   I got the Crystal shrimp; delicious and a good size portion. Others in our party enjoyed the sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken. Good size portions. Service was very good. We will definitely dine here again.

   Excellent wait staff. Food is always wonderful. Used Open Table for a reservation. Seated in a vastly empty restaurant next to the only other table that had another couple. Seating was between kitchen swing door and bar curtin. Bartender could not find ingredients to make martini featured on the menu. Gingerootz no longer allows smaller petite portions, dinner entrees are huge and delicious.

   Your happy hour point system is a joke. If we "used" all of our point's we wouldn't have had dinner. Do you want that?? It took at least a half hour after we received our main course to get our sushi, not acceptable. The waitress made our drinks herself because of the poor bartender and she took $20 off the bill because of our extremely long wait. 1 1/2 hours for dinner is too long.

    Our waiter, Skinny, was friendly, attentive and helpful. The food came out promptly and was fresh and delicious. Had chicken lettuce wraps, then noodle bowls, tummy. Reasonable prices too.

    It is a nice atmosphere. We noticed right away that they had remodeled since our last visit. Tito (sp) was a great waiter. The kitchen was rather slow. But the food was worth waiting for.

    Calamari was very good as was the crab Rangoon. Had pad Thai but it was way too saucy and sweet. Noodles were drowning. Husband had sesame chicken and he had way to much sauce also. Our companions meals were very good.

    Excellent choice for awesome Asian food. Old friends got together to share a meal, and everything was spot on. Since Covid lockdowns, we have visited several times. During the transition, I think the restaurant lost some key cooks and staff. The food suffered some during those times and lost what has been an expectation of excellence over the years of visiting this restaurant. I am extremely excited to say, the meal from this review is back to the standard we have grown to expect and appreciate. Thank you for getting back to our very favorite Asian restaurant in the Midwest. Wonderful meal, pleasant staff and a 5-star experience!

    We had a small party (6) and had a lovely time sitting on the outdoor patio. The food was outstanding (as always) and was served very quick. An excellent waitress topped off the experience.

    Our server was great and the food was delicious. I accidentally put in the wrong number of diners for the online reservation, and the hostess was very accommodating when we arrived and got us all seated without issue. We were with a group and it was nice that there were different types of Asian food on the menu, so everyone could find something they liked. The redesigned interior was very nice as well. We had a great experience.
