The nachos are always a must, the mac n cheese burger was disappointing. Way over cooked, no flavor and like 3 shells of mac n cheese on it. I was expecting a big juicy gooey burger...not even close. We ordered the margarita for 2... wow that was a joke. It came in a soda sized glass. For $30 i wanted to send it back as soon as our waitress put it down on our table. I will defiantly not make that mistake again. For a burger, nachos, and a soda sized drink came to $74, for that price i just expected some quality. I dont mind spending money on food but this trip was just like throwing money out the window.
Seated on time. Waited on time. Service was friendly and food arrived on time and flavorful. Would go again.
Food was horrible
It was my moms first time there and she was very impressed and loved her food. She is very picky with her food!
Food was very good . The trash can nachos were great but the spicy margarita was a little to spicy was like alcohol with hot sauce but other than that it was pretty good ! Would definitely go again maybe not with the younger kids servings are to big for anyone under 10years old ( because you are paying full price and they are not even come close to finishing all the food. We ordered chicken tenders and fries for my 6 year old and they gave home 4 chicken breast on skewers!
Went at about 8pm and our food tasted as if it was fried in old oil? Can’t complain about waitress and service as they did feel bad but only credited a partial amount on the burnt food, not the full price. Waitress was awesome.
We shared the pastrami egg roll and the steak frites. The portions were enough to share with another if you’re not too hungry. Both had a lot of flavor and would order again. We ordered the steak medium rare and was cooked perfectly and was tender.
Also ordered vodka martini and wild pear martini (was delicious).
The hostess and server were both very nice.
Food came out quickly
We were rushed out, no fault of the staff, because they had to close early due to Covid hours.
Tables were separated very well and there was one way traffic around the restaurant.
We could see the TVs by the bar to watch the football playoffs.
My husband had the kobe burger and I had the veggie burger...both were delicious! The best veggie burger that I have ever eaten! It was quite and clean and our server was prompt and friendly. It was our first time there and we will definitely go again!
Johnny was great at the bar. We had the Trash can nachos they were 10x better than the ones we had a week ago at the location in Las Vegas.
Drinks were very expensive and small. Felt rushed. Food was amazing!
This was my 2nd time at Guy’s everything was delicious. Definitely plan to visit more.
Nashville wings were delish!!!! Hot margarita delish.... food was delish, just slightly over priced.
Even though the menu was limited because of Covid, there was still a good selection and very delicious.
The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
We only wish it had late night dining.
Two of our four meals were
Not the best. The Steak frites was amazing. Cooked perfectly & melted in your mouth. Brussels are out of this world. I had 4 bites of the chicken bacon ranch sandwich & never had chicken. It was all batter & fatty skin? Not sure what it was. My niece had a cheeseburger & she loved it & the fries. My other niece had the pulled pork sandwich. It had a tin taste to it. After trying 3 bites, she stopped. The waitress didn’t ask if we liked the dishes. We didn’t speak up either plus we were full from the garbage can nachos. Another yummy item. They use queso type cheese.
Always a good experience even during these trying times. The sound track is right on for my generation. The food is always good and the signature drinks enjoyable. Thanks for keeping up your efforts.
We were a bit surprised that 20.00 nachos was such a small portion based on the pre COVID visit we had a couple of years ago. Also, small portion of chips and not a lot of chicken just a lot of queso was not what I wanted to pay 20.00 for. It was just ok, not sure we would go again.
Guy's at Foxwoods Casino was one of the only restaurants open during Covid Holidays! We are there twice, and were impressed both times. Great, fast service. Delicious food, nice wine, but surprised they don't serve Jack Daniels. Great cob salad! Tables well distanced. Arrows on floor to guide traffic. Would eat here again.
Was expecting much better food... was a step above Applebee’s, just more expensive with less options.
