The meat is incredible! I wish they brought it around a little slower so that we could enjoy the piece while its hot before getting a new piece. Other than that, everything was delicious! The soup was amazing and the salad bar was also very good! The best part is DESSERT! Get the flan, it will not disappoint!

Very surprised at my experience this time around. We were rushed throughout our entire meal and told that it was because they closed at 1530. Although that may have been the case why allow us to make reservations for 1430 if your just going to rush us. I know why. For the money. To top off being rushed and water down drinks. We also dealt with being served meat that clearly had hair on it. When we told staff they started scrambling around aimlessly. The woman who appeared to be in charge did not come by and speak to us about it until we signed her over. She was aware at this point because her staff had informed her. She decided to give us a free dessert. Not a free meal. But a free dessert for the hair on our food and clearly told us so. Overall horrible experience. More than likely won’t return. I heard they treat you better over at Chima’s.

Anniversary

Emani, Lewis and Brandy were the absolute best. Truly special dining experience thanks to them.

Fantastic. From the floor manager (ponytail, white top) down to every gentleman carving the meat, they were friendly, funny, courteous. We had a number of laughs with the staff and it felt great to be out and about and safe and having fun with everyone. The only service close to what is offered here is on a cruise ship in their finest dining rooms. Unparalleled. Oh and the wine specials and recommendations were spot on!
If I had to nitpick-where are the flip cards?! I felt so bad having to refuse a meat carver (Instead of being able to flip to red) because they were all so great remembering what we liked and at what temp!! Please bring back the flip cards! Less pressure lol

Birthday celebration

Went on a double date. The staff was very nice and the service was quick.

Don’t ever go to place I thought highly of it for being our first time and how it was in the city I expected this place to be nice. The manager didn’t resolve our problem once we told him why our server didn’t checked on us if we needed anything let alone clear our table. Once we saw a bug on our desert he just laughed and said oh hahahaha I can get you another like no sir we need to speak with the owner. This the second time we came to you and you flagged us off as if it’s a joke. My husband almost punched on this disrespectful manager luckily I stopped it from happening. The manager is Ricardo something like that low curly hair a tad tanned. Super rude. The area they sat us was dusty not good at all. I definitely don’t recommend and wouldn’t visit again

Great to be back at the Philly location

Love this place. Chef Michael is very sweet and welcoming.

We’ve been waiting to go back here since covid started last year. They taking all precautions to keep their customers safe. They have disposable gloves and hand sanitizer sitting at the entrance of the salad bar. Food was great and service is top notch. Come hungry because their steak is delicious.

We went for Easter! This place is perfect. They do everything perfect lol sort of no need for a review. The service, food and atmosphere is everything you could ask for for fine dining. The management and servers took excellent care of us during our visit, even down to covering our coats at the table so they wouldn't get dirty. I'll definitely be back

Service was A1, very attentive. Meats were ok. I eat medium well and my wife eats well done. When we asked for well done, they wouldn’t show back up. (Server kind of fixed it when we addressed it). We also had the shrimp margarita. The shrimps came in 6 pcs, we had four and continued to finish the last 2... it was absolutely disgusting, they were so soft and mushy, we had to spit them out after a bite. Pineapple mint lemonade was delicious. Creme brûlée and molten lava cake was soooo good. I’ve enjoyed fogo more the last time I’ve been here.

Never disappoints, as usual, always a pleasant experience when we come here.

4/1 table #37 8:15 reservation 13th and chestnut street center city once We was seated this was my first experience after paying over $200 and wasn’t able to get none of the full experience told them well done meat and no pork it’s crazy to say that all they kept bringing to our table was pork and rare meat never once bought over any sides on top of that we just was sitting there my husband literally was served 2 slices of chicken and a sprite soda for his portion I taste a piece of well done steak and had 2 drinks an a salad for my portion after we seat over a half hour with no services at all we decided to leave paid the bill so we wasn’t trying to cost a scene I did speak to a manager about it before we left and was often a slice of cheese cake this was the worst experience of my life and I eat out a lot and I love steak houses and I will never return here

The food was great and service was excellent.

The service and hospitality did not meet our expectations, especially since previous visits to Fogo were great. It was my birthday too, so a bit disappointed by the lack of hospitality and manners of the staff.

Great customer service! The floor manager, Arsen, visited our table and he was very accommodating and friendly. The waitresses were attentive and the servers were generous. Wide variety of meat that was cooked well.

My father's first time, he didn't like the salmon, it was too dry, he has problems swallowinh due to cancer related issues, but the meats were wonderful.

Fun atmosphere, food and service great!

The experience was not desirable to say the least . We were seated in the corner away from the active servers , we were only served if the server made his way to the “birthday party” that was next to us. Speaking of which also added to the unpleasant experience, the “party” was extremely loud , while interrupting our experience by taking pictures and speaking at high tones abruptly. Now to the food experience , for some reason the cuts of meat that I asked for during the “full experience “ I asked for medium well or medium and it ALL came out to be “done” no juices from the cut of meat or the cut that I asked for . I truly don’t like to leave reviews like this but this experience was underwhelming for the prices that were paid for a “experience”.

This place is great. I love their covid19 safety precautions in place at the buffet. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and ordered the creme brulee to share and they gave it complimentary. That was freakin awesome. The food is always excellent here. This is not a romantic spot, way too much noise for that. But it's still an excellent spot to eat.

So the salad bar was great but I came for the Churrasco experience and only got to try 3 different meats. It was as if they forgot we were sitting in the corner. Other than that, the drink service and everything else was great...but I can’t say I got my money’s worth for the food. Such a shame...

Over all everything was good. There was a crowd of people hanging out in the front and we walked passed the place and doubled back, the people standing in the front did not initially move when we were trying to get in.

Took my hunny to Philly for his birthday and Fogo did not disappoint! From the speciality drinks to the quality of food and wonderful service; we will be back again!

Live the food and service! It’s just great and we love going for special occasions. They really pay attention to what you want each time you have a request.
