    牛すしは思ったより違いました。 メニューのと違う事は分かりますが。その差は結構大きいですね。 今回はコースを頼んだので、お値段の割には適切な感じです。

    Not enough staff—service is really slow and everything takes a long time. Had to wait a long time for drink refills and even longer to get the grill changed.

    I always bring my family on the same place and never that I've been disappointed either on the food or the services. Perry the person assigned to us always their keep checking the grill if needed to be replaced. An awesome experience as always!

    Raymond was great, he jump right away to resolve stove issue and also one of the dish with over powering spice. he decided to replace us with a new dish. I have to give 5 star to Raymond as he is a great customer service guy, kudo to Raymond always taking care Gyukaku Richmond customer.

    The sauce bottles felt pretty sticky, which wasn’t super hygienic. The servers were friendly and polite, but they seemed pretty overwhelmed — had to wait quite a while every time we needed something.
