Great concept with tableside service, but food was not as outstanding as the service. Also, table wasn't ready for almost 1/2 hour past my reservation time.

Very busy on a Sunday at 1.... the waffle guy consistently burned the waffles. The buffet they kept stocked but it felt tight in there. Other brands, Texas De Brazil, are more open in the buffet with more indulgent selections.
They sat us in a corner by the kitchen but the meat barely stopped at our table. We only saw the Picanha and Fraldinha with occasional Filet and Lamb Chops.
After a couple hours the kids got restless so we decided to leave. Service was poor to mediocre. Our waitress didn't check in on us for the 2-2.5 hours we where there.
We had friends who went the day before who felt the same way.
The kids did have fun eating pounds of fruit and the waffles...
Your entire experience should be great, so it's disappointing to hear that your service was not up to par. We hope you visit us in the future, as we love to make this right.
Food was good. Wish the meats came around more but it was very good. Only complaint was the length of waiting for meats and it took a long time to get the check.
Frankly, the beef is not that good. For the price I was expecting better quality and definitely better flavor. Will not come back. Not worth it

The meats are too salty. Also we were there to celebrate a birthday and the birthday gentleman got cut off for ordering two drinks within an hour. So we decided to leave earlier because of that.
If the restaurant has strict policy for how many drinks a customer can order, please put that in your website or on the menu somehow so we were aware of it. We were hoping to take our time eating and drinking so it was embarrassing to have the manager come to us & tell us that the restaurant couldn’t serve the birthday gentleman anymore drinks. If your policy was written down, we would be happy to just eat and go somewhere else to enjoy your drinks.

I’ve come to expect great customer service from fogo de Chao. In the past 4 years I’ve been to Fogo 2/3x a month and always had a great customer experience from Ronan and Sidnei. Today I had the displeasure of meeting Guilherme. What has been a very familiar place for my family and I, felt like a I was an unwanted guest into a strange place after a brief 20 second exchange with Guilherme.

My partner and I were looking forward to this — we’d heard good things about Fogo (albeit from a few years ago). Hot there about 30 minutes early. I asked, politely, if there was a possibility of seating early. The hostess snapped, “We’re really busy now. Come back at your reservation time” and then ignored us. Not a great start.
We returned at our reservation time. We had to wait another five minutes but we’re eventually seated. First thing we noticed was the noise level. This restaurant is loud. We were at a small table for two and had to raise our voices to hear each other.
Food: The shrimp cocktail was nice, although nothing terribly special. The buffet was typical for a Brazilian steak house. When we flipped out cards over was when we were disappointed. Every cut of meat was so salty that we went through two bottles of water. The sausage wasn’t salty but was so over cooked as to be crunchy. We tried several cuts before we gave up.
Service: Order what you need for the whole night when you first sit down, because you may never see your server again. It took several minutes to find our server and order another bottle of water; then they forgot about it and we had to find them a second time. Unacceptable for a decent restaurant. When we were done, it was ten minutes before we could find our server to get the check. This combined with the poor hostess response makes me think they don’t have enough staff.
Value: I’ve had MUCH better meals elsewhere in Seattle for the same price. I don’t know if they’re taking advantage of being on the Eastside to hike their prices, but I didn’t feel that I got good value for money.
Overall: Not Recommended. There are other Brazilian steakhouses on OpenTable that are much better and give you a better date experience. Try one of the other ones instead.

Had reservations for a birthday and called to notify I will be a little late. Was told it was fine as they were running behind on tables. When I arrived I was ignored for about 10mins until I walked up to someone assertively to get their attention. Had 10 people go in before I was called including someone that arrived after I did. When asked how their reservations work I was told that everyone that arrived first goes in before I do although I was told I was next. It will be 5 mins and when a table opens (all lies). Reservations are a joke they do a first come first serve. Don’t acknowledge you and customer service was horrible. Will not be going back.

Best birthday dinner! We all had a good time and enjoyed the food. Our waiter was knowledgeable on the menu and super friendly.
We made a reservation and had to wait nearly 30 minutes before even being seated. The restaurant was extremely crowded (which surprised us given the current state of things). Both times we ordered drinks, they service staff said they were "out" then brought us a bottle that was three times as expensive as the one we ordered by mistake. I'm sure they would have opened it had we not have been paying attention. The cost of dinner was astronomical for the experience we received. There are far better options in Bellevue.

My husband and I have dined at this Fogo location since it opened. The food and gauchos are excellent. Rachel always greets us with a warm smile and welcome. The entrance can sometimes be a bit crowded, but the experience is always worth the visit. Tonight was no exception, and fantastic as always!
Food was amazing. Service was great. Table wait was quite long but it was worth it in the end.
Overall, it was just alright. The meat for the most part was cooked well, however it all taste the same. The pork ribs they brought around were way overdone and dry though. The side/salad bar was nothing to write about either. The best part of my meal honestly was the drink I got...we’ll be passing on this restaurant moving forward.

