“Fresko” meaning “fresh” inspires our creation of seasonal menus made from locally sourced ingredients. Fresko makes natural food from the bounty of Iowa farms whenever possible. The culinary team prepares product from start to finish applying natural time honored techniques with care at every step. This enriches the flavorful and nutritious product we serve and benefits our community. Fresko believes we are what we eat and eating well means living well.

Fresko features a splendid assortment of original cocktails with a deep spirits menu and a beer program with sixteen beers on tap in addition to bottles and cans. Fresko's wine menu focuses on quality selections at a great value to our guests.

    Once again, Fresko did not disappoint. The food selection is amazing and every option is delicious. Just as important, the entire team works to ensure your experience is great. And our sever was amazing!

    Airy, lightly fried Brussel sprouts were incredible! The wedge salad was sublime, subtle (a rarity for wedgies) and perfectly balanced. The chile mango lobster rolls were an unexpected delight. Kudos all around. Brilliant work all around!

    Brussels sprouts appetizer was superb, nicely roasted and not over-sauced. Halibut main course was one of the best I’ve had, perfectly cooked and flavorful. Service was excellent and prices reasonable.

    Stopped by for an early dinner before some jazz. The servers are all outstanding. Food tasty and fairly priced. Drinks were well-made. Will definitely go there again.

    My shaved ribeye sandwich was excellent. My dining partners lamb pita was not very good the lamb was extremely chewy. The bread pudding for dessert was good. Wait staff was attentive.

    I’m from Denver, and I wish we had this restaurant there. A lovely and lively space, great service and a creative, eclectic brunch menu. Everyone at the table had a different brunch entree and raved about each. I had a jalepeno cheddar biscuit topped with poached eggs and a delicious chorizo gravy. The mimosa flight was fun and delicious. An outstanding restaurant!
