No tent, heating lamps were not enough and the pizza made me sick.

Without a doubt the best pizza in Chicago. Burrata is incredible, staff are awesome, wine list is primo.

There is tension due this covid period and this is reflected on the staff, mainly in the tables coordinator. Hopefully gets better when the situation is solved

Best thin crust Italian style pizza! You can’t go wrong with any one of them. Their octopus is always amazing as well. Desert wise the tiramisu with an espresso is to die for.

Don’t go out of your way for this place. The hostesses were not particularly nice. Didn’t seemed to be trained on the appropriate way to present the COVID time restrictions to a table (the restaurant never had all seats full) and we were told we only had 60 minutes to stay. The hostesses didn’t acknowledge us at all when we left even though one held the door. No “thanks for your business” or “have a good evening.” The beet salad and focaccia were very good. The main even (pizza) wasn’t anything to be desired. Crust was good but pizza toppings were mediocre at best. The Margarita pizza tasted like tomato soup with no seasoning. Service was OK. Just not worth another stop..

Everything was great except you are forced to wait outside if you are waiting for your table. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but we did have a reservation and still had to wait 20 min. Someone from our group pointed this out and the hostess responded “well your party was late” (by 8 minutes). Just didn’t needed the attitude we were nothing but nice when asking about the wait.

The food was fantastic, but the service and first impression was not great. When I walked up to check in, the hostess was very frazzled. I understand they were busy, but getting told to stand along the side of the building and not being able to check-in for 15+ minutes was not a great first impression. Once seated, our waitress was fine, nothing spectacular. The food was great and came out quickly.

The hostess was very rude and they took forever to not only take our order but get our food. It was pretty busy so I’ll give them that but overall not a good experience. The pizza was amazing but the service was very poor.

The food is fantastic! We ordered a few different pizzas and a salad. The dessert was great too. Our waitress was very knowledgeable but we got the sense that they were trying to rush us up as we finished our meal. Will be back!

We went to celebrate our engagement. We were actually supposed to be in Italy at the time but due to COVID-19 our travel plans were canceled. They were so sweet and the food was amazing! They gave us a complimentary dessert to help us celebrate. We will definitely be back!

Forno Rosso is my favorite West Loop dinner spot when I want something casual but still high quality food and great ambiance. Their flavors are fresh and delicious, and I always love the music they play.

When you combine delicious pizza with some of the friendliest, most professional staff in town, it’s definitely a winning combo!

This was our first time eating at Forno Rosso after having it recommended by several people and it did not disappoint. The crust is what I picture a true pizza from Italy to taste like. I can't compare it to any other pizza in the city, it was delicious and just as good re-heated the following day. I highly recommend the mushroom truffle pizza with sausage. Also order the Aperol Spritz - it's not on the menu but will complete your trip to Italy.

First time after the covid lockdown very good service GM George touched the table to say hi. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food and to be able to be out of the house . Thanks!

We went to this West Loop Venue for the Woodfire Oven Pizza experience. It did not disappoint. The award winning pizza was worthy of its $24 tag. The beet salad was delicious. Get in before the 7 pm rush or you won’t wanna wait for a table.

I heard that gluten free crust was award winning and it did not disappoint. We had a group of 8 with the majority of us being vegan. Everyone enjoyed their food and our server Terasita was amazing.

A small, but lively restaurant in West Loop with a large selection of individual-sized pizzas made in a blazing hot, authentic pizza oven. Must try some appetizers!

I got the white truffle pizza as the specials and it was THE BEST PIZZA I’ve had in! Thing crust, soft dough, and the truffle is just amazing!!!!! Can’t get over it! Our server is patient, humorous, and and patient. I will need to come back again!

The food is exceptional - tied to the incredible quality of the ingredients more than anything else. There is a real focus on this - and you can taste it. Service is good - professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The wine list is a touch narrow in scope with a heavy focus on old-world wines, but that's consistent with their emphasis on Italy-sourced ingredients.
