coffee and muffin.

This is a beautiful space with thoughtfully made, delicious food. The staff are very courteous and do seem to want to be as accommodating as they can, but need to be more mindful of what to prioritise- they were repeatedly putting table water on empty tables, but we didn't have any on our table when we sat down, and they never noticed that we had finished all of ours until we eventually asked for more. We were a party of four, and one person's drink and meal both came so much later than the rest of ours that we thought they had been forgotten. It is obviously preferable that the food all be brought out at once.

Great food,coffee and ambience, service is a couple of steps behind.

Food was delicious but VERY filling! Personally, I would rather a tiny bit less quantity for a tiny bit money, but that is only an individual opinion.

Beautiful location and fantastic service - The only issue we had was that we weren't told when we arrived or when I pre-booked that we only had a 45 minute seating experience when the usual for cafe's these days is 1-1.5 hours.

We ate everything in time luckily but it would have been nice to sit and relax a little longer but that is okay!

Due to Covid restrictions- dining is felt like you are being rushed- even tho there was no queue.
Even though reservation online was made - they make you fill in the same online register all over again.

It was my birthday and we had the last reservation of the day. We arrived 7 minutes late and the waiters were very dry to us. The first two things we wanted to order weren't available. And after we ordered the staff started cleaning around us but I felt very rushed as they kept looking at us and staring at us for us to finish eating and leave, so it wasn't the most peaceful experience. Aside from that the food that was Available was delicious, and it was a pretty setting.

Lovely indulgent breakfast menu. Food was fabulous, generous serves and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would recommend.

We have been here a number of times now. Our experience most recently was alright. It was noisy. It was not particularly busy when we arrived but took forever for anyone to come around to serve us. Staff were very young and not very friendly or interested. We had to ask to be given water as none offered and had to try forever to get waitress’s attention so we could ask to order. Had to remind staff about my coffee which didn’t arrive with my husband’s drink nor for about ten minutes afterwards. My husband’s burger was a bit bland. My trout toast was very nice and I really enjoyed it as was our kids’ fruit salad. All in all it was simply okay and for the price, service and how long you have to wait to get your food I think we will likely go elsewhere in the mall for meals in the foreseeable future before giving flower child another go.

Nice food. Terrible service. I had to ask three times where the hot chocolate was. Took them 30mins to get it to us. And then they bought out a regular and not a large.
A shame about the service as the foot and atmosphere is great.

We booked a table for 9am only to turn up and be told they weren't open until 10am. It was a public holiday but if we were able to book we should have had a table at that time. Very disappointing.

Love the venue, very nice decor. Noise level high but we are elderly and it was Friday lunchtime so noise to be expected. Drinks service not good, Took three asks to get our wine. Meals came and two of us had the charcoal sour dough with trout and salad - tell the chef to eliminate the charcoal sourdough toast - neither of us could eat it - it was so hard on the crust we couldn't even cut with a knife or bite it! I don't understand the purpose of the toast being charcoaled! Otherwise we enjoyed our lunch there.

Our visit to flower child was lovely apart from an order being forgotten and our table not being ready, even though it was booked online in advance.

Beautiful setting and and great food. Was great to be able to make a booking as it was completely full when we arrived.

Tables were ready when we were there. Staff were friendly. Probably the best food and coffee you can get locally. Being seating there, we forgot we were in the shopping center. Will come back again.

As I enjoyed the Flower Child at Chatswood, I thought I might give the Warringah Mall one a try with the added advantage of having a 'drinks' list. A lovely setting, great food (as anticipated) and friendly, efficient service. I'd never been to WM before and enjoyed the style and ambience of this shopping precinct so, I shall be back. Thank you for a good experience. 🍷

Beautiful food and great atmosphere.
I overbooked for my birthday, and it was very easy to quickly pop in early and they changed the seating for us.
Bill splitting was relatively easy- max 3 cards and then cash.

The food is amazing and the service is great. But the music is way too loud as we need to shout at each other even though we are only sitting opposite each other.
