We celebrated our son’s 18th birthday and enjoyed our experience. The servers were quite attentive and personable. As this was our first experience at your restaurant, our expectations were met and we will be back in the future.
I have dined at this Fogo several times before and during the pandemic and have always enjoyed the service and the food. This visit was the first time where I felt unappreciated and I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. We were seated in a room far from the kitchen, and I think that contributed to some of the slow service. The place was packed for an early Sunday dinner and full of kids. We were seated next to some screamers, but fortunately the screaming kids didn't continue throughout the whole night. What was most disappointing was the slow service. We had made several requests for certain meats that didn't arrive while we watched gauchos appear with the cuts we wanted yet they inexplicably missed visiting our tables. After asking multiple times for our cuts and waiting over 30 minutes after our last meat, we gave up and asked for our check. Closing out the check took another 15 minutes. None of the waitstaff were rude; they were all pleasant. But, we felt terribly neglected and had to keep flagging down staff for service that we normally would receive and have come to expect from Fogo. If I return to this Fogo de Chao, it won't be on the weekends.

The food is fenominal and the staff is so attentive of what meats you like and they can bring them back to you. Place is clean and fast service
Every single bite was amazing and so worth every dime. Meat was tender and juicy. Mash potatoes and bread was awesome. I mean there was nothing I picked up on my fork or spoon that I didn’t want another bite of. It was a great place to dine and nice ambiance.
Over crowded location, tables were extremely close and ambiance was awful. I felt for the service staff because they were overwhelmed by the amount of tables and trying to accommodate everyone.
Meat was good but the salad bar looked like a frat house came through and there was very poor options to select from.
Fogo used to be a middle level upscale steak house, not this location though…. From people wearing tank tops, hats at the table and doing shots like they were at a spots bar. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

We will definitely go back. The food and drinks were outstanding. The service was great, friendly, very prompt made sure we had everything we wanted ASAP. Only downside is that the tables were very close together. It was loud & difficult to have a conversation.

I once enjoyed this location because it was intimate and great for a romantic meal. There were just too many people and groups that made it feel like I'm in a casual dining restaurant, not an upscale one. I also felt rushed as the meat servers came to me even when my chip was red. If you have friends to meet, this place is for you. Celebrating an anniversary, like we were, go somewhere else.

The food was warm and tasted great! The only thing better then the food was the service. Diego did a great job making sure I had the meats I wanted! All the service staff was so friendly and helpful! A great night out!

My family and I went out for my mom’s birthday this past weekend and it was a wonderful experience. The food was wonderful and our waiter Joey was fantastic! Overall we had a great time trying all sorts of meats and different foods from the salad bar. I would definitely go back there again.
Air conditioning was broken. Managers were very accommodating. Food was good. Took a little while to get the meat coming.

I came here to celebrate my graduation from nursing school and passing my NCLEX to become a Registered Nurse. I was thoroughly impressed with this restaurant. Their attentiveness and warmth was everything I needed to complete the night! I definitely ate too much but it was worth it. The sirloin and ribs were in my dreams! Well done.
Staff is so wonderful. Food is not so good for the price. Bland, no flavor. The crowd that visits here is a bit classless. They come in with tshirts, low class citizens who think they arrived at Beverly Hills yet do not dress the part. When spending $360 for 4 people like we did, we expect a level of class from other patrons in the form of dress code. Otherwise, you guys are no different than Chilis. We used to go to the downtown location often until that crowd also went to s***. We figured we'd give Rosemont a chance. We will probably not go back because of the crowd.

