Our lunch this year will run from 1pm to 4pm, with last bookings at 2pm. The finish time for all Christmas Lunch bookings will be 4pm.

Our requests were ignored, the food became cold very quickly because the plates were not heated.
Very disappointing.

Lovely food in a memorable environment. a rude waiter unhelpful waiter spoilt the evening.
Waited a long time for any attention before we ordered, our entrees arrived before our pre dinner cocktails. I had to chase staff to top up the wine.
I understand things happen but the service doesn’t reflect the image of glass,
A very disappointing evening.

Enjoyed the Degustation and although predominately seafood the varied tastes made it interesting. I don’t think that it is correct practice to serve the initial course while guests are in the middle of a pre dinner drink.

They removed the large steak and ran out of sushami plate .

Disappointed . Gnocchi dish was ordinary and dry .

Unfortunately our experience at this restaurant was not what we were expecting. This started from the moment we ordered our pre-dinner drinks which resulted in us having to chase them up twice before we got them. Upon entering the restaurant itself, we stood in the entrance for about 5 minutes before anyone approached us and sat us at our table. The food itself was average and to be honest disappointing. Perhaps Luke needs to stop spreading his wings and return to the place that made him great.

We were looking forward to the degustation dinner. We were told that the prawns were out of stock, This dinner was pre-booked weeks in advance, with a set menu so not sure how this can happen? The courses were OK but certainly nothing to write home about. We had the 2 degustation dinners, 2 cocktails and a bottle of wine (the wine was lovely but they brought the wrong, more expensive one which the sommelier later 'split the difference' with the bottle we had asked him about. We ended up paying an eye-watering $400 incl tip and credit card surcharge. We felt a bit 'ripped off' but plenty of people seem to like it so maybe we lucked out that night.

Was seated quite close to the kitchen, which made for a noisy evening. Maybe why the waiter questioned everything I ordered. A request for salt and pepper seemed to be a tall order.

The service and ambience were wonderful. The famous crab omlette and the spicy prawns were a fabulous selection from the entrees, the mains that stood out were the spatchcock and the lamb, however; the snapper which was really really dry and basically not so enjoyable, hence why my husband bought me the spatchcock to redeem the experience. Having said this the desserts were outstanding, my husband thoroughly enjoyed the Creme Brulee and I had an absolute field day with the amazing and unique flavours in the Licorice, apple and lime meringue ensemble—it was really something else!

The food was excellent and the sommelier was amazing advising each wine and it’s history which really added to the experience. They were very mindful of the covid situation applying social distancing the waiting staff all wore masks sanitizer was made available

Our choice of restaurant when we want to celebrate family milestones. The food is first class, interesting and the meal sizes are perfect. The wine menu matches the food quality and the the service is always outstanding.

Beautiful backdrop of Queen Victoria Building through floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Staff was courteous. Food well cooked with amazing flavours. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here.

I have been to glass many times over the years and have always loved it. But last Saturday it was dismal, service was non existent. Starting in the bar for a drink
We waited 20 minutes to be served! My fish snd the fish of another dinner was dry and overcooked. It was such a shame to see a great restaurant fall below it usual standard.
