We arrived to our 7:45 appt at about 7:35 to check in, let them know I arrived. I was told that it would be “atleast 45 minutes”. I’m like hmm no problem it’s Valentine’s Day I understand. We left (girlfriend and I) and sat in the car. About 8:05 I walk in and the waitress tells me I had to sit at the bar, then I was told no you can sit here instead, then once I was seated they moved me again, At this point I just want to eat and leave, we placed our orders nigiri and sashimi for 2 and bang bang shrimp, This was about 825, we waited, and waited, and waited, every now and again they would come around and say it’s almost ready, it’s almost ready. 9pm They gave us some sorry for the wait edamame and assured us our sushi was being prepared, so we waited and waited and waited and started to notice people who came in after us were getting their food, so we checked in with a waitress and she said oh I’m sorry we forgot your order, then walked away, I have never felt so disrespected and brushed off, another 15 minutes goes by (915) and she says the chef is making it now I canceled the order at 945 and they only charged me for bang bang shrimp which I reluctantly paid for. Use caution here.

We had a reservation. We were seated right away but a waitress didn't come to bring us drinks or take our order for a long time. We waited an hour to get our food. Service was terrible. No one was checking on us and the restaurant is very small so it's not like they were super busy.. sushi was good, they were out of ramen...menus we got had different items on it...weird... They were filling take out orders like a well oiled machine but didn't seem to pay much attention to customers inside the restaurant. We literally had to flag down a waitress every time just to ask for water.. Would not return.

Sushi was amazing, pork gyoza was to die for. Restaurant was over full and did not adhere to SD guidelines. Service was great, will definitely return

Food and service were top notch. We will be back soon! Everything was prepared to perfection. I was surprised how fast the sushi came out. The ramen was the best I’ve had.

The food was AMAZING!!!!!! So good. The service wasn’t the best, but we went on Valentine’s Day and they look like hey may have been short staffed. We had a reservation so we were sat immediately which was awesome. The brought out plates, water, and menus wishing 5 minutes. But then no one returned for quite a while. Maybe 10 or so mins. So hat was the downfall. But once we were able to order the food came out within an acceptable time frame and it was really good!! I would definitely recommend and I’m sure service is more prompt on regular days!

The food was fantastic but the service was horrible! Took almost 40 mins to get our first glass of wine. It should have been free IMO. We will go back for the food another time to see if it happens again.
