Someone else checked us in and forgot the reservation. Table of 8! It wasn’t busy at all, more empty tables then full, maybe 6 other tables at this times
We ended up having Craig as our server. We were sat and waited 15 mins to even have him come over for drinks, where he forgot a pop twice. We ordered apps to start and they were brought out with our food.. so 8 people, not a very big table for all the plates. You could tell everything had been sitting for awhile as our spin dip was cold, the calamari was squishy and our dill pickles were easy to bite. Our main meals 4 people’s fries were cold and over cooked, my toddlers meal was eatable right away - so it was cold, two of the wraps ordered the chicken was cold. He messed up a double rye and coke and it was only a single but charged for a double. With everything that was messed up we were never spoke with from a manager or had something done to make up for it. He never mentioned the game cards with the meals so we had to do separate transactions.. while he was grabbing two of those cards he for got a part of the order to pay which was $70. if I wasn’t such a good person I would have just walked out. But I said something, and paid.
This was for our sons birthday which we told the person seating us and nothing was done for it.
We were very upset with this as we drove 45 mins and others drive an hour to go specifically to this restaurant.
We will not be back due to this service, or lack there of.

Basically budget 200 for a family of 4 to eat and play some games. Could you possibly locate hand sanitizer stations around the facility? #germaphob

Lots of fun. Best ribs I’ve had in a while. Good wings. Could use some comfier chairs but, otherwise fine.

this is place is too cynical ("restaurant" and arcade), squeezing as much cash as possible... it is not cheap yet everything about it is, not coming back

I brought 7 10 year old boys for a birthday party. Our server, Anita, was amazing. She was very helpful, and was always available to serve our table of rather rambunctious kids. She also had great suggestions for the best way to do things with the kids as well. She was greatly appreciated!

When the group of servers came out with the birthday cake I was amazed at how well so many of them interacted with the kids. It was a really great party for my boy. Thank you.

The waitress was not at all interested in serving us. Came by only a couple times, offered nothing for the birthday party we were there to celebrate. She got the orders wrong and rushed us out when the restaurant was only 1/4 full. The game area is ridiculously expensive. $20 gets 5 arcade games which is disgusting!! The kids blew through their money in minutes. The prize selection was terrible, not to mention none of the prizes costs were marked. They were obviously in the process of restocking the area which I understand has to be done (but I wouldn’t consider Saturday a great day to do that) regardless it was as though we were inconveniencing them by asking how much the prizes were worth. Overall, the reservation was booked clearly as a birthday party and there was nothing special done for my son. It was expensive and the service was mediocre. Disappointing considering the amount of money we spent in there.

Started out rough, we were ignored after seating. Until Alley noticed our party of 7 and came to the rescue. With out asking they comped an app and she provided outstanding service for the rest of our visit. Very entertaining magician and they made our sons 18th birthday dinner something very special. I don't typically write reviews, but this truly deserves recognition. Thanks Alley!!!

From when I walked in until I left I was treated like a friend not a customer. The food was great and the ambiance was more than expected

Our waitress was friendly, I had a nice conversation with her about the food I ordered, told her it was the best. The Nachos we got were delish. This is my 3rd time coming and my kids always love the games area. Will be back again.

Inattentive service staff. Food was mediocre. And we got play cards for afterwards and because we had a group of 8, they tried to add the mandatory gratuity to the cost of the play cards then took 15 to fix the problem.

The food was pretty good...kids enjoyed it. The arcade is crazy expensive. Got 4x $20 cards and at the end of it all the kids were lucky to walk out witb a tootsie pop. That is crazy!!!

Always a great experience every time. From sporting events to Trivia nights, I visit often and get amazing service and a welcomed environment from staff. Highly recommended for big events like college basketball tournaments, hockey playoffs and Super Bowl games. Great food and beverage choices as well as some decent deals to try daily.

My sons hockey team had a tournament in Brantford this past weekend. We had 3 1/2 hours between games on Friday, so most our our families came to your restaurant for dinner and then for the boys to use the arcade area until we had to leave. We have come to this establishment a number of times in years past and were always treated well. Apparently there were a couple of our boys who decided to be disrespectful in the arcade. Your management chose to kick them out - and they then kicked all of our boys out of the arcade. Most of the parents were still finishing their dinner and had no idea what was happening. This was very unprofessional and the sign of an inexperienced management team!! The parents should have been notified immediately and they could have straightened out the situation, instead of throwing out an entire team who CHOSE your restaurant AND spent a lot of money! It seems like your business makes a good part of it's income from visiting sports teams so it would be nice if the management were better trained on how to handle kids - especially since they are there with their parents.

Because of this it is unlikely that any of our teams families will return to GameTime.

I would like to mention though that the servers in the restaurant were all very polite and helpful.

The service was slow and the food was cold. The reatraunt was not prepared for the volume and they gave us play tokens for the games. We gave them to people as we walked out.
