Grand Cafe at Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino

My husband and I have gone here for years. The food is great and for a really good price but it’s the staff that I keep going back for.

We enjoyed the Grand Cafe and Frankie was superb in service.

No complaints at all, like their food and their service is always good. Keep up the good work.

Everything went well. It was funny.....I wanted to do good by someone, so as they were leaving the Cafe, I asked for their check. The man asked me why and I told him, that it makes me feel good to be able to do something for others. So, he gave me his check. Then, when it came to paying for my friends lunch and mine and the bill I had asked from, from a stranger, it was told to me, by our server, that OUR BILL, was picked up by someone !!!!!!!! I was in shock. No one ever in my entire life (of 71 yrs) has ever done anything like that before for ME....its always been me doing good. So it was such a good feeling to be on the other end of the giving. There are still some GOOD PEOPLE left in this world after all. :)

Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with amazing service

It was good a little bit of a wait with the covid scene. Waiter seemed a little off with the limited amount of tables in the section. But food was good.

WE had good service, good food , was nice to be in a friendly place

Had steak and eggs took over 30 mins to get food. Steak arrive did not taste right. Manager took care of bill. Will not return

Cafe food. Good but not great. Breakfast is best. Good bakery also.

I like the way that the steaks are prepared. I love the turkey club.

We were asked to leave for not wearing a mask WHILE we were drinking our coffee. Rudest people I have ever seen. No knowledge about the law or the Covid restrictions. Just ignorant.
Been to so many restaurants during the pandemic. No other place has EVER required us to wear our masks WHILE dining. And the way it was handled was astounding.
We are all for complying with the rules, staying safe and making sure others around us are safe. But this was just ignorant people treating us very poorly, enforcing rules that don’t exist. Things are bad enough people! You just make it all worse!

Grand Cafe is always a good place for a reasonably priced meal with good service and quality food for the price.

Staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient.
Food came prepared as requested and was hot.

Good food for a coffee shop inside a casino. Prices are a bit high.

Steak and egg breakfast good as always altho realized later I was overcharged ($19.99...menu says 14.99). I’ll be taking receipt and addressing that with them.
Wait service average on this visit. When Sabrina is working service is always above avg but she wasn’t on this visit.

I and my husband mainly eat here at the Grand Cafe due to their outstanding cleaning practices. I have never had a bad service. If there is a issue, immediately they attention it to the managers and take care the issue. In these times, we must be careful with dinning.

I was so happy I made a 5:30 pm Christmas dinner reservation. While being seated on time I over heard a hostess tell someone the could not seat them until 8pm.
My perfectly cooked medium rare prime rib as the best I had eaten in a lo ng time. The whole green beans were nicely seasoned with slivered almonds. Definately uptown. I was surprised when our waitress asked if I wanted my cheesecake now. I wasn't expecting cheese cake so I requested to take it home. I ate it later and again was suprised
by the the crunched up candy cane sprinklea on the bottom of the cheese cake. A very nice dinner and
all for 14.95. What a very nice deal.

I thought the wait for the food was very reasonable considering how busy the Cafe was on Christmas Day.

As our kids live far away and we were not able to visit, our Christmas dinner was canceled so we decided to have dinner at the Grand Cafe. We enjoyed the meal very much. Plenty of food and we enjoyed sitting on the patio where we could people watch as we ate. Thanks.

Wait service exceptional and attentive, and hot turkey sandwich best I’ve had at any casino-based location.

James is the best server they have in the evening. And in the morning the best server is Nick

my turkey dinner was not very good The turkey was very chewy and i should of sent it back, Will not be eating that again.

Food is horrendous. Everything tasted frozen bland even the honey is super old and could not be broken down by Hot water. Definitely not worth the money will not be coming back again!

Love going able to visit friends or go bowling

We come here all the times. It’s open 24/7 and have nothing but great food and incredible service!! It’s also easy to get in, and they have an awesome bakery attached so you can pick up delicious deserts on your way out.

Nick is the best server in the morning. He’s great at multiple tasking

Food is always good to above average. Service is adequate and friendly though we had to wait an unusually long time for our order to be taken even though they weren’t all that busy.

Our server was excellent, was immediately offered drinks upon being seated. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and brought to us on a heated plate.

Took a long time to get the food to the table but we had no other plans, hard to talk with masks on but we got thru it. food was good tho.

Love Santa Fe Station, excellent food and wonderful service at the Grand Cafe.

James is got to be the best waiter you have on the night shift. He’s always on top of things never messes up our orders no matter how difficult would make it James is the bomb. And our morning one is Nick he’s also the bomb clone them you don’t need nobody else

As always the food, service and price was very good.