Fantastic food, great service & very good value. Highly recommend
The hostess was nice and seated us even though we were early. Our waitress was attentive and very friendly. The food was actually pretty good. This my 3rd time eating here and I actually enjoyed my food more this time. The reviews definitely made me nervous, but we decided to ignore them. It is a little pricey, but it was good.
The waitress was rude. I think her name was makayla or Mckenzie. She pointed to than scan button to download a menu. No idea how to do that. I wanted a nice dinner for my moms birthday she was so rude we left and went to the sugar factory
This was my first dining experience at Guy Fieri's Foxwoods Kitchen & Bar and my first dining experience out during the pandemic. I did not know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised at the safety measures and protocols in place as well as the strict adherence to both. The food was delicious and the service exemplary. Thank you!
My husbands sandwich was not made correctly. He didn’t eat it. Told waiter that it was missing the sweet and sour cabbage in the sandwich and showed him that it was not there. He offered to bring over some cabbage on the side but we were ready to go at this point. Nothing was done about it so we wasted 20 dollars on that sandwich.
Server was moving too quick and kept walking away before everyone had a chance to order what they wanted.
Food is very average and considering the price it is not worth the visit. Slow drink service and when it did come the Rum and Coke tasted like they didn’t have coke syrup in the dispenser. All soda water. Waitress had to be asked multiple times for the water we asked for. I love Guy’s tv shows but this place just seems like every other celebrity chef throwing out basic food at casinos to cash in on their name. I would rather pay more and go to one of the other places that at least had a better quality service and food.
The bartenders A+++++++! The food was just ok!!! $14 for fries was a bit shocking!! We sell the same fries double the amount for $2.50 at my uncle's restaurant!! I expected way more from Guys restaurant!!
Horrible! Made reservations with Open Table app weeks in advance. We were going to be seated in the bar at a hi top, that's what you get for making a reservation? We asked for a booth if possible and received major attitude from the hostess. She in a very nasty tone told we "then you should have asked for a booth". I said don't think you can on Open Table and she said "oh yes you can, again with a snotty tone. She reluctantly sat us at a small table. The menu is very limited due to Covid. Based on the first few minuets we left and went to Cedars Steak House in the casino, very friendly and better menu. Wont go back.
Disappointing to say the least. Food was gross but service was good.
The nachos were life changing good!! I recommend to everyone
Way overpriced for poor food and drinks. Overall it was nice for a first time dine but would go back
Lovely time. Super nice waiter, super clean restaurant.
Floor staff were wearing gloves and were not witnessed changing them once the entire time we were there. Food was subpar bar food at ridiculously over inflated prices. Didn’t even get to eat my entree because my stomach hurt after eating a few bites of the nachos. Remained sick the entire night into the next day.
Fast and quick service. Host and waitress was very helpful. Will definitely return in the future.
Had a great time with friends and family. We came to enjoy a nice dinner for my birthday celebration. Food was good, service was great and our waitress was wonderful. First time here but we enjoyed ourselves.
Service good. Limited entre menu .
Food very good.
Would like to have more entree options on the menu.
I had a issue with the hostess. I booked the reservation a week prior to the date as we were celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday. We had a 6 pm dinner reservation on 11/21. We arrived shortly after 6 pm and had to wait on line to speak to the hostess. We spoke to the hostess at about 6:20...5 minutes past the 15 minute cutoff. When we got to speak with her she said we were now late and questioned whether our reservation would be honored. I had to argue with her to keep the reservation. She was rude, arrogant, disrespectful and certainly enjoyed the power she had. Instead of being seated at a booth we got a table in the middle of the traffic pattern while booths remained empty(some had reservation signs on them). Over the years we have had lunch/dinner at this restaurant many many times (without any issues) and this is where my daughter wanted to celebrate her special day. This hostess put a damper on this event. I'll think twice before coming here again.
Trashcan nachos are always delicious.
Prices should be slightly lower, but still a great place to eat.
Food is consistent and delicious! The staff is attentive and managers tend to check in with tables which is much appreciated.
