An ode to fire and sea, Fort Oak delivers the bold, wood-fired flavors that define Chef Brad Wise’s signature style. Centered around a live-fire hearth, the restaurant offers elevated yet approachable dishes alongside a refined seafood and raw bar. Smoke is the through line - simple, high-quality ingredients are transformed by flame into plates full of depth and character.

Dry-aged ribeyes, duck, and whole branzino showcase the hearth’s intensity, while freshly shucked oysters and seafood towers bring a raw, briny counterpoint. And while the meats and seafood command attention, the vegetables have earned a reputation of their own - charred, caramelized, and layered with surprising complexity. Some say they steal the show - but that’s up to you to decide.

    Fort Oak is ALWAYS excellent. The service, the ambience and the food are always on point. I recommend the sourdough bread, the duck mouse, the rib eye, the baked potato and the caulini. Please save room for dessert - the apple crisp is the best I have ever had. Spending money here is worth every single penny!!!

    The food was exceptional. The rib eye was the standout. Ahi crudo and tartare were amazing. Chocolate mousse was fabulous. Cavatelli and roisotto & shrimp very rich and great for sharing. Love this place!

    You can smell the wood fire grill the minute you park! And the flavors are so bold in all the dishes! We were so pleased with every item we ordered.

    We’ve been coming here since they first opened, and we absolutely love this restaurant! The food is always exceptional, and the service never disappoints. Yesterday was no exception. Our waitress was wonderful, and I only wish we had asked for her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves for such outstanding service. We always come back for the carrots, which are our absolute favorite! They recently updated the menu, and we had the chance to try the new trout dish yesterday. It was spectacular! Consistently delicious food, amazing service, and exciting new additions to the menu. We can’t wait to come back!
