   I would rate GIA the best overall restaurant in Greensboro. The food, creativity, atmosphere, etc is phenomenal. A very dynamic restaurant for any occasion. Date night, business, or casual. You won’t be disappointed. Bravo 👏🏼

   My wife and I had a dinner date at GIA. They’re not very accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions. I asked them to remove a few simple ingredients to my chicken to make it keto friendly. I also asked if I could substitute the rice for some sort of green, and they were unable to do that as it “changed the dish”. Either the waitress didn’t ask the cook to make the changes or they just didn’t care, as my chicken came out anyway covered in a sweet sauce and stuffed with rice. Not wanting to be difficult, I scraped off the sauce and just ate the drumsticks. I know inflation is still an issue but $27 for a chicken entree with no sides is a bit excessive. I doubt we’ll go here again unless they add some other options to the menu or be a bit more accommodating.

   Always love to do our ladies gathering and birthday parties here !! My husband love the food as well so it’s an amazing place to drink and eat and have fun with friends and family I highly recommend this place ! If you haven’t try this restaurant before I highly suggest you to give them a try you won’t be disappointed 🥰

   So the good: the service and most of the food was great. Our server was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted. We had the artichokes, fries and white bean crostini for small plates with leftovers to bring home. For the main entrees we had the salmon and stuffed chicken. The main entree portions are not too big or too small. We also ordered a zero proof cocktail. It's nice that they have these options on the menu. The not so good: Our two entrees came out 10 minutes apart. I had almost finished my food by the time my spouse's entree came out. This was really not acceptable. The next thing is I ordered cocktails and asked for seltzer in place of most of the juice. They actually charged 50 cents per drink for seltzer. The glasses were small cocktail glasses and seltzer is cheaper than juice. Also, the stuffed chicken is really not stuffed chicken at all. It was two thighs/legs on top of risotto. The chicken was tasty, but the risotto was a little hard and too sweet (coconut milk). Overall, the experience was positive.

    I’ve given this place 3 visits. The food is not flavorful, always comes out cold, and isn’t worth the time it takes to sit there to finally get it.

    We went pre-theater. We had a great meal. Plan about 2 hours if you want to order 2 rounds of dishes. We had plenty of food and left very full having enjoyed everything we choose.

    Neat place- tucked in the upstairs of a commercial building. Entrance is in the back- so park behind the building. Small plates to share. Food was good… wine list and mixed drink menu was extensive. Was hoping for live music- but apparently they might have stopped that since the pandemic… hopefully it returns.

    Gia is one of the best, if not the best, restaurants in Greensboro. We have experienced lunch, brunch and dinner. Menu is small but diverse with excellent quality. Head chef Eric is super talented and passionate. His imagination, innovation and quality shows in his food. Dan and his bar team are just as equally innovative. We have attended cocktail classes and learned so much. If you haven’t been to Gia yet, go! You are missing out!

    It was half price bottles of wine night, and we didn't know because our server didn't tell us, we even ordered glasses of wine! Not a good service experiemce. The food is amazing amd the atmosphere is great.

    So happy that GIA celebrated 10-years here in Greensboro. We are so lucky to have this amazing place where we have made so many wonderful memories over delicious food and drinks.
