   The food was not great. There was a hair in my food. The drink was over priced and tasted like kerosene. The hostess was rude. Will never go back.

   Hadn’t been here for years but in general, it was good. Not mind blowing but good. I’m a big fan or braised short ribs and 2 of our 4 dishes included it. Even though it tends to be a bit fatty, this was way too much so. So much that one dish wasn’t even half eaten because the meat was all fat. Other than that, decent service and ambiance.

   First time having brunch at Fork and it was a great meal! The brussel sprouts appetizer was a savory presentation and all of the meals were flavorful and prepared as ordered. Service is very good although they do get very busy on a Sunday, so do plan to stay a while for your meal. Noise level is moderate but allows for comfortable conversation. Outstanding value overall!

   Overall, this was a good experience. With the high ceilings, it can be very loud and somewhat difficult to hear people speaking - we had a group of six. Our group really enjoyed a dining experience where there are not a lot of televisions around!!! Thank you, Fork!

   It was a fantastic dining experience. Our wait staff were very friendly and professional. We were given excellent recommendations for dinner and dessert. Both were top-notch. I highly recommend Fork for dares, meetings, and/or any occasion you want to impress.

    This was a lovely dinner. One of us had a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with fries and tomato soup, the other two of us had the beef short ribs. Both were delicious and the service was very good.

    Was a bit worried about a reservation after 9pm feeling too rushed by staff and lacking in ambiance for a lovely dinner but I was very pleased to experience a bustling, happening dining room with zero rush felt and lots of ambiance w great food. Downtown B. was still very alive w excitement that time of evening

    We have always enjoyed the Fork, but tonight everything was a bit off. The chicken in the chicken and waffle was burnt and dry on the inside. Was maybe an ounce of edible meat. Server brought us the wrong drinks.....corrected, but it took some time.

    We’ve been to Fork several times, and it’s always been good. This experience and meal was not extraordinary. Not bad, just nothing special, really. The menu prices have gone up like everywhere else so I can’t really fault them for that, but I definitely feel the value is mediocre. Service was average, sandwich was average, tacos were average, and the limes were brown and crusty. The one thing that disappointed me most was that in my reservation, I specified it was a special event. Why bother asking if it’s just a box to check and it’s ignored? No one mentioned a single word. I didn’t expect a red carpet or big production, but a simple acknowledgment would have been nice. Next time, I’ll choose to celebrate a special occasion somewhere else - not like we don’t have dozens of great places in Boise.

    It was my first time in Boise and I love the farm to table concept. Victoria was fantastic, burger was fantastic, basically everything was amazing and can’t wait to return someday soon!

    We’ve been hearing about this place forever, but finally got to try it for my hubby’s birthday. Very friendly staff, great recommendations, and the drinks were fabulous as well. I had the trout, which was amazing. Husband had the Cubano sandwich, and said it’s the best one he’s had yet. My daughter had the spaghetti and meatballs, and ate every bite. We will be back!

    This was our 2nd visit to Fork for a birthday dinner. We went on a Friday night so we could order the prime rib. The flavor was still very good this time but the meat was a little tough, unlike our first visit when it was very tender, flavorful and the best we had ever eaten anywhere. The rest of the meal, including the cocktails, was outstanding and the french fries were awesome! Be sure to save room for dessert...the butter cake was amazing! Our server, Chase, was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a very enjoyable evening and will definitely be back.

    We used a gift certificate we received for Christmas and had a Valentine’s Day lunch at Fork! We took mom with us since Dad is no longer with us. He had passed 3 years ago. So we had a date with mom! The food was wonderful the Urban burger was scrumptious and the two salmon salads that mom and my wife had … they ate down to the last leaf and fish! We’ll go there again!

    The fork never fails. Service was really great and the food delicious! Enough for 2 meals for me. Went for brunch and had the chicken and waffles, saw several people having the cinnamon roll 😮, it was huge. On my bucket list!

    This is my favorite restaurant, but this last time was a bit of a disappointment. Two of us had pretty dry fish. I get the trout every time, always so good, but unfortunately not this time. And it was a slight disappointment with the menu changes. We come for certain things and found out it wasn’t on the menu anymore. But we will go back, because of our past experiences.
