Always a great atmosphere at the GC. Can’t go wrong with a cheap (but nice sized) parmi

Attended the State of Origin event at the Grand Central Tavern. It was well organised and the food and service were very good. My son and I both had pizzas this night and they were well cooked and presented and delivered exactly what they advertised. I had one small issue when booking through the website. There was no provision for specifying that i needed a table on the ground floor without steps due to having a wheelchair access arrangement for my son. I had to attend the restaurant in person prior to the event, which was a time waster for me.

Good atmosphere, great meals, sometimes a little loud when music plays and watching sporting events. The team at GC provide a great service.

We had been giving Thursday night Parmi nights a miss for a while as the Parmis were dreadful ( dry, overcooked and mass produced for the busy periid) however decided to go back and try them again...I have to say they were the best chicken parmi's that we have ever had. See you next Thursday!
