Grey Sweater, the vision of James Beard Award-Winning Chef Andrew Black, embraces a lifestyle of warmth where conventional cooking does not apply. We execute a blind tasting, showcasing rare ingredients from around the world, and all dishes are a surprise. This journey is offered in a seven course ($137 per person) or ten course ($187 per person) format. We also offer a carefully curated wine pairing to increase the storytelling aspect of your visit - available in three value tiers to appeal to the most discerning palate.

Once you've booked with us, an Ambassador will call one to two weeks prior to finalize your reservation details and menu selections. If you've requested Chef's counter seating, we will do our best to accommodate but seating will be based upon availability. A credit card is required to book your reservation; cancellation within 48 hours of your reservation time would result in a charge of $137 per guest with a gift card issued in the same amount for a future visit.

    Perfect meal! Exceptional quality, service and worth the price for a one of a kind beyond Michelin 5 Star experience. 10th time dining there and it keeps getting better! Chef black is the best ! The Hosty Family recommends !

    We did the 7 course with wine pairing and it blew us away! All of the staff were knowledgeable about the food and the wine, and also a lot of fun! We were fortunate to sit at the chefs counter and watch Chef Black in action!! Had to give Rusty a hug when we left as he made us feel like old friends. Such a great experience…oh ya…THE FOOOD WAS PERFECT. wine choices were extraordinary.

    Thank you for such a wonderful experience for my wife’s birthday. Each course was interesting, complex, and evolved in flavor as we savored each bite. The wine pairing was also interesting and enhanced each course.

    We are foodies and flew in from Chicago to visit the city. Highly highly recommend. This is Michelin quality food. Unique, beautiful, and very delicious. We did the 10 course tasting menu, which was a surprise at every level. Very much liked that. In addition, even the cocktails were handmade and custom to your liking. If I had one minor complaint, and it is minor, the timing between courses was a bit long. We were there for over three hours. That said, we would absolutely do it again.

    This is an experience! Pick a special occasion and go for it. The food was great paired with the wines and the staff is super friendly and knowledge. Great job!! 👏👍

    Not to give away spoilers or anything but the bill came in a f***ing grey sweater. I love walking in and not knowing what to expect. The premise is "welcome. please sit and we will collectively walk you through a journey." The best thing I had to my surprise was this corn dish that had a foam made from fungus within the corn husk. I immediately looked at my gf like "I hope she didn't hear that." But she did. And guess what? We both loved it most of all. I want that fungus spread on top of toast or on my coffee. warm chocolate chip cookies. It was amazing. FUNGUS! Anyways. It costs a lot but I would go back. I actually want to buy a wine package next time so that I know how much to budget for instead of just livin' la vida loca and passing away when the bill came. But hear me when I say... I have no regrets. It was 110% worth it. They made our anniversary special.

    This was out third time going. Incredible experience again, the new snapper dish is excellent. Margaret provided excellent service to us. The cocktails as usual were one of a kind, complex, and creative. We'll be back for sure.
