Reds
This wine saves you the trip to the berry patch, the coffee shop, and an old growth forest, with notes of blackberry, mocha, and cedar- some of the best things the PNW has to offer. Unless you're trying to get rid of the blackberry bushes that have taken over your yard, in which case it's best to just give up the never-ending battle and have a glass of wine
A full-bodied Sangiovese made in the Washington style, perfect to pair with your dinner around the campfire. Bright red cherry gives way to an undertone of tomato leaf, tobacco, and vanilla. The initial brightness balances out with a lengthy blackberry pie finish
Fermented in two batches to compare two different strains of wine yeast. One batch yielded bold, fruit-forward flavors owing to the high fermentation temperatures, and the other resulted in more classic, old-world style subtlety. After blending the two together and aging 24 months in 90% new Russian and French oak, the complexity and length of finish speak for themselves
Whites
90% Cabernet Franc, 10% Nebbiolo. With a full spectrum of flavors, this is a rose for red wine lovers. The Cabernet Franc fills your glass with a beautiful bouquet, and the hint of Nebbiolo lends a bit of structure. You don't have to wait for the sunshine to enjoy, which is a good thing if you live in the PNW
Sourced from Fruitland Valley Vineyard, a scenic northern Washington vineyard perched along the cliffs above Lake Roosevelt. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with no secondary fermentation, resulting in a bright citrus fruit balanced by delicate tropical notes on the nose
This infamously ugly grape transformed into a lovely floral gem, sourced from the northern vineyard of Fruitland Valley. The cooler latitude resulted in a crisp, delicately perfumed wine that will remind you of tree-ripened apricots. If you're from the south, you'll think of honeysuckle and the blossom of the sweet olive tree. You'll want to dab some on your wrist and smell it all day. Whatever you do, don't dab in on your wrists before driving. And if you drive in the Seattle area, remember the far left lane is for passing only
Opening with delicate aromas of lime zest, white peach, lavender, and honey, the palate has a bright, refreshing acidity and a light but distinctly spicy mouthfeel. The flavor is just barely off-dry, bringing to mind yellow apple, pears, cantaloupe, citrus, and plenty of white pepper. The flinty minerality, an ever-so-slight earthiness of beeswax, and a subtle sense of fresh herbs are reminiscent of an early summer day. And we know an early summer day means July 5th
Trailhead Series
65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot. It was fitting to name our first wine release after our first Washington hike. This well-loved destination appeals to both seasoned hikers and sneaker-clad city dwellers who venture up to get a taste of Washington's epic trails. The trio of Bordeaux varietals showcases flavors of blackberries, red plums, and toffee. Pack a bottle and enjoy at the lake. It may even give you the courage to non-passively aggressively explain how the concept of Leave No Trace also applies to orange peels left on the trail
65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot. The "Old Trail". One badass, thigh-burning, lung-scorching trail. Type II fun. Take on the 3-mile, 4100 foot climb, and reward yourself with a glass of this Cabernet blend. After catching your breath, you'll enjoy notes of blackberry, baking spices, and cedar with the added benefit of elevating the fun meter to Type I
34% Touriga Nacional, 33% Tinto Cao, 33% Tinta Roriz. Like the famed trail, this Port-style wine is the full package; well balanced, nuanced, and sumptuous. On this rain forest trail, you'll encounter glades of old growth, a historic chalet, and hundreds of waterfalls cascading down sheer valley walls. You're likely to see a bear, and they won't be able to resist the flavors of black plums, raisins, huckleberry, and toffee, with a grand spiciness of cinnamon, clove, black pepper, and star anise. Don't forget your bear bag. Suggested food pairing: Mountain House Raspberry Crumble; Backpacker's Pantry Crème Brulee

Wonderful new tasting room. Very friendly and informative. Comfortable and attentive. Love the hiking theme. And great wines!
