    Front of house and waiting staff were all absolutely brilliant with us. We had Japanese Katsu Curry and a Cheeseburger and both were first class. I saw a neighbouring table being served with the Hanging Kebab which looked delicious. Definitely having that next time. Giraffe is ideally located for dinner before a concert at the Forum.

    We had a busy day in the Christmas markets so it was lovely to just flop into comfy booth seats. We had travelled by train and Giraffe Bath is ideally situated for our return trip home as it’s just across the road from the station, no lengthy rush after relaxing. This was our second visit. We had a delicious duck stir fry and a perfect brownie for dessert. There was a nice selection of drinks and I opted for a refreshing-tropical mock-tail. The staff were friendly and service was great. The food was hot and obviously freshly prepared. It was a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend Giraffe Bath. No experience of any other location but if Bath is an example I would give it a try.

    Attended for Sunday morning breakfast for 3 people. The menu said something like we cook your eggs however you like them and was asked by the waitress how we would like our eggs. I requested ‘over easy’ (fried and then flipped over for a few seconds) but they came back fried. The sausage and bacon was not cooked enough for our liking despite requesting them to be cooked well done, so they took them back on a separate plate to be re-cooked. They were fine after this. It felt like there was lack of communication between the servers and the kitchen.

    Really really salty nachos with half the cayenne pepper pot sprinkled on it. Pizza for one of my children wasn’t even cooked properly and they were given a couple of cucumber and carrots sticks as a side. We’re unlikely to come back.

    Food was fine but nothing special. Overpriced for what you get - £80 for two adults and two children to have breakfast which included a mandatory 10% service charge. Decor is a little industrial and cold. Waitress was really nice and friendly. There are nicer, better quality / value options in the area.

    Nice meal and good service; just unfortunate that because of the beer battered onion rings on your menu and the fact that we don’t consume alcohol, anything that was fried was not an option for us , because you could guarantee that there wouldn’t be cross contamination; we couldn’t even have fries!

    Fantastic service and food. Really good selection on the menu. The toilets however are in need of repair and update. Sink was dirty and toilet seat loose and unsafe.

    Ate here with a friend, enjoyed the very reasonably priced steak and chips. Staff were friendly. Loved the decor and the spaciousness in the restaurant. It was quiet when we were there as there weren't many people. Great choice on the menu too.

    Great customer service, food and drinks were spot on - only complaint is that I wish my veggie breakfast was a bigger portion. Baby changing was clean and easy to access. No problems with parking up the buggy, staff really helpful and friendly

    The food is delicious and much better value than most places. We accidentally left our left overs behind when we left. When we found the table was cleared they offered to replace it. That shows how friendly and helpful the staff are. Top!

    We visited for my sons 3rd birthday. 3 adults had their meals 20 minutes before the 2 children had theirs. We had finished before they had their meals. 3 year old especially was upset by this and didn't understand the wait I had to chase it up twice. When it came the 10 year olds burger came without chips (we had ordered them separately) so I gave her what was left of mine. Another 7 minutes she had finished then the 3 year olds came. They'd obviously forgotten about it as it was far too hot so he had to wait longer to eat it. No explanation. Club sandwich- No pulled pork. Basically an over priced ham and cheese toasted sandwich. Chips finally came for my daughters burger after everyone had finished. Youngest barely ate as he'd filled up on my burger bun while he was waiting. Overall £75+ for a total disaster birthday meal

    Absolutely amazing food and amazing service me and my girls had an amazing experience- I even left my shopping and the waiter chased me down the street to return them!!

    Used to enjoy Giraffe, but was disappointed this time. The menu is much narrower than it used to be and the quality has gone downhill. My Ceasar Salad was mostly red cabbage. And the music was a bit too loud and disco for early evening dining. A pity.

    The food was hot and fresh and tasted good. I would say it was good value. The drinks were on the pricey side but we enjoyed them and the service was good. Not many people in so the noise levels were low. Our waiter was lovely, for me, staff either make or break a place and he made it. Would definitely return.

    Booked Bottomless Brunch. I didn’t realise how limited the selections were, never been before. They offer 4 brunch options and one wasn’t available! If Prosecco isn’t your fave (it is for me) but another party member was looking forward to cocktails….again, 4 were in with the offer unfortunately not any that were favourable. No way is it good value for money. Unfortunately will not return for Bottomless brunch, very underwhelmed!

    Hadn't appreciated or been told that the restaurant would be closing at or soon after 830pm. Our booking was at 8.00pm. We were the only diners. Service was patchy and it seemed that he staff had switched off. Table was sticky, bits of food on the floor, the whole place seemed like it needed a clean. Not a great impression. Food was good though. Price was on the expensive side all things considered.

    Disappointed, wasn’t as good as my last visit to giraffe also disappointed with there change to the children’s menu.we had to buy extra chip and the puddings were quite boring so had to purchase both thinks of the main menu making overall price more expensive. When children our out they like treats too.

    We were served by the Ops manager who was so good! Great energy and great service. They aren't really geared up for bottomless brunch as the drinks took their time so we went for the A La Carte menu in the end. We will definitely be back as all the staff were so lovely and very smiley :)

    Me and my son ate here at lunchtime....we did book but there were a few tables spare.... really friendly staff, quick service and food was great.... second time I have been here and will definitely go back