Orlin is one of the servers that we have most times we are at Fogo. He is the epitome of phenomenal customer service. He is friendly, attentive and simply a pleasure. Thank you for always making our dining experience wonderful!
As always food was amazing and service was top notch. I would give this specific location 10 starts if I could.
We got to the restaurant a little early, so we decided to have a drink at the bar. I ordered the caramelized pineapple old fashion. The bartender barely filled the glass half way, and the drink was way too strong. I told him so, but I was ignored.
When our table was ready, one of the hosts yelled our last name rather than coming over to us, even though the bar is adjacent to the host stand. Upon walking to the host stand, nothing was said to us. One of the hosts just walked into the dining room. I assumed we were supposed to follow her.
After we got to the table, we had to ask for the red/green service indicators. The meat selection wasn’t nearly as large as other times we’ve dined here. We had to ask for filet mignon several times before it arrived. We asked for prime rib and never received it. The lamb chops came around once; we asked for more and never got it. My husband got a piece of sirloin that was so chewy he almost spit it out.
Our designated waitress was very nice, but not extremely attentive.
We weren’t even done with our meal when the gentleman I assume was the manager started asking if we had dessert on the way, which we did. He didn’t ask this to expedite our dessert- rather, to see how much longer we’d be at our table. We felt like we were being rushed through our meal.
On our way out, I stopped to use the restroom, which was not clean. The paper towels were not stocked, and there was litter on the ground.
Overall, a disappointing experience for the cost of the food and drinks.

only 1 problem... I got the meat sweats!!!!!!
No valet, we didn't know. 82 degree day no air conditioning. Now we had a reservation, they could've let us know before hand. We drove 45 miles to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we would've like the choice to decide on our own. Once we parked, we were committed because we were do far from home. Then came the broken highchair, and then we didn't really know who our waitress was. Then we asked for a pitcher of water for our table and they complied, and we proceeded to order our bottle of wine. One of the servers came over to our table and argued with me that we couldn't have that water pitcher there because it was a sanitation issue all the while reaching and grabbing at the handle. No issue except for the fact she kept touching it. What's the difference of a pitcher of water on the table verses a bottle of wine! The table next to us had a pitcher of sangria, seriously what's the difference. She literally argued with me and I had to sternly say to leave it. Ridiculous! Then of course they sat us in a cubby cut out area, with no air-conditioning it was even hotter. It would've been nice to be out in the open area to get maybe even a little more circulation of air. Then we had to repeatedly ask for the "good meat" to come around, so annoying that they just don't come around. Lastly, it was our anniversary and it was hot, baby crying, we were arguing, and to top it off the gift card from open table said I used it already. It was so frustrating to have to contact open table while.i was still at the restaurant. It took 45 extra minutes, and believe me my 2 year old was not having it. It was a complete bust, and totally failure of an evening. Most importantly, the restaurant didn't offer any sort of compensation or anything for the inconvenience of no air conditioning. It was not pleasant!
Disappointing our guests is never an option, and we are very sorry for not meeting your expectations. Terrible experience! We should have left.
Reservations made for 8:00. Had to wait almost 30 minutes as our table was not ready. Hot as hell no AC. Server brings one of two drinks. Asked “Forget my wife’s wine?” She said no. Waited 10 minutes for her glass of wine.
This restaurant is a one and done. Never again will I return.
I’m an honest person. Honest with this review.
So honest, my check comes and the total was $57. They forgot to add our food. I told them and the new total was $185! I paid but I sure thought about not saying anything.
Anyway, hope it gets better.

Their air conditioning seemed like it didn't work at all. We all left soaking wet from sweating. The food was way too expensive and didn't seem to have enough waitresses. They don't tell you that when they walk around with drinks that they are not complimentary. This was our very first time there. The Chilean Sea Bass was so so. I would not go back. Very disappointed

Went to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The AC was broken so it was hot and very crowded. Tables on top of each other. My husband was feeling sick (nothing to do with the food) early on in the meal. The best experience would have to be the staff. They were very nice and comped his meal. The atmosphere gave a very convention center feel. I guess I expected a little more elegance, since this is not a low cost restaurant.

The experience was disappointing. Going to a Beazilian steakhouse you expect a classier environment. This was not that as many people had sports attire on. The way to get servers to come to our table was not explained to us prior to dinner so we spent about twenty minutes without food

The waitress forgot my drink order. When I asked about it she commented that the bartender was really busy. We were more than half through our meal and I don’t think I would have gotten it had I not spoken with the mgr on duty. Music was way too loud.
