   Decent portions but high price point. Cocktails were fantastic - simplistic drinks menu and reasonably priced for the area. I didn’t expect the restaurant to be as small or narrow as it was, but we were well attended to by staff. The sushi was delicious

   Food portions were very small, and expensive. A main dish was as big as the starter. Furthermore, the food came exceedingly fast. Also, staff only addressed themselves to the man and not the woman.

    A really lovely find in Covent Garden. The Negroni cocktails were delicious, sashimi super fresh and black cod and chicken randang were very tasty!!! I wished the black cod had been slightly bigger for the hefty price, but it was delicious.

    Stopped here for dinner before a show. The food and cocktails were generally good. I ended up not ordering enough food since it’s small plates, but my additional food order never arrived. The staff were apologetic, but it was a huge bummer and I had to leave for my show. For what you get and the type of food they’re servicing, it’s super expensive, but it is close to the theaters.

    Very nice place to hang out with friends. I also appreciate the touched lamp design for calling the waiter/waitress and alert them when you need them. Amazing place will defo go again !

    The tastiest food I’ve had in a restaurant for a while. They do not hesitate to use chilli in their dishes, the food was spicy which was a surprise, a pleasant one! I’ll be going back! Tasty cocktails too.

    Absolutely brilliant! We’d booked not really knowing anything about the restaurant but wow! The food is insanely good! We had a range of dishes (and even ordered extras because we couldn’t get enough!) and devoured it all! The two highlights for most of us were the dragon roll sushi and the prawn wonton soup although my husband has talked about the teriyaki chicken for days! Great wine selection and brilliant non alcoholic range which is amazing when you’re the designated driver/pregnant and can’t face another lemonade! Our only negative was that we had to leave for a show before we could sample desserts but we’ll definitely be back!

    Staff was so attentive and kind! Food was great too. Keep in mind it’s quite a loud and bumping place, kind of like eating in a club. If that is your vibe for the night it’s perfect!

    Yet another fantastic visit to Gura Gura. That’s twice within two weeks!!! Outstanding all round yet again. Tried some new dishes. Avocado Crunch Rolls were brilliant. The Black cod was melt in your mouth! Again very accommodating, we asked for a bigger table which was provided without any hesitation. Keep up the excellent work.

    Very poor service. So slow. We took the 12.5% discretionary service charge of the bill. They first showed us to a dirty table and we insisted on moving to a clean one. Food was actually tasty. They were not crowded, no idea why service was so slow, we kept asking for food because we were hungry. It looks as if they only had one 'sushi' chef. Wouldn't go there again.

    Very very nice place. Their mocktail with raspberry, lychee and hibiscus was amazing. Food was really good! Especially the chicken teriyaki, the dragon roll. Service was very attentive and the chairs was very comfortable. 10/10⭐️

    Booked this restaurant last minute and it did not disappoint. We were all very happy with our food. We had some time to kill before heading onto a show so asked if we remain at our table.     The restaurant had a bar area downstairs, with drunken guests coming upstairs into the restaurant throughout, and loud music from downstairs making conversation difficult. The food itself is good, though not upto the standard of some of the nearby restaurants like Lahpet or Jinjuu

    Service with a smile and very attentive. Restaurant is Cosy and pretty and very welcoming. We sat upstairs with a window seat. Food is delicious and well presented. Dragon Rolls, Chicken Robata, Chicken Dumplings and Green Curry were all 10/10. Great value to. Definitely a must try.
