   The cocktails were wonderful, especially the Manhattan. Highly recommend the bruschetta sampler or the burrata appetizer. You really can't beat the Tagliatelle bolognese. The flavor of perfectly simmered veggies and red wine balance perfectly in the rich sauce. One of us had the short ribs and proclaimed it maybe the best restaurant food he'd ever had. Our server was excellent too!

   (TLDR) Food was great! Atmosphere and service were okay. Would return! - We were sat in the front, which would have been fine, but we were against the main door window, so all of the people coming in were looking at us and our food. I think my husband made eye contact with everyone entering, and I with everyone leaving lol. I think a frosted window sticker or blinds would fix that. - Our waiter was okay. Since we were sat in the bar area, he got stuck making drinks. We had to wait a bit to order. Then had to flag down a different waitress to take our plates, get a dessert menu, and finally get the bill. - For an app we had the braised tripe with bread, which was pretty good. For mains, we got the bolognese, veal, and a side of artichoke, as well as the suggested wine parings. It was wonderful! Cooked perfectly. Creme brulee for dessert was fantastic.

   Overall, the experience was good. The food was excellent and the wine that the waitress recommended was excellent. However, we sat next to a table of 8 that the waitress spent most of her time with and we were treated more as an afterthought. We were having our anniversary dinner and felt rushed.

    Outstanding on every aspect. Lucky enough to have the owner/chef in house the night we were there. Food was marvelous!!! 3 had the specialty of Prosciutto wrapped chicken, 1 had the Tagliatelle Bolognese!! All were perfect!! Don't miss this gem in Montgomery!!!

    Another great meal at Forno! You seriously cannot go wrong with any dish here. We had the meatball app, goat cheese and honey bruschetta, bolognese and the chocolate salame. All incredible!

    Every option presented at the Mother’s Day brunch was a revelation. Traditional brunch fare was elevated to a new height. For example the fluffy egg frittata was simply scrumptious as were the handcrafted pancakes and biscuits and gravy. I won’t even mention Forno’s tasty shrimp ‘n grits, the best I’ve ever had. Or the rare roast beef with its delicately flavored sauce. Or the delicious rice pudding cups sprinkled with ground pistachio. Forno’s crew of experts should be as justly proud of their accomplishment as I am of enjoying it. Buon appetito, tutti!

    I had visited Forno a few times in the past for dinner and loved it! I decided to take my mom for Mother’s Day brunch and the food was as expected - very good. I was a bit disappointed that there was nothing green offered. A simple arugula salad, roasted broccolini or asparagus would’ve been a nice compliment. Also, the fruit was undesirable as it looked like the pre-cut, out of season melon, cantaloupe, watermelon combo you get at Kroger. If Forno can address those 2 things I think it would be a fabulous brunch.

    Exceptional meal and server, CINDY. Celebration a retirement and two birthdays! I like that the now offer many flexible options to their menu to accommodate everyone. One of our dinners just wanted eggplant and pasta, and the made it happen!

    Great dinner as always. A friend and I split two entrees and they were kind enough to serve it that way instead of having to divide and make a mess.

    The food was absolutely amazing. Our server knew exactly what to suggest. I highly recommend the meatballs. Every detail was recognized and we were celebrated the entire evening. We received great attention from our waitress and had the most delicious meal. It was a lovely ambience, and we felt so special. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

    Excellent wait staff and manager. Due to a large party being seated at the same time as our appointment, there was a delay in being served. However, our waiter made up the difference with her attention and the manager comped an appetizer. The food was outstanding

    The Easter Bruxh lamb was undercooked. And the chef who cut it placed it on my plate, looked at the meat remaining on the board and he knew it. Obviously, I didn’t eat it. When I say undercooked, I never order any red meat more than med rare. This was cold rare. The other items on the buffet were very tasty.

    Loved the food. Wine was a bit pricey in my opinion and we frequently buy high quality wine. It was extremely loud and I could hardly hear my own table over the noise. Service was excellent. Food was delicious.
