This is the third visit to Four Winds Revolving and unfortunately this will be the last.
Most importantly the food was not of quality I've experienced previously and when they are charging $85 per head it needs to reflect this. Compared to other buffets you can go to this was average at best.
Apart from the manager that greeted us who was great, the rest of the staff gave the impression they could have been doing something more interesting.

Food was shocking for the price. We would have got a better meal elsewhere for 1/4 the price.

Seafood is great, very fresh

I have dined at Four Winds Revolving Restaurant for both lunch and dinner and can recommend both however to appreciate the view and experience of the revolving restaurant I really prefer the lunch time experience. The last time we visited we had an interstate couple visiting and it was a birthday celebration. The staff were really lovely and we received a complimentary bottle of bubbles as we had 5 paying guests. As this is Queensland's only revolving restaurant I would definitely list it as a must do for interstate visitors. The food is excellent, there is sufficient non-seafood items if you do not like seafood, however the seafood is fresh and tasty. The view of both the ocean and hinterland is great. The tables are spaced sufficiently apart to still give a restaurant dining feeling and the buffet is restocked frequently so there are no queues and no "cattle class" vibes. Thank you to the staff and management for another lovely dining experience.

Best place to celebrate a special occasion! The food was great, the view was even better.

Really enjoyed our lunch. Was hoping to have spanner crabs but everything else was lovely. Will definitely be back.

The food was good but the variety of seafood on offer was disappointing. Considering it’s a seafood buffet, there were oysters and prawns galore. No octopus, no bugs, no fresh crab or lobster. Pretty underwhelming an offering for a five star establishment

Great view and value for money.

The experience you get from the restaurant is amazing and the food while mostly catered for seafood is wonderful.

Went to lunch for Mum's birthday. Service was poor, only ended up ordering 1 drink. Food was lackluster. Cold selection was alright, hot selection was terrible. Told the wait staff that it was mums birthday when we were on hot food and it took until after we had all finished desserts for the birthday plate to arrive which was just dumped on the table, quickly followed by the bill. I understand that people need to leave for the next service but this was at 1.30pm.

Service could be a little better! Stood waiting to be seated for a good 15 mins whilst my friend was sat waiting. Had to chase them around the restaurant for a drink.
Food was lovely but not a great lot of choice for a seafood buffet! I’ve been to a lot cheaper buffets with a lot more variety!

Quite a small selection of food, only a small selection of seafood and meats. Wouldn't pay $55 again for this small selection

Not a lot of variety and expensive for what it is.

The variety food was limited. Mostly an Asian blend with fresh fruits and seafood. I would’ve expected some sort of meats cooked meats such as roast pork roast lamb roast meat as there was when I was last there. Overall the food was disappointing and lacked variety.

i was overly impressed, not only by the level of service, cleanliness, food and over all ambiance, but mostly because all the staff were attentive and respectful. i would return based on the service alone. the fact that the food was incredible was a bonus

Entree and Mains options quality were outstanding, but thought the deserts were a little disappointing. The texture of Cream Caramel cups gave the impression it was made with powdered milk, also I am a cheese cake affection-ado and I did not feel like finishing the selections I made, very rare for me.

Over priced, under stocked. No real food was offered other than the usual snack bar items at a proper buffet restaurant. Prawns, smallest oysters that you couldn't even see anywhere else, no fish, horrible "mixed" salads that makes you wonder what they're using as they look leftovers. Overall horrible experience. Not to mention we were sent down cause we were 4 minutes too early, not kidding. 26 floors down and after waiting for 10 minutes for the lift. There are much nicer places in town. Give this one a miss I'd say..

The 5.30 session is the way to go, you get a great view in daylight and into dusk

On this occasion despite it being a very busy time of the year, Luke and the other staff went out of their way with service.