The way they arranged the seating during Covid sucksX we got put basically in a hallway where everyone has to pass by in order to get to the bathroom.
The waiter seemed very knowledgeable about allergens but the staff that came around with the meat didn’t speak great English and didn’t cater to the allergies at all.
Some of the meat was perfectly cooked, some was definitely over cooked or just not great cuts (tendons, mostly fat with no meat, etc).
I’d go again because it’s a cool experience but I’d hope for a better showing next time.

The restaurant was very busy and loud making conversation difficult. Our server pulled his mask away from his face in order to talk to us, very disconcerting. Tables were closer than 6’ from each other, so we weren’t distanced from other patrons as we ate unmasked. The servers with the meat kept walking right by my son’s green card when mine was turned to red - although the meat was definitely the star of the meal. My glass of wine took ages to arrive. The salad bar portion of the meal was mediocre. I had originally booked for my wedding anniversary, but due to a conflict ended up taking my 14 yo to his first meal out since Covid. I have eaten out throughout Covid due to work travel, and this was by far my worst and most uncomfortable experience. Very glad I can book somewhere else for my anniversary and very upset with myself for taking my 14 yo somewhere that so clearly was not taking Covid seriously and putting him at any risk for such a mediocre meal.

For starters, our server was absolutely delightful, nothing but wonderful things to say on the server we had. He was very friendly and conversational. The drinks were also delicious. We’ve been to many Brazilian steakhouses across the country including the one right across the water in Seattle- The Grill From Ipanema and to me the food quality at Fogo De Chao was just not great at all. We came here on a date night, which is rare for us to have as new parents, so we wanted it to feel special and the ambiance was terrible. They seated us in a terrible location all the way in the back near where servers were going back and forth to service a conference room. It took a ridiculously long time to be seated as well, even though we had a reservation. I’m not sure if we just picked a bad day to go but I wish they had a better dress code. Customers were dining with jeans and shirts that had camouflage, large guns and USA written all over them. Other customers were eating with their hands instead of with the provided cutlery. It felt like an extremely tacky ambiance with the dress code and behaviors allowed instead of an elevated dining experience. They brought very cheap cuts of meat repeatedly instead of the more traditional ones. The cuts they did give off sirloin etc were huge pieces instead of thin slices and were practically inedible and full of gristle. The filet mignon was cooked poorly. The linguica, which I normally look forward to at Brazilian steakhouses, was extremely dry, overcooked and bland. I get that this is a “chain” steakhouse but for Bellevue I still expected better for spending $200+ on dinner for two. I likely won’t return but if we ever do we will be sure not to come on a date night.

Went for 50th birthday 8 of us, drinks completely messed up, wait times for drinks was unbelievable and yet still each time they came incorrect, charged for premium when didn’t order the premium. The meat was all pouring blood hardly any choice at all my friends wasn’t impressed. Covid it was more like a nightclub rave everyone squashed in so close just so they can get more custom and over charge you for things you didn’t order!!! I’ll be leaving a Yelp and Google review in more depth about how this place has gone downhill. Wouldn’t ever bother again money scam this place!!!

All the steaks were okay some were too salty. Chicken would have been great but over cooked, dry and feels like eating cardboard. Anyway server was excellent.

The food is good but not like I expected.
We had a 545pm reservation. We sat at Table#13 which is basically behind the “staff table who is doing their side work - rolling silverware” which we heard all of the gossip of the staff in English and Spanish and celebrating one of the staffs birthday. Even the managers had their “office” in plain sight as well. Rachel was amazing and sweet to come by to chat with us. It’s great to see the managers in plain view but you don’t want to see them checking email and what not.
This I would say isn’t totally romantic as there were like 5 tables in the entire restaurant when we arrived. If you are going to do “side work for staff” where diners can see then you should have a like a partition of a kind for us not to see then nor hear the drama of the restaurant.
We had 2 servers and were quite confused as we said one thing to one and the other server will ask the same question, so no communication among the staff who appeared to be training. If training then they need to follow or let the trainee “fail” to figure out what is going on.
I would definitely come back but next time ask for a table near the Windows as this was not a great location.

I’ve been to several Fogo locations. This one in Bellevue was ok.
My server, who was kind enough to take care of my table outside his station after 10mins with the hostess attempting to find someone, was knowledgable, kind, and engaging. I give his service 5*, but overall nonchalance about service and seemingly service standards.
The vegetables, mash, polenta fries, and bananas, were cold when they arrived. I hate wasting, so I didn’t ask for replacements.
The salad bar is highly reduced from pre-Covid.
The signature meats were ok. The picanya was over cooked. The lamb had no seat on the exterior. Most of the meats seemed unloved.
I had some fruit rather than a proper desert and a nice caiparoska, which was nice.
