Fratelli Fresh Westfield Sydney

Order was taken down incorrectly for multiple people on the table, food came out separately for different people and when suggested that there was an issue with timing (well over 1 hour to get any food) was suggested that we take away. Manager was less that helpful at all.

Good for a quick, easy, cheap lunch out of the office. Prices reasonable and food reasonable quality.

I had a great night on Saturday, I was there celebrating my birthday with a large group and had no troubles altering my booking last minute over the phone- the staff were very accommodating!
Also had a last minute need to stash my gifts at the restaurant and the staff accommodated me quickly, and when I picked them up the next day it was all good!
The food was great too, only minor feedback is that the pizza cooled down very quickly.
A huge thanks to the staff member who helped take photos for us too!
Additionally a friend of mine was vegan and the waitstaff she asked seemed very confident and well-versed in the vegan options!

Monday’s are $20 all you can eat pizza day so the restaurant was crowded and noisy for our 12pm table for three. The service was patchy at best and non-existent in parts. Our overwhelmed server initially denied the existence of a $20 deal, her suggestion being that we were clearly making the whole thing up. After being reassured that it was in fact true, she said the $20 per head charge included a soft drink. This turned out to be incorrect as evidenced on the bill. The pizzas were ok but soggy by the time they arrived. The drinks turned up at the very end of our meal after several requests. Again, the suggestion appeared to be that we had only imagined ordering drinks 30 minutes earlier. We left with mild noise induced hearing loss. Mondays should be at best a $10 all you can eat pizza day. Soft drinks very much included.

The birthday was not acknowledged

Food is always fine, not amazing but the space is accommodating for larger groups. Service is always subpar, staff all seem demotivated translating to lifeless, slow, and inattentive service

The food was great, however the service was disappointing. We didn't get tap water or our drinks until after dinner. It was very noisy too, couldn't hear one another. We went here on a friday night.

We went to the theatre and needed a restaurant close to our venue. Fratelli Fresh Westfield Sydney was recommended. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We were able to enjoy a lovely meal and still be on time for the show.

Horrible coffee and lousy portions. The baked egg had one egg in it!

Quick summary of our experience at Fratelli Fresh in Westfield Sydney: pizza was very good; Fratelli House Salad was large but not particularly distinctive or tasty. Service was slow - we had to search for our waitress in order to get the check and pay after awaiting her delivery of the bill for more than 10 mins. It's a mall version of an Italian restaurant.

The food here is good quality and comes in generous serves. The food came quickly. Getting extra drinks service and dessert was a little slow at times but not because the servers were slacking - they may have needed a few more bodies on the floor it was that busy (always a good sign).

It’s not my first time and won’t be my last.

The restaurant accepted an 8pm reservation and immediately on seating us started pressuring us to order as the kitchen was closing. They were so hasty to get us out they took away he drinks menu before letting us order and disappeared for a while leaving us sitting with nothing.
The service was not good.
The food was OK overall but the calamari was so salty it was inedible.
I would not recommend this restaurant

We enjoyed really good food and wine in very pleasant surroundings. Fantastic restaurant in the heart of the city. Have already booked an upcoming function there.

Confusing when reserving table. Multiple restaurants in area. Reserved wrong restaurant, but restaurant accommodated us.

Prices were within reason for authentic Italian, but on the high end.

Terrible. Meal took so long I had to get take away. Very very loud.

Pasta with the prawns was a bit dry.
We did mention this to our lovely waitress who offered us a complimentary dessert
We also had to ask for Parmesan cheese

Ordered garlic pizza crust and instead garlic prawn pizza arrives. Explained that's not what was ordered and then told kitchen no longer has ingredients. Rubbish response - it's pizza base, olive oil and crushed garlic. Should have said no longer in menu !!!!

I love the food here but I've now had two bad experiences with delays in receiving food. Recently half our tables order arrived, then there was a good 10 min gap until more arrived and then a pizza arrived over an hour after we ordered. The staff we reported this with wasn't very caring or apologetic. We understand when things go wrong but we expect the waiter to be apologetic about it. She was cold and stand offish. Later a more senior member of staff apologied and took the pizza off the bill.

Great range of quality food and caters to all types of tastes. Service was efficient and pleasant.

The chilli on the linguine was too strong and over powered the flavour of the garlic and lemon with the prawns.

We had lunch at 1.00pm on a Friday which is the busiest time and day. For the amount of people dining, the waiters did get to us within a reasonable time and our food came out pretty quickly considering so hands down to Fratellis! Food was delicious and all 4 of us left very happy, satisfied and excited to return again.

Service was horrendous - food kept being brought to our table that was not for us (even before ordering drinks.) The food was over-cooked, and drinks were poorly made.

To top it off, additional food & drinks were added to our bill.

Very poor food and experience. From the call centre booking to the hostess greeting to the forgotten orders, lukewarm food and ear splitting noise levels. Would not recommend. Very sad to see what has happened to the Fratelli Fresh Brand as this used to be a very reliable and good value proposition. The menu looks the same but tastes like it is cooked offsite and reheated.

I was a bit disappointed in the extremely poor service for last Friday's lunch with my colleagues. We have waited for more than 40 minutes for our food to come and the quality of the food was poor. We have ordered a seafood pizza which claims to have lobster but there were only 2 tiny pieces of the lobster in the pizza. Also, all the seafood used to make the pizza were frozen. It is definitely not value for money when it cost $26 for such bad quality.

Great Italian gem in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Great staff and beautiful decor.

Met my friend from overseas for the happy hour on Friday. Had to wait at the entrance for about 3 min before anyone approached. This marred the ratings. The lady who took our dessert and dtinks orders was so sweet and she could remember our orders off her heart!

Food is delish however if you only have an hour for lunch, be sure to remind the waiting staff of this, otherwise you'll be taking your meal away in a plastic container to eat at your desk.

With respect to noise level, in your options you have quiet or moderate or energetic or cannot recall - I remember it being loud hence I picked energetic.

Food good, although pizza sliced very unevenly!

The décor is great. Tables are quite close together.

Service was a little slow - so wouldn't recommend this for a quick lunch.

We ordered coffees at the end of the meal but they didn't arrive. We ended up having to get them to go.

Food was great - if you are in rush or looking for a quick fix this is the place to go as the food comes out lightening fast and quality of food is great. Fresh and very delicious. Staff were attentive, sometimes slow to come around but once they came by they were very happy to help.

Pizza is very unique and nice. Portion is very large and good for sharing.

Food was wholesome with large servings but a little bland. My favourite was the tiramisu, the best one I've ever had.

Reliably good food with something for everyone

My experience was less than ordinary. I have eaten at fratelli fresh before and generally been get happy however on this occasion the dish was ver disappointing. I could only eat a few bites. The staff asked if my meal was ok but didn't know what to do when a customer isn't happy. I basically paid $25 for an unpalatable dish.

Good ambience. Nothing was a stand out, everything was just average. Their lobster pasta dish was a little lacking in lobster pieces.
