Fogo de Chao - Baltimore
It was amazing and delicious
Great food! Always great food!
Service was good. They sat us by the door so it was cold but other than that it was a great experience.
Took my girlfriend out to dinner, we both loved it!
Not high quality meat. Asked for Rib Eye 3 times and they sent top round. Only got real rib eye once. Felt a little scammed. Also two in our party had birthdays and they were literally brought a plate of fake whipped cream with a candle stuck in it! I’ve never seen that done before...with a $600 bill they couldn’t even spring for a scoop of ice cream.
Should make hot/other vegetable options available and macaroni and cheese.
Went there for Thanksgiving as they were serving Turkey. Only turkey breast was available (unwrapped portions to the carving table). They pretty much ran out of stuffing and sweet potatoes for a 4 pm reservation. Also, you had to get the straight answer on pricing for just a turkey dinner ~$30 from a waitress who understood your question and willing to answer it. There was no description on the menu. Otherwise, you can will be tricked into purchasing the full price in receiving the red meat package for ~$60. Be careful when dining on Thanksgiving!
We had Thanksgiving dinner at Fogo. The salad bar and the turkey and sides buffet were not filled in a timely fashion. We returned 3 times to try to get a slice of turkey and sweet potatoes. Service was also very disappointing, slow, inattentive, and rude. We will not be going back for mediocre food and terrible service.
Jerome was amazing. Everyone was extremely attentive and friendly. Best experience I’ve ever had here. Thank you!
Perfect for birthday dinners.
Great! 5 stars.
Food was fair/good but the level or lack of service ruined the experience. Had to follow up numerous times for beverages that were ordered, had to get new plate (twice) after they asked if I wanted a new plate, when asked what cut of meat I would like after my green disc was up it never came even after following up with server. Staff seemed disinterested in the guests and their needs. For someone who frequents Fogo approx 5-6 times a year, I doubt I will return to the Baltimore location again.
We have been to this restaurant many times, this was my least favorite experience. Original table was in a heavily trafficked area, luckily we were quickly reseated to a better location. The service was off- we felt pounced on by the manager and waiter when we first sat down and ignored by the end of the evening. Not as well organized like in the past- too many people bringing out sides, trying to take drink order etc. The gauchos were not very attentive, passed by several times with the chip on green. And the food in general was not as good as in the past either. Plus side: delicious birthday dessert and overall an enjoyable celebration but seems like it will be back to Flemings or Sullivan's for next special occasion.
Fogo accepted my group of 8 people for a fantastic dinner. The waitstaff were amazing. The food was the reason to show up and everything was perfect!
Everything was great from service and special requests. And the food never disappoints
Service was great. Nice to have the iPad to split the bill
Evenly and use multiple cards. Tiffany was great!
The food was excellent, as expected. The service was top notch as well. We dined a little earlier than usual, which was a good experience. We sampled their grilled cheese, a must! We'll definitely be back soon!
It is a very nice spot for birthday celebrations and any kind of anniversary .the atmosphere is good, the food is worth the money, so I will definitely be going back.
Celebration of 60th birthday
Wonderful experience! We had to wait to be seated longer than anticipated. They were really busy.
We went specifically for the salad bar. Hands down the best salad bar anywhere and a good value. We will return.
The staff could not have been more hospitable. We had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed talking with the staff and management. The food was outstanding .
The meat “servers” kept skipping my table as well as the waitstaff. I was to the point where I didn’t want to tip at all. But I did and wrote it off as an unintentional oversight. I have been before and service was better.
Going on Veteran’s Day, we knew it was going to be busy. They wait staff appeared visibly rushed and the ambiance was hectic. Food was incredible as always. The gauchos were messy with their cuts and the white table cloth was soon splattered with delicious juice. 10/10 would go again.
Great first experience with Fogo, will definitely be returning here!
Always glad to eat at Fogo's. I'm never disappointed
Our reservation was for 1pm and we didn't get seated till 1.45pm. It was a bit chaotic but once we got to the table things seemed to be a bit more organized
My husband and I are both veterans and we thoroughly enjoyed our Veteran’s Day at Fogo.
With the remodel there are too many tables. Not enough room to get between tables and people bumping your chair the entire meal. Also, not enough meat coming around often enough. Get tired of having to request certain meats, especially when you aren’t done but they think you should be. Food was great!!!
Server didn't come back to table to check on us. Manager never came to table after we asked about the special
I made reservation for 645 pm...Arrived at 640 pm...Told that they are getting my table for 2 ready ....proceeded to the bar area to wait....noticed a large group there...all present for a “bio tech” company dinner....got my drink and waited ...at 710 pm I decided to ask what is taking so long...told that the table is getting ready ...at 730pm...went back again to ask where my table is...told that “they forgot”....735 pm finally got my table ....Terrible...What a cluster ...For the price you pay -$56 plus drinks plus tips...$110/120 per person is unacceptable ...
With this large group of a bio tech meeting/dinner...the large group took over the salad bar area...waited 20 mins to get salad ...They need to fix this problem ...Either have the large group with their own separate salad bar area or have a fixed plate for them...another cluster ...and large group took all the cheese and fruit from it...
The waitress understood our frustration and she provided great service but unfortunately it was everything beyond her control ...
Food was good
Just a cluster experience ....won’t go there again
Always a great choice. The salad bar is amazing. The current special is a good deal.
Atmosphere and food was good; service needs improvement
The food was great and the quality was amazing. But the best part of my service was or waitress, she was very patient and attentive.
The service was rushed. I tried taking the meat off the skewer and wasn’t moving fast enough! The guy was rushing to another table.
It was me and my significant others anniversary and they treated us with a free dessert which was amazing with “Happy Anniversary” on It. Service was amazing made us feel very comfortable
I used to love them but I overpaid during the $39.99 special, was virtually ignored by the gauchos, was only offered top and bottom sirloin and not the restaurant's fault but it was extremely loud. Maybe it was the time of day (830 pm reservation) but still, I can't give them my business again. Shame, my favorite buffet.
I really love this place. The food is good and staff is attentive without being overly attentive. Unless you can really eat a lot of food, you're not going to get your money's worth in volume. However, (and this is what is important to me), they have an extensive variety of good food, and I can have a little bit of everything I want to eat, and leave satisfied. I'll be going again.
The attention was amazing, our server Esther was sweet as can be and made our dining experience a great one.
As always the flavors are great.
Will definitely be revisiting the Baltimore location !
Experience is always great. We’ve been going to Fogo since 2007 when the Baltimore branch opened and we are frequent customers. Always very satisfied. Will strongly recommend and have recommended to a lot of our friends.
